If I could give this place a 0 I would. Wait 20 minutes and then I went up to the table and my food was sitting there and they didn't even call it. After FINALLY get the food I was eating my wrap and I noticed that there was MOLD on the tortilla and I had already bitten it. There was three women also there making it. The Ambiance also sucked all of the tables were sticky. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE UNLESS YOU WANT FOOD POISONING read more

How many times should I get my order wrong before I stop going. You might as well go inside because drive thru can't get your order right. Plus ice cold fries. If fries sit more than 5 minutes make a new batch Horrible read more

Wish they had people that understand English when you order!! How many times do I need to tell the girl chicken nuggets, a chicken sandwich with cheese and a medium sprite no meal!!! And I really don't understand how that all came to $18, I'd get it if it was a meal but single items! Plus she also charged me for fries that I never ordered!! Will NEVER go back, at least McDonald's got it together better!! read more

I want to shout out a really sweet employee at this Burger King location, Sean! Long story short, I ordered a whopper and value fry, because I had a free value fry on my app! Fast-forward to when I get to the paying window to check out, the register wouldn't let me use my coupon, and I didn't have enough money to pay the rest. I asked to cancel the order , but Sean was nice enough to still give me my value fry, along with a nice surprise of a large fry in the bag as well. I opened the bag when I got home and was stunned. This man needs a raise! Great service and nice attitude! read more

I am changing the rating for this Burger King to 2 stars. After having burgers at Wendy's I realize the whopper and Junior whopper are not at the same level. Also the drive-through line moved painstakingly slow. Much slower than other fast food burger options in the Freehold area. Also when you go inside the line at the counter moves even slower as most of the staff is trying to service the drive-through window. Even with only a few people in front of me it seems like the wait is forever. The burgers are good here but they are not above average for a fast food restaurant. Due to the slower lines than at other nearby fast food restaurant chains, I'm changing my rating from 3 to 2 stars. read more

Trash !!! Suzy is the most disgusting "GENERAL MANAGER" she chargers customers upgrades 1.30 for a medium upgrade. Then got a 2 value size no burger in one bag $25 .. She then told me "I " took your order and asked if everything on the screen was ok . I said yes according to the screen. Of course NO RECEiPT when I got home. WHO HIRED THIS SCAMMER!!! People are taking cash every night from this location!!! Why SUSY!!!! read more

Great friendly service. The man at the drivethru was super nice and accommodated our wacky special order. Everything was prepared fresh and we didnt mind the few extra minutes it took. Food was hot and fresh. Not sure why there would be any negative comments on this BK. Everyone there is always nice and helpful. Food is always hot and good. read more

It is what it is.... they remodeled before Covid and opened when Covid hit. Unfortunately they don't have the staff to open for inside dining. The food is is pretty good (for fast food) considering the shortness of staff. The drive up line gets pretty so please have patience. Whatever staff they have are pretty friendly and nice. read more

Went through the drive-thru had one car in front of me four cars in the parking lot waited 20 minutes. Get to the window ask gentleman what's the delay guy barks back at me we're busy what a joke Get home find the wrong order to boot. read more

Placed order at the drive through...and waited for the 2 cars ahead of me. And waited. And waited. And waited. Then the guy behind me got tired of waiting and left. Then the guy behind him left. Then I backed out and left. The moral of the story? Go to McDonald's. read more

What a circus! Shame on whoever owns this place. Waited 15 minutes for my order along with several other parties before asking for a refund and leaving. It's supposed to be FAST FOOD. All the employees are walking around like they're on a Sunday stroll. To the owner: take pride in your restaurant and train your staff! read more

Went in here and what can you expect it's Burger King, they don't excel in quality nor do they in service... but the reason I rate this one five stars was for the entertainment value I got here. The amount of outraged bizarre customers that came in here was hilarious, the manager you could tell was already having a rough night... I wanted to congratulate her on keeping her cool the entire time. read more

October first around 6:00 I went to the drive thru. Let me tell you this guy was insanely rude. When I go to pay I asked to use my coupons. He responded "so your going to make me cancel the whole order and make me start over." "How are you gonna wait until now to pay" I was completely stunned and just wanted to get my food and leave. I work in a restaurant and always try to give food business the benefit of the doubt but for him to make me feel bad about asking about something like coupons and keep saying stuff I just couldn't deal with it and immediately came to Yelp about it. Btw this is my first review ever so Idek if managers see this but yea it had to be done. read more

The person taking the orders was rude, there was no reason for him to talk to customers the way he did. won't be coming back.

So. I completely hated this place. The manager "Mohamed" ends up charging me for 3 whoppers when I clearly bought 1 whopper and showed a coupon for a free whopper with purchase of one whopper. So in total, 1 whopper I needed to pay for and 1 whopper I'd get for free. Bill comes up to $23 !! Then he tries to argue with me thinking I'd shut up and go away- get stuck with 3 whoppers .. lol yeah ok.. I told him cancel the transaction and I don't want anything .. he gladly refunded me.. and that was the manager lol ... read more

Theses people need to take out the trash.. in so many ways. First off when you at the drive through and people are automatically telling you to pull up it shouldn't be to the dirty ass overfilled garbage dribbling out on to the curb. Hello! Wake up people no one wants to wait for food next to trash. Besides that the service was good .. wait the main reason for the yelp I've seen adds for TACOs well they call the TOC-NO'S these trashy trumped up tostitos shouldn't be called tacos. Like seriously Burger King stick to What u don't do best Burgers. read more

I don't know what it is. I don't know why your particular fast food makes me sick and other greasy, cheap chains don't. Why does the smell of your food "char broiling" make my stomach turn? Why does the thought of a whopper make me want to hurl? I don't know. All I know is that I hate you, burger king. And your stupid, creepy commercials. read more

I'm giving them 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They eliminate the fast from fast food. First I ordered the $6.00 meal deal which they charged us $10.99 for. I questioned it and waited 30 minutes at the counter while the manager and staff filled drive through orders. Meanwhile none of our order was prepared. In total disgust we asked for a refund and just wanted to leave. The manager tells the register person, they have to wait I'm busy. WHAT! Another 15 minutes goes by at which point I become more vocal as other customers come in and wisely leave. After 20 minutes the manager finds time to process our refund which takes another 5!minutes. If you want aggravation, rude and poor service with missing items from you order then go here, otherwise eat elsewhere. HORRIBLE, POORLY RUN, and RUDE! read more

Burger King - burger king - Burgers Near Me - Freehold, New Jersey

Visited my local Burger King tonight. Ordered a meal plus a dessert from the drive through. Drove home and no dessert. I tried to call the restaurant twice to see if I can pick up the dessert tomorrow and no one answered the phone and they are open until12am. In the future I will go to McDonald's or Wendy's which are less than a minute up the road. read more

Worst customer service ever!! Was in the drive thru and wasn't greeted for 5 minutes. Once greeted, I got a crispy chicken sandwich and fries. I wanted to change it to grilled before they told me my total so I "Excuse me" and nothing! No response for another 5 minutes and they didn't even tell me my total. They only showed it so I couldn't even tell them that I wanted to change my order. At the window, as I was paying, the older man with glasses DIDN'T SAY AT FUCKING WORD! NOTHING! He literally took my money, got my change, gave me my food, and closed the window in my face! No hello, goodbye, my total, nothing!! NEVER GOING TO THIS SHITHOLE AGAIN! Wendy's isn't too far from that Burger King, everyone go there read more

We go here on the way home from our vacation down the shore every year. Every time we go, the manager, Nancy, is there. She is always doing her best to please the customers and her staff. Everyone always seems happy behind the counter, because her leadership seems to make this BK better than the rest. You can tell that she truly appreciates her employees and her customers, and goes out of her way to make them want to come back. Even though the service is a bit slow, this is still my favorite burger king. I will return after each vacation! read more

Typical Burger King, the food is good and most of the time friendly employees. They updated the inside so it looks a lot better than what it was from before. read more

Maybe the hordes going to and from Iplay keep this place open. It isn't the breakfast non crowd. Coffee was terrible second day in a row, they've gone to some horror supplier I think. Hash browns taste like fish. I'd complain to corporate, but they neatly tear off the part of the receipt with the store number. Store number also not on web site. read more

It's amazing the difference when you get someone at the drive thru with a brain!! You don't have to repeat your order 5 times (last one with a Spanish accent) ! You get your order correct. You actually recieve an adequate amount of ketchup. As a bonus, you may even get a napkin!!!! That said, most of the drive thru's in the area are hit or miss whn it comes to service. Depends on who is working that moment. It is fast food so how good can it be?? Although, the new Chipotle Chicken sandwich here wasn't bad. I do notice a trend with some of the places lately where they seem to be hiring more "English speaking" help. Now that doesn't guarantee your order will be done any better, but it does mean you wont have to repeat it a dozen times!!!!!!!!!!! read more

Staff is very pleasant and attentive. The food is fast food so that doesn't get more than 3 starts but if you are in a hurry you will be full. I come here for the pleasant workers who despite working at Burger King manage to keep a smile. read more

This has got to be the worst BK I've ever been to. The food is always stale and cold even after you're waiting for 15 minutes and asked to pull over until someone brings it out. It's always empty. I wonder why? They really need management to take a look at what's being done here. I'm done giving this place another shot read more

Me and my gf went to this place and I ordered just a simple burger .. no fries, no drink just a simple burger and they had me waiting at the window for about 20 minutes and nobody cared to come and apologize for the delay and soo I went about my night and left . It was just a complete disappointment. Thanks again bk read more

One time, I went to Burger King and the drive thru attendant attempted to rip my mother's heart out through the drive thru window. She had to be restrained by two BK employees. She must have been having a bad day. read more

Parking lot not plowed well at all yet a plow truck wa there to eat lol. Got the 5 for 4. Nuggets are ok, fries were good, burger was undercooked (bit cold). Even after waiting about 15 min for the food. I havent had bk in about a year. I wont be in a rush for another visit soon. At least wendys 4 4 4 can be customized with spicy nuggets and such. Not bk tho. 2 stars, worker was nice, fries were ok, everything else not so much. Fyi, we were going to return because of the sandwich but we were in howell already. Not worth the gas for it. Just wont get my cash again anytime soon lol. read more

This store is nice. I have been more than 10 years. The manager has been there more than 10 years. I like their TV room.

I had ordered a rodeo, I received a small burger on a bun with an onion ring and bbq sauce that's it. Not the right thing. I had no time to go and order a new one so I ate it anyway. But in the end I won't go there anymore I'll drive further for my burger, next time give the right product read more

Ordered from here twice and they screwed up the order twice. With a new McDonalds down the road this place is off my radar forever.

Ok so this place is near my sons school and so I try to get food here frequently for him after football. First of all the shake machine rarely works. And they always have an excuse. Secondly the food is awful always cold or lukewarm. That's scares me. Lastly I went tonight and was charged 6.60 for a medium shake (shocked it worked) and bacon double cheeseburger. The manager claims those are her prices and she doesn't know why they are different than what is stated on the website or on her own stores menu which is also online! So no matter where I looked this location overcharged by 1.22. Why does this annoy me? Well because the service and food are awful and the manager is completely uninformed. Then she rushed me off the phone. read more

This is my 3rd time driving through. My order was taken & repeated perfectly. The receipt proves it. What came in the bag was 90% wrong... AGAIN. I had to go into the restaurant and get the correct food.... AGAIN. Why have a drive through?? Whoever cooks the food and quality controls the bagging have no idea how to read an order screen. We will never come here again. Wendys and McDonalds never screw up like this. The ownership & management obviously don't care. read more

food is usual Burger King food. But I watched a manager pick a to go bag up off of the floor and pack it with food for a drive up customer. What else do they pick up off the floor and give out??!! read more

My daughter & I stopped in for a quick bite after her Dr appt. I didn't order (I wasn't hungry) but my daughter had the chicken tenders, fries, & coke. I base most of my reviews on customer service. As soon as we walked in the manager greeted us with a smile & asked how we were. (My daughter has gone thru many craniofacial reconstructive surgeries & often falls victim to stares & whispers, so I am always on guard.. in momma-bear mode ;) He was genuinely nice to us bothHer food came quickly & he offered sauces & pointed us to the drinks & condiments. I overheard him chit chatting to customers customers as he walked around cleaning. The entire place was very clean. He joked with us offering us crowns. She said her food was hot & fresh.. fries were crispy & tasty. It's refreshing to go someplace where the employees aren't miserable & actually seem happy to be there AND has decent food. We will definitely make this our go-to place whenever the urge arrises. read more
