I want to shout out a really sweet employee at this Burger King location, Sean! Long story short, I ordered a whopper and value fry, because I had a free value fry on my app! Fast-forward to when I get to the paying window to check out, the register wouldn't let me use my coupon, and I didn't have enough money to pay the rest. I asked to cancel the order , but Sean was nice enough to still give me my value fry, along with a nice surprise of a large fry in the bag as well. I opened the bag when I got home and was stunned. I am changing the rating for this Burger King to 2 stars. After having burgers at Wendy's I realize the whopper and Junior whopper are not at the same level. Also the drive-through line moved painstakingly slow. Much slower than other fast food burger options in the Freehold area. Also when you go inside the line at the counter moves even slower as most of the staff is trying to service the drive-through window. Even with only a few people in front of me it seems like the wait is forever. The burgers are good here but they are not above average for a fast food restaurant. Due to the slower lines than at other nearby fast food restaurant chains, I'm changing my rating from 3 to 2 stars. read more

It is what it is.... they remodeled before Covid and opened when Covid hit. Unfortunately they don't have the staff to open for inside dining. The food is is pretty good (for fast food) considering the shortness of staff. The drive up line gets pretty so please have patience. Whatever staff they have are pretty friendly and nice. read more

October first around 6:00 I went to the drive thru. Let me tell you this guy was insanely rude. When I go to pay I asked to use my coupons. He responded "so your going to make me cancel the whole order and make me start over." "How are you gonna wait until now to pay" I was completely stunned and just wanted to get my food and leave. I'm giving them 1 star because I couldn't give 0 stars. This place has the worse customer service I've ever experienced. They eliminate the fast from fast food. First I ordered the $6.00 meal deal which they charged us $10.99 for. I questioned it and waited 30 minutes at the counter while the manager and staff filled drive through orders. Meanwhile none of our order was prepared. In total disgust we asked for a refund and just wanted to leave. The manager tells the register person, they have to wait I'm busy. WHAT! Another 15 minutes goes by at which point I become more vocal as other customers come in and wisely leave. After 20 minutes the manager finds time to process our refund which takes another 5!minutes. We go here on the way home from our vacation down the shore every year. Every time we go, the manager, Nancy, is there. She is always doing her best to please the customers and her staff. Everyone always seems happy behind the counter, because her leadership seems to make this BK better than the rest. You can tell that she truly appreciates her employees and her customers, and goes out of her way to make them want to come back. It's amazing the difference when you get someone at the drive thru with a brain!! You don't have to repeat your order 5 times (last one with a Spanish accent) ! You get your order correct. You actually recieve an adequate amount of ketchup. As a bonus, you may even get a napkin!!!! That said, most of the drive thru's in the area are hit or miss whn it comes to service. Depends on who is working that moment. It is fast food so how good can it be?? Although, the new Chipotle Chicken sandwich here wasn't bad. Ok so this place is near my sons school and so I try to get food here frequently for him after football. First of all the shake machine rarely works. And they always have an excuse. Secondly the food is awful always cold or lukewarm. That's scares me. Lastly I went tonight and was charged 6.60 for a medium shake (shocked it worked) and bacon double cheeseburger. The manager claims those are her prices and she doesn't know why they are different than what is stated on the website or on her own stores menu which is also online! My daughter & I stopped in for a quick bite after her Dr appt. I didn't order (I wasn't hungry) but my daughter had the chicken tenders, fries, & coke. I base most of my reviews on customer service. As soon as we walked in the manager greeted us with a smile & asked how we were. (My daughter has gone thru many craniofacial reconstructive surgeries & often falls victim to stares & whispers, so I am always on guard.. in momma-bear mode ;) He was genuinely nice to us bothHer food came quickly & he offered sauces & pointed us to the drinks & condiments.
