Today I decided to try Nicholas creamery. I have been passing this establishment for at least a year. I had a craving for ice cream today and they had a coffee ice cream with specks of chocolate in it so I decided I decided to give it a try. I also had the kid throw some peanut butter chocolate topping that looked like crumbled brownie. Well, I was not disappointed because it was really good, really good and you could definitely taste the coffee in it. I have found a new ice cream place! I can just order a small cup and have it instead of buying a pint at a supermarket and eating the whole thing when I get home. They had a lot of different flavors and so I'm sure there's something for everyone there. I will stick to my coffee and I do plan to visit them again most likely very soon.

I'm glad we went it to try, I'm glad we didn't have any expectations, I'm glad even after knowing it was shaved ice we tried, I'm glad we didn't walk away even after been disappointed at first. This is the one of the best dessert created for human kind. The flavors- oh so good. The layers were amazing. The creation was amazing.
