If you need to stop off somewhere to get food/fuel/restroom, this is definitely spot. This location had the cleanest gas station bathroom I've ever been to. It was clean, had soap, hot water and paper towels. So little makes me happy. I was contemplating a wrap or panini bc I didn't eat breakfast but I wound up just getting a piece of fruit. The line was long for the sandwiches, which must be popular and looked pretty good. They were being made to order and staff to pride in cleanliness (wearing gloves and beard nets etc.) Pete, of course, had to get a doughnut. It was huge and was $1.49. It was the size of two doughnuts - tasty, soft and full of sugar glaze, I can't believe he ate it in the car. Thanks to Aaron for the polite customer service while we were being rung up. This WaWa was tops and I will return upon my next trip down the shore.

If you're here to get food, you have to order on the iPad kiosk first. All items are customizable and there's a lot of options. A receipt will print out with an order number and barcode. You present the receipt at the cash registers and you pay there. After you pay, you wait by the food section until your number is called. There's a separate station just for completed drink orders so it can be a bit confusing at first. I ordered a breakfast burrito with chicken, scrambled eggs, pepper jack cheese, spinach, fresh salsa, and salt. My +1 ordered a burrito, bagel with wild berry cream cheese, and a hot chai tea. The order total was around $22, which is a great bang for your buck for breakfast. We waited for about 10 minutes until we got our food. I don't expect a 5 star meal from a convenience store, but I have to say I was pretty disappointed in my burrito. I've been to Wawa many times in the past and this was probably the worst meal.
