I had gotten a chicken parmesan sandwich one time and the chicken had this funky taste to it as well as being dryer than sand on a beach. When I told one of the employees about it, he just scoffed it off and gave me a little attitude. I asked if I could get something else to replace the sandwich and he was hesitant about it (as was I at this point). I ordered the meatball parmesan sandwich and he went to tell the cook in the back. I could hear him talking in his native language and obviously it was about me. The second and most recent time I had ordered a sandwich with a side of fries along with a side of honey mustard. The same employee took my order and read my order back to me. I said "No I want the sauce on the side". He said "Ok". When the order came out I noticed sauce around the rim of the styrofoam container. I opened it and low-and-behold the cook put honey mustard on the fries. Now, when has sauce ever come like that, anywhere? I said that I asked for it on the side because I don't like it like that. Sauce on fries makes them soggy. Who wants that? Not me. So he took it to the cook and the cook asked if I could just take it this one time and next time he will put it on the side. Really?! I said "No I would like a new batch". He gave me a look like "really?" I got my 'new' batch of fries, drove back to work, opened it up and laughed with disgust. He took the fries that already had honey mustard on them and fried them again! They all stuck together and smelled like the sauce. I bit into one and my assumptions were correct. I called them right away and I explained to him that I knew what they did. He was reluctant to give me a new batch and gave me attitude. I demanded new fries in the coming week, but I doubt I will be back after this incident. They don't care about the customer or their customer service.

The next few days its not even open in the morning. 15 years Inget my coffee at 6:30 am and place is always busy now they are not even open but it still says 24 hours, well its not. What happened to this place, it went from the best to suddenly the worst. Plus shelves are now empty, they were always full.
