Today I witnessed a gas attendant be horrible to an old woman in a car who had just gotten gas and…read morepaid the man. She was due change and when he did not hand it to her she requested it. He spoke out quite loudly saying he had no change. He said this three times and did nothing to get her change elsewhere or to find a way to reimburse her the money he owed her. After a length of time she gave up and drove away. I am writing a letter to Sunoco about this atrocious behavior and wish to make it clear if he would do it to her in full view of people, like me, then he would probably do it to anyone! I will never go to this Sunoco gas station again and advise anyone who wants their change to also not use this Sunoco!

I didn't have $32 (I only had $12) and he started screaming at me and tried blaming me. He finally admitted that I said $12 but he filled my tank up 12 gallons instead. He wouldn't let me leave until I gave him my credit card and he tried to not let me speak to his boss. He even reached in my car and snatched my credit card out of my hand. When his boss finally came over to my car to make me sign for the credit charge, I told him what happened and he dismissed it because the worker has "bad hearing". Once again, that worker repeated my order back to me TWICE so it's not a hearing problem and more of a comprehension problem. The whole situation was degrading and infuriating and I will never return.

This man was an absolute a-hole to me for two reasons. The first was when someone else else was there trying to reverse into a pump that I was pulling into, and I realized they were there first. So I pulled around to a different pump. He gave me significant attitude about it, and even told me off. The second was when I handed him my card and asked for $3 regular. He literally scoffed at me and rolled his eyes. He's a giant jerk, and clearly bitter about the fact he works there. I wish I had his name because I would've sent a complaint. I've been frequenting Wawa for 30 years and that's the only bad experience I've ever had worth mentioning.
