I ordered the online steak burger meal. It was delicious. It came with some things I have not ordered before. Frozen coke drink, fried jalapeño bites and cherry fries. Everything was great. Restaurant was empty at 3pm on a Saturday so service was fast. I will order this meal again soon. I forgot to take a picture before I ate everything. Lol. read more

Burger King - What's left of my meal. I will finish it. - Burgers Near Me - Freehold, New Jersey

Worse experience ever! Went to pick up my online order and was told vehemently by the Spanish speaking woman and man at the counter that I was at the wrong BK. They insisted that my order was with the other BK down the road on RT9. Went to that BK and they told me that it was not them and that I was at the correct BK originally. Went back again and finally they realize their error with my now cold food just sitting idly probably since the time I first originally arrived and they sent me away. Instead of trying to make this situation right for the inconvenience they caused....they offered no remorse and instead were cold and insensitive and not even offering any apologies at all....not even an offer to remake my order which was all cold.....and to add insult to injury my order was also inaccurate....ordered onion rings but instead they gave me fries....and they left out the apple juice in the Kid's Meal....brought this to their attention but of course they were unapologetic....this whole incident was business as usual no big deal for them even when they realize their error. This cold and uncaring attitude will be the reason I will never order here again. The new BK theme emphasizes that the customer is the King. This BK did not get the memo! read more

The Asian manager was great. He did an amazing job on assisting me with an order to earn rewards points and a 10 dollar burger gift card to redeem. Overall friendly service and appreciated the time that was given and the effort. Importantly I'm happy with my meal. Thank you and will see you again soon. That's what brings people back friendly and professional hospitality service. read more

Drive thru girl has a bad attitude, completely messed up my order and tells me I ordered something that I didn't and even when she corrected it, it was still wrong. Biscuit was flat and cheese was cold. Never coming back read more

Great Burger King. Been coming here for the past year never disappointed. Always fast and fresh

After a looooong wait in the drive thru, I'm watching the gentleman who works the drive thru window. His black facemask around his chin, he picked his nose as he's getting my french fries, then drops the brown bag on the floor, picks his nose again then picks up the bag to put my french fries in. I drove away without paying or taking my food. Seriously this is just gross... Booger King!!! read more

I did a review on this location a few years ago and it's disappeared. Funny how that happens, isn't it? They tore down the old building and put up a new one. New building, same sad, pathetic service. We stopped in here for French fries. The service was as poor as I remembered it. Long wait, slow service. Some things never change. The fries were bland too. Just like always. read more

Absolutely horrible service...sat for over 10 min in the drive thru at the speaker before the online order was even verified. Then another 10 min sitting at the window watching the guy stand there while we could hear other workers laughing and joking in the background. Never again... read more

In the maybe 10 times I've been here they are always jacked up. After 10 minutes at the drive thru I was told they don't have ANY burgers. How can you be a burger king with no burgers? Never a good experience here. Wouldn't recommend for anyone. Discrace to burger king read more

Walked into the lobby today and was told they are only taking drive through orders. When I went through the drive through I was told they are closed until their "boss" gives them the OK. If this location is closed, they should advertise it online and on the doors. read more

This place is a joke. The owner needs to know what's going on in this establishment. The other night I was waiting in the drive thru for at least 15 minutes no one was talking my order so I got off drive thru and went around front. while I was pulling up to the front parking space I noticed one of the workers was sleeping on the bench inside the restaurant as soon as I walked in, he jumped up and asked me can he help me while the music was playing so loud I barely hear him ask. There were 2 other workers just goofing around and I asked why didn't you respond when I was calling you from drive thru and he just looked at me and turned away. After I left I looked back in, the one worker, who was sleeping, locked door and went back to bench to go back to sleep. The owner needs to fix this place. I'll never eat at this establishment again. If I could give this place a ZERO rating I would. read more

Sat in the drive thru for 45 mins the last two times I went there. They are so unorganized and dysfunctional. Not to mention how they laughed while people complained about the wait. And my order was wrong. I won't be back. read more

This place is the worse. New building, but old customer service. WAited at the drive thru for 5 minutes, no one to take an order. Screen completely blank and everything dark. Pulled up to the window, lady inside standing with arms folded, rude and will not take our order. Drove to the Burger King down the road. read more

What we ordered: Four burgers Three sides Nuggets What we received: Six burgers Two sides There were only three of us waiting for our orders, so I'm not sure what chaos was happening in the kitchen, but EVERYONE must have been pretty distracted back there. The infant who took my order was super rude and seemed completely oblivious. I felt like I was watching chaos unfold when there was truly no reason for it. Never going to this location again. read more

I would love to leave 0 stars. 4:47 in the afternoon and no milkshakes. This location is horrible.

Went inside last night to order . While waiting for food I saw one male worker with mask hanging off ear mixing up the chicken fries with his bare hands when noticed we were inside put mask on with nose still exposed. Continued on to make chicken sandwiches again putting lettuce on them with bare hands! I wanted to say something but my friend didn't want me to . Other workers were following the rules of masks and gloves . I won't eat there again for sure read more

Hands down, the tastiest and freshest Whoppers and fries in the area. Best I've had in Jersey thus far. Whoppers were well made--meat was freshly grilled, buns were soft. Fries were hot, fresh--lots of fries (not chintzy!). Great service, too--looks like the manager took our order--very friendly, helpful. Restaurant is also very clean. OK, so the decor is a bit dated, but who cares--the food is delicious and that's what matters. Also love the soda machine--self-serve with tons of options! read more

I love this building and especially during the night. Tommy and his other coworker that's usually with him are really cool and the service is amazing. Fast, friendly and great convo starter. You guys are the homies yo read more

I recommend this building, especially during the night because the lines go very fast when tommy and the other co worker that usually works with him on his night shifts. Very friendly, very fast and a great conversation starter. I'm rating tommy and his other co-worker 5 stars :) read more

After being stuck in drive thru lane for twenty minutes, with only 2 cars ahead of me,and no one moved.I looked up number and called. There was no answer. The person in front of me was able to pull out of line ,between 2 curbs.I drove up to order and no one addressed me over speaker.I then found my way out of line.(there was a car by food window,so I also had to maneuver out of line)I parked and went inside. I walked in,there were no customers, and I asked what was going on,and why no one answered phone.I was told phone and broiler broken.Altho was told broiler now fixed.I asked cashier, why no one told the people that were trapped in drive thru line. She told me she was new,and got a manager. When I asked manager same question ,she informed me she was waiting on the customer that was at drive thru window for twenty minutes.I told her I also waited that long ,and so did several other people. She told me that she didn't have time to argue with me,and walked away! I had worked at a Burger king as a teen, and was appalled at how adults treated me with less respect than I or other teens treated customers in the eighties. I dialed corporate right then as I waited for my food.My son ate one of his 2 whoppers in the car.And then when he went to eat 2nd,he saw that there was mayonaise, when i ordered without.I turned car around and went back. When I went up to same cashier, she said "I gave you your order awhile ago"I then explained why I was back. I was told by corporate that I would get a call back.I waited 3 weeks without a call.I just called them again, but fear customer service is lacking all the way from the top. read more

Doors were locked at 10PM even though the sign/app says they're open until 12AM. Went to the drive through. The screen/speaker was blank and obviously broken. Waited for 15 minutes to pick up my order. One car pulled in behind me and left when they realized the speaker was broken. Super rude lady started screaming at me "YOU WERE SUPPOSED TO LET US KNOW THROUGH THE SPEAKER!!" She did not want to hear it was broken. "THE SPEAKER WORKS!!" Whopper was decent, but I had to throw away the chicken nuggets. They stunk and tasted like they had been fried in rancid oil. I rarely get fast food. After this experience I am completely off fast food. I want to thank them for that. read more

I usually go to this Burger King because close to home and I like the chicken sandwich from BK. I am not a racist, but I saw this guy made my two orders of chicken sandwiches and he was not wearing gloves when preparing it. Before that, he was cleaning the shelf and countertop. He brushed my sandwich buns to remove the breadcrumbs from the top toaster without wearing hand gloves and dumped his hands to grab some lettuce. He supposed to wear gloves especially serving and preparing food to the public. I will never go back to this place again and should be reported to Department of Health for serving unsanitary food. I threw my order into the garbage. read more

Burger King is bad the service is really bad and the wait time is so long when the food is ready they just start talking in the kitchen and they take up so much time we have been waiting for a half hour and they just give us cold food people have to remind them to make the food warm and they have the worst service read more

Experience as of 05/12/17. Came over at around 7.30am, ordered 2 croissant sandwiches in drive through. Turns out no bills over $50 ( a very rude girl told me). I was paying with $50. To me no bills over $50 is a $100 bill. Please correct me if i am wrong. But the attitude of the girl... come on. If you cannot represent at BK, where can you? This is one of the cases when i will go crazy and contact the BK headquarters. What happened to all the customer care? I don't care how much you make but if you decide to do this job do it well or stay home. read more

To start, I am not a Karen and I don't write bad reviews for nothing, I am being completely honest with what happened and not writing this for nothing. I went to Burger King yesterday to see if I can win the ps5, from my house I tried to make an online order, the website was down and not processing. Ok, that's not bad, we go to the restaurant to the drive thru and we pulled up to the window and took a little bit to come to the window and came and then said I will be there in a minute, 6 minutes later he came and I had to tell him the order about 5 times because he kept asking to get it right because it was an order where stuff had to be adjusted. After a little bit we get to the window where I pay the were two people there and the one packing the food, no mask, no nothing covering her face. I say something and the person giving the food who was wearing a mask finished the rest. The place is like 15-20 minutes away and when we get home I go to eat and I am a family of there was 1 meal missing so we had to preload more food at home. Not a place I want to go to again. read more

Third time driving through. The order was taken and repeated back perfectly. The receipt proves it. What came into the car was 90% wrong... AGAIN. I had to go into the restaurant to get the order corrected... AGAIN. Why have a drive through??? Whoever cooks and does the quality check bagging obviously can't read an order screen. We are never coming here again. Wendy and MCDonalds never screw up like this. Ownership & Management don't care. read more

It's a good place, just your average Burger King, staff is friendly and decor is nice, I always order the whopper when I go to this place and every time it's very good, I would eat whoppers every day if I wouldn't get fat, but you know, I can't do that, the only downside is sometimes the burger is very dry, you could always fix that up with more ketchup read more
