The facility is very clean, orderly and attractive. The menu is fairly large but perhaps difficult to understand since it is posted on the wall. Cost is fair and moderate. Here is a recap of our food choices: -Wings: predominant smokey flavor, fried and dipped in one of 8 sauces. The wing was nicely cooked - no pink insides. The skin of the wing was a bit cripsier than i would prefer. The Alabama White sauce is mayo based, slightly sweet with not much seasoning or spice. It made the wings nicely moist. The teriyaki sauce is bold, thicker and has a slight back end kick to them. -Cole Slaw: nice fresh and crisp larger slaw pieces, thin mayo base, sligtly sweet but a bit watery -Macaroni salad: thin mayo base that actually came off also a little watery, elbow noodles were cooked perfectly, side veggies had a nice crunch to them, sauce was mildly sweet -Chicken tenders: moist and tender, no real Smokey taste detected, seemed to come off a little dry and tough -Corn "spoon" bread: mild corn taste, bread was moist and sweet, nice blend of corn bread and corn casserole -Tomato & Cucumber salad: very fresh and tasty.
