This is the worst location that this franchise has ever had! Ordered at 11:29 pick up due 1140. I arrive at 11:41. My order is not ready. Watched about 10 people come in I'm waiting in line for their orders and walk out before mine was finally ready.. no apology just horrible horrible service worst store ever. I will drive to the Fallston store from now on. Dear owners, please work this out or just close you're really giving chipotle a bad name read more

The food was just OK. Very little effort went into the actual preparation and the proportions in the burrito were all over the place. What's really concerning to me is the cleanliness of this store. Looking past the front line, the preparation area was a complete disaster with food all over the floor and dirty bowls just sitting out everywhere. The tables in the dining area looked like they had not been wiped down in hours. If that's what the things that I can see look like, I can only imagine what the things you can't see look like. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - steak Build Your Own Burrito Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Forest Hill, Maryland

Have been here multiple times for lunch during my work breaks. It's only 3 min away from my work. Most of the time the service is good. My most recent time, today, was easy peasy as I placed an online order and it was ready by the time I got there. My most recent time before today, was a bad experience. Had to wait about 7 min for any service , despite multiple employees seeing me. One of the workers prioritized making their own personal burrito bowl, instead of helping customers. read more

Food and ambiance is great, the service is just the main problem. A lot of the staff there can be really awkward. Several months ago, me and my mom were in line and a group of people in front of us were ordering their food when one of the workers at one of the stations just straight up walked out of the restaurant and didn't come back after 10ish minutes. Like what the hell? Also, almost every time I come here, there's a big line so don't go here if you're really hungry. Overall, not sure I would recommend due to this kind of service read more

Wish i could give them zero stars! Did a monile order that was said to be ready at 1:20 my husband got there not only was it not ready it wasnt even started. Communicating was nearly impossible seeing as no one spoke English. Finally one of the guys that aas just standing around went into the back not preparing it in front of him (which i find odd). We live 5 mins away and when we opened the food everything was ice cold, both of ours were short on meat and the meat was tough and fatty, mine was missing multiple ingredients and was made so sloppy that i had to eat tacos with a fork and knife. Never again read more

I rarely get to go to chipotle because my husband doesn't like it. I was excited to get chipotle for dinner. I ordered a chicken bowl. Food was all over the area where orders are assembled. The person making the bowl didn't tell me they were out of guacamole until the bowl was assembled and I asked where the guacamole was. I told her I wouldn't have ordered had I known that. She just looked at me and rung it up. She didn't say anything. How is chipotle out of guacamole 2 hours before they close. The bowl was way too spicy without guacamole. read more

Don't bother coming here my last time through the door was yesterday, always insanely small proportions. The final straw was when the lady scooped my chicken, then at the next station the other lady said "no that's to much" scooped my chicken off and didn't even put it back, just threw it away SO I CANT HAVE IT, DONT GO HERE ILL SIGN MY NAME ON THIS - Zach Sheppard read more

Waited over 35 minutes in store for the WORST chipotle of my life. I went to this chipotle and on the door there was a note that said they were only taking online orders due to staff shortage, no worries i understood so i ordered my order at 5:25, which was supposed to be ready at 5:40. I decide to wait the 15 minutes in the store. During my wait I watched a number of workers lallygag behind the counter. My order was finally ready at 6:05. I checked my bag to make sure i got everything, but i was missing a side of green salsa. I had to stand in front of the counter as various employees looked at me, but did not come up to me to ask what i needed. After a few minutes, i finally got my missing item from the girl handing out the orders. I get home, starving and hoping to enjoy the best tacos of my life, but once again totally disappointed. The tacos must have been laid across each other as they added toppings because it was impossible to separate the tacos without destroying them and having to rebuild them myself. The photos attached are what i opened up to... will not be returning to this chipotle ever again. read more

Doba it is!Got in line to order. Had my chicken put in the bowl and asked for a chipotle vinaigrette and was told I needed to order the salad bowl to get it. So the guy dumped the food out made the salad bowl. When I get to the end of the line they tell me their blender is broken they don't have any. Well why did you tell me to order a salad bowl to get it when you never had it. Big waste of time walked out with no food. All the employees look at eachother like they have it but don't want to conserve so they don't have to make more. read more

They had no meat for me to eat, I need protein. The service was absolutely terrible, they never helped me and I had to wait 5 MINUTES for chicken during rush hour. Disappointing, don't waste it on this spot! read more

The food is excellent however it is ruined by the service and atmosphere. The service is slow and the tables are always dirty. Last time I was there none of the juices were filled. Also, in addition to loud music playing on the speakers staff sits at a table with videos playing on their phone. I cannot stand to eat my food there. Last, they never ask if you're eating in so a bag is wasted every time. You can ask more of your staff Chipotle! read more

this chipotle is TERRIBLE!!! DO NOT GO HERE. They don't even know how to wrap a burrito, all your food will be falling out. They also think they are entitled to the food and give you the SMALLEST amount possible, they SUCK. read more

This Chipotle has consistently gone downhill in the last few years but tonight was the final straw. This location is constantly short staffed, out of multiple ingredients, dirty, and sloppy. Tonight they were out of chips and queso, which should always be in stock because it's literally Chipotle. They also gave me the tiniest scoop of beans ever. Also love the handwritten coupons for our next visit considering half our meal was missing. Another example of shrinkflation. With prices increasing and these measly portions, we will not be returning anytime soon. read more

This Chipotle has turned around for me recently - I used to go to have them (rudely) tell me there are no fajita veggies, no chips, no salad dressing... now, any time I go, everyone is nice and they always have food. AND, the food is well seasoned. I like the chicken al pastor - it is always spicy and cooked well. I can't speak about dine in or mobile ordering but I have been much happier with this chipotle! I know it's gotten much better because now my husband is back to getting Chipotle with me instead of making another stop! read more

When this place first opened up, it was top notch (for a chipotle) so much so that I would pass the one in the festival to come here. This place has fallen far from grace, very quickly. From the below average service to the now always overcooked steak. You almost have to ask for double protein to get an average amount. Tables are almost always dirty. The only bright spot at this location is the older gentleman that runs the cash register. He is always very friendly and kind. Chipotle used to be one of my families go to fast food spots, but given this location and the one in the festival are my closest to home options. We will be taking our business and appetites elsewhere. read more

Alright, so I have mixed feelings about this chipotle! I had a very positive experience here but I came again with a friend and even though I isn't order the second time I witnessed some very rude customer service. Even though it was a rather slow afternoon, (meaning there was only 2 people in line) the food line maker was really rude and short with her. She was fast about everything and not in a good way. I was shocked because I came the day before and received great service! So that did turn me off and then when o read the reviews I was shocked. My chicken bowl was delicious and my food line maker was patient and very nice. I also ordered some queso and chips....and let me tell you their cheese was way below average. It was warm but tasted very disgusting. Qudoba really surpassed them with the cheese. Please fix whatever issue is going on with the cheese!! If you are new to chipotle they do charge for queso, salsa and guacamole. Just a heads up. The dining area was well lit and was fairly clean. Next door to this store is also a Starbucks. So enjoy a meal and then a nice refreshing drink! They do not offer military discount. I am truly hoping they can improve their customer service and keep it consistent! read more

Did an online order for two salads using DoorDash. Came straight home and opened them. Both salads were swimming in liquid, most likely from the salsas. The presentation not only looked unappetizing but unable to eat. The rice was in clumps and cold, and there was barely any chicken or beans. We lost our appetites. read more

I'm quite patient person and I never write reviews however , this chipotle deserves one. I place my pick up order on the app, set for 10:50am and when I arrive around 10:45am, I'm the only customer there, Great! As I walk to the register there's multiple employees by the lineup, I say hello and advised i was there for a pickup. They all ignored me, a couple walked away as if i wasn't actually there, and another lady just gave me a dirty look and I had to say hello three times while they were standing in front of me. It wasn't busy or loud so I wasn't sure of the ignorance. It honestly felt like these people had a grudge against me like high school, what did i do? Once the guy (who looked like the supervisor) said hello, and I advised him again of my pick up and he said, "Wait a minute", okay thats fine! After five more minutes of waiting for a response another customer walks in and I request the ETA as I was on a lunch break and he advised me again to "Wait"... Okay. It wasn't until after 15 minutes and a full line of customers walk through the door, that the manager looking guy began to make my food advising more customers to "Wait". As he sloppily through my tacos together into a bowl causing red hot sauce to go everywhere, I was finally able to leave the store at 11:07am before more tragedy had happened. Simple Customer service, communication, and punctuality is very important and wasn't showed at this location. I write this review so that hopefully some corporate person may see this and make a difference! I love chipotle with all my heart, but this definitely is a big reason to lose local customers. read more

corporate and regional managers should be ashamed of this dumpster fire period. I go there about once per month and my last two experiences were utter failures. I went in November and waited for over an hour for a takeout order. I ordered and paid through the app, so I was essentially held hostage! There's no real way to cancel an order once it's placed and you've paid on the first occasion! There's no real way to cancel an order once it's placed and you've paid. on the first occasion, the dining room was closed since someone called out and all they could focus on online orders. I was able to contact Chipotle customer service online and they compensated me fully for the order. I tried the same location last week and was met with a worse response: not only did someone call out, but they ran out of steak, guacamole, chips, and white rice. They again shut the dining room to walk in service and focused on online orders. I waited 80 minutes for an incomplete order, and again, contacted Chipotle customer service . This time, I was given the "too bad, so sad "reply and I promptly canceled my relationship with Chipotle. They won't miss me nor will. I miss them. This is the slowest chipotle I've ever been to. You can have 2-3 people in front of you and it'll still take a min of 15 mins to go through the line. When placing online orders, they are usually 10-25 mins later than the promised time. Today, they were over 25 mins past my promised time. There were approximately 5 other people at a given time waiting for their online orders and it was at least 10-15 mins past the promised time. They were getting angry. Most times, the employees poorly wraps the burrito and you have to redo it yourself. The meat is typically not warm but cool-ish. Very disappointed in this location. I won't be back.
