The food was just OK. Very little effort went into the actual preparation and the proportions in the burrito were all over the place. What's really concerning to me is the cleanliness of this store. Looking past the front line, the preparation area was a complete disaster with food all over the floor and dirty bowls just sitting out everywhere. Waited over 35 minutes in store for the WORST chipotle of my life. I went to this chipotle and on the door there was a note that said they were only taking online orders due to staff shortage, no worries i understood so i ordered my order at 5:25, which was supposed to be ready at 5:40. I decide to wait the 15 minutes in the store. During my wait I watched a number of workers lallygag behind the counter. My order was finally ready at 6:05. I checked my bag to make sure i got everything, but i was missing a side of green salsa. I had to stand in front of the counter as various employees looked at me, but did not come up to me to ask what i needed. After a few minutes, i finally got my missing item from the girl handing out the orders. I get home, starving and hoping to enjoy the best tacos of my life, but once again totally disappointed. The tacos must have been laid across each other as they added toppings because it was impossible to separate the tacos without destroying them and having to rebuild them myself. This Chipotle has turned around for me recently - I used to go to have them (rudely) tell me there are no fajita veggies, no chips, no salad dressing... now, any time I go, everyone is nice and they always have food. AND, the food is well seasoned. I like the chicken al pastor - it is always spicy and cooked well. I can't speak about dine in or mobile ordering but I have been much happier with this chipotle! When this place first opened up, it was top notch (for a chipotle) so much so that I would pass the one in the festival to come here. This place has fallen far from grace, very quickly. From the below average service to the now always overcooked steak. You almost have to ask for double protein to get an average amount. Tables are almost always dirty. The only bright spot at this location is the older gentleman that runs the cash register. He is always very friendly and kind. Chipotle used to be one of my families go to fast food spots, but given this location and the one in the festival are my closest to home options. Did an online order for two salads using DoorDash. Came straight home and opened them. Both salads were swimming in liquid, most likely from the salsas. I'm quite patient person and I never write reviews however , this chipotle deserves one. I place my pick up order on the app, set for 10:50am and when I arrive around 10:45am, I'm the only customer there, Great! As I walk to the register there's multiple employees by the lineup, I say hello and advised i was there for a pickup. They all ignored me, a couple walked away as if i wasn't actually there, and another lady just gave me a dirty look and I had to say hello three times while they were standing in front of me. It wasn't busy or loud so I wasn't sure of the ignorance. It honestly felt like these people had a grudge against me like high school, what did i do? Once the guy (who looked like the supervisor) said hello, and I advised him again of my pick up and he said, "Wait a minute", okay thats fine! After five more minutes of waiting for a response another customer walks in and I request the ETA as I was on a lunch break and he advised me again to "Wait"... Okay. It wasn't until after 15 minutes and a full line of customers walk through the door, that the manager looking guy began to make my food advising more customers to "Wait". As he sloppily through my tacos together into a bowl causing red hot sauce to go everywhere, I was finally able to leave the store at 11:07am before more tragedy had happened. Simple Customer service, communication, and punctuality is very important and wasn't showed at this location. I write this review so that hopefully some corporate person may see this and make a difference! corporate and regional managers should be ashamed of this dumpster fire period. I go there about once per month and my last two experiences were utter failures. I went in November and waited for over an hour for a takeout order. I ordered and paid through the app, so I was essentially held hostage! There's no real way to cancel an order once it's placed and you've paid on the first occasion! I was able to contact Chipotle customer service online and they compensated me fully for the order. I tried the same location last week and was met with a worse response: not only did someone call out, but they ran out of steak, guacamole, chips, and white rice. They again shut the dining room to walk in service and focused on online orders. I waited 80 minutes for an incomplete order, and again, contacted Chipotle customer service . This time, I was given the "too bad, so sad "reply and I promptly canceled my relationship with Chipotle. They won't miss me nor will. I miss them. I had a very positive experience here but I came again with a friend and even though I isn't order the second time I witnessed some very rude customer service. Even though it was a rather slow afternoon, (meaning there was only 2 people in line) the food line maker was really rude and short with her. She was fast about everything and not in a good way. I was shocked because I came the day before and received great service! So that did turn me off and then when o read the reviews I was shocked. My chicken bowl was delicious and my food line maker was patient and very nice. I also ordered some queso and chips....and let me tell you their cheese was way below average. It was warm but tasted very disgusting. Qudoba really surpassed them with the cheese. Please fix whatever issue is going on with the cheese!! If you are new to chipotle they do charge for queso, salsa and guacamole. Just a heads up. The dining area was well lit and was fairly clean. Next door to this store is also a Starbucks. So enjoy a meal and then a nice refreshing drink! They do not offer military discount. I am truly hoping they can improve their customer service and keep it consistent! read more

This is the slowest chipotle I've ever been to. You can have 2-3 people in front of you and it'll still take a min of 15 mins to go through the line. When placing online orders, they are usually 10-25 mins later than the promised time. Today, they were over 25 mins past my promised time. There were approximately 5 other people at a given time waiting for their online orders and it was at least 10-15 mins past the promised time. They were getting angry. Most times, the employees poorly wraps the burrito and you have to redo it yourself. The meat is typically not warm but cool-ish. Very disappointed in this location. I won't be back.
