Poor Quality. Drive less than 2 miles and go to the one in Erlanger much better value. I just received a burrito bowl it was only half full. I have not seen that before. So I wanted a light lunch so I went in and ordered a vegetarian burrito and it cost the same as if I was going to get a burrito with Meat. I thought that was very odd. They made my burrito just as I asked with beans and rice and pico with sour cream, but I don't think it should've been charge for the same as if I got a chicken burrito just a thought. read more

The profile picture on my Yelp profile is of the very first time I had a Chipotle burrito. It was actually in Las Vegas. At the time, Chipotle did not exist in our area. Thankfully, that has been rectified. I love Chipotle. There's just no getting around it. I love the quality of their ingredients. I have no fear of E. coli. In some ways the E. coli scare has been great for me, as it is scared off other customers and made their lines shorter. So that's been a bit of a silver lining for me. In a perfect world, their hot salsa would be a little less hot. The flavor is amazing, but the heat is a little rough on me. Also, the chip portions are a joke. But just so you know I can be somewhat objective here, I will admit on the record that Chipotle's queso is absolutely disgusting. That stuff should be banned by the government. read more

So.. let me firsts Express my concerns with the Chipotle brand as a whole... Each location here in the Northern KY area seems to suffer from the same issue.. Not having a staple that you would come to expect from Chipotle. We're talking white rice people. That's like McDonald's having no fries, arby's having no roast beef, or KFC having no biscuits. You know that feeling when you're in a hurry and you're hungry but you're dreading the thought of eating fast food??? Chipotle comes to the rescue!! I'm a huge fan of the burrito bowls, it allows you to cut calories out by avoiding the tortilla. Nice! The staff is very kind and helpful. I have absolutely no complaints in that department. However, when we went for dinner they were out of chips (it happens), and the floor was an absolute mess of dirt and leaves and rice and food. There were literal chunks of meat under the table where we were sitting. But more than that, I encourage you not to come to this location unless you feel like ingesting a bucket of salt. The guacamole is completely inedible (I dumped mine in the trash), and everything else is so salty I couldn't drink enough water to keep up. I barely ate any of my food and am definitely disappointed. It could possibly be a result of whoever was making the food today, but I don't feel like coming back to find out. read more

Walked in tonight to replace an order that I ordered through the chipotle app because I had someone else's food in my bag. I walked in walk to the counter waited about 30 seconds heard everyone in the store call out "line" because none of them wanted to take my order then they proceeded to play "nose goes" like the Children that they are. I understand that this is a young staff but this is your job. Respect your selfs and just do your job. I'm not mad that my order was initially messed up these things happen. But when I come in to fix the order on my own dime I think myself and other customers would prefer a little more work ethic. read more

Solid and clean Chipotle, nothing particularly unique about it compared to any other chipotle. They are slammed during lunch during the week but they move the line very quickly and efficiently. On off hours they can be busy too but definitely nothing like lunch hours. They have a nice outdoor area (much better than the mall road one) and the parking lot is a great size even when they are busy you can find a spot. Overall they have quick service, decent food at a good price. read more

I can understand being busy, but I cannot understand being rude to a customer who politely asks for a bit more rice and salsa. The portion sizes are laughable, and the staff get a noticeable attitude when asked for more. There are two or three other Chipotles in the area, and I will not be coming back to this one. read more

I love Chipotle, dislike this location. Every time I come to this Chipotle, it's a bad experience. The first time, the girl messed up my food and I didn't realize until I was at home feeding my 4 kids dinner. Due to a food allergy, I couldn't even eat it. The second time I went, I ended up having to wait while they cooked veggies because they were completely out, yet hadn't even started a new batch. The third time I came, same issue with the veggies, plus they didn't have any carnitas made up either. I sat and waited a good 15 minutes for them to cook the food while at least 10 people behind me went through the line. Nobody apologized or anything. read more

Well McDonald did it again, knows how to market, service and deliver to the customers. Chipotles wow what an addictive burrito. I order the steak with extra rice. Something in there rice...yummy. I know in the rice. they put cilantro, sugar, lemon juice, and something else. I also have the green pepper, which I am usually not a fan of, but with the mix of onions, what a great combination. Continuing on with my burrito, I get extra sour cream and cheese, diced tomato and mild salsa. I love the hot salsa, but it does not agree with my stomach. Sometime I splurge with the extra gucamola , wish it was free. I know avocado I expensive. Well, that what I order 90% of the time. I try not to eat here more then 4 times a week, I one time, when they first open. I ate here 2 weeks straight. I think you get my point. read more

This location is consistent with others. We had dinner on a Friday and it was about 80% full. The menu is simple but straight-forward. The line moved quickly and the servers were very happy and nice to be around. Chicken Burrito Bowl tasted great as always. The Patron Margarita was mixed really well. read more

People always act like Chipotle was created by God but it's really not that good. The workers are incompetent and the food is terrible. I know that sounds like an overreaction, but how incompetent do you have to be to fill half a burrito bowl with sour cream? It's the only thing I can taste! Same with the salsa too. All but one of the meat options are subpar, with the exception of the Carne Asada. It's still not nearly as good as other Mexican food places. My food always comes cold and they mess up the order 50% of the time. I wouldn't recommend Chipotle to anyone. read more

Stopped in for a healthy meal after the gym and was not disappointed. I ordered a steak bowl with guacamole. They had run out of steak, but were making some and apologized for the minor inconvenience. During the wait, they were very polite and apologetic. One gentlemen asked if I would like a free drink while my steak was being prepared to which I had politely declined and then, the guy that was in front of me (who had just gotten lunch) gave me 2 buy one get one free cards for a burrito/bowl to thank me for my patience. Right after I had received the cards, they asked me how I wanted my steak cooked and made it to my request. If all that wasn't enough, they didn't even charge me for my meal (even after I had tried to pay). I was thinking that they were doing a training that day, but am not sure. Regardless, I was pleasantly surprised at how wonderful that they had treated me during the whole ordeal as I have waited much longer at other establishments and didn't receive so much of an apology. This is the absolute BEST Chipotle. The workers are awesome, always friendly and upbeat. The food is always wonderful. The workers are fast. Even when an ingredient is low or out, they get it quickly. They are prepared and on top of things at this location which is a direct contrast to the one on Fountain Square Downtown Cincinnati. I placed an online order at this location. I paid when I arrived at and I sat and waited until around 40 minutes for my food. I then went into line and waited. Advised to the girl that I had been waiting for quite some time for my online order. They then found my order slip. It wasn't presented to be prepared. Once I had my food, the same girl at the register who I just spoke to was about to ring me up again. I told her that I had been waiting for my food for forty five minutes. And that I had to wait in line again to actually have it prepared. She muttered "sorry" and asked if I wanted a drink. She didn't even remember me. I guess it had been over 40 minutes. She never once checked on me while I was waiting. This location is flat out horrible. I've been to quite a few chipotle restaurants. Most have been excellent. This location in Florence ky had a used syringe outside in their parking lot recently. My wife went inside to tell them it was there. They said they would take care of it. It sat in the same place for around three weeks. I'm done with this location. Everyone else should be too. read more
