Sadly, with new people getting hired here. The portions are getting smaller for us. Don't get me wrong we love this place more than chipotle. But today we came in and the girls working behind the counters, making our order didn't cut it for us. It's almost like they were giving us cat food portions LOL. I love going there when the Hispanic males are working cause they know how to roll the burritos well and don't skimp out on portions. Maybe, hopefully we'll come on a day when the guys are working! Stopped in on our way out of town, the staff was friendly, the service was quick, and the food was hot and delicious. I had the new "knock out tacos" (I chose crunchy tacos: two "drunken chicken"-tequila lime chicken and a "gladiator"-a steak caesar salad kind of connection, served with bacon, but as much as I love bacon, I left it off) My husband got a quesadilla and chips with queso. Plentiful bowls. However the bottleneck came when it was time to pay. The cashier didn't know how to work the register. There were several patrons in front and behind us ready to dine. The fastest part of the meal should be paying and it wasn't. Would have been nice if the food had been hot also. Updated Review 12/17/18 Tables dirty, food still not hot and beverage machine out of lots of flavors. Had to ask for lids for drinks. Decent brand; but I guess it's hard to find good help. read more

I really like qdoba! It has some good healthy choices as well as some delicious unhealthy choices. its my favorite between moe's and chipotle! this particular one has nice outdoor seating and I get good coupons from these guys. they are quick but it can be super busy during peak meal hours. read more

Great food but this place is poorly run. They consistently do not have food ready for pre-orders that are supposed to be ready to pick up at a certain time. They have made me wait 15 or more minutes every time I do pick up here. They haven't been crowded either. Sad! read more

It had been a long time since I'd been to Qdoba (I'd been going to Chipotle instead) so one summer day, I decided to give it another try. The folks working the line were friendly and helpful, especially when I said it had been several years since I had been in there to eat. They pointed out it was Taco Tuesday so I got a couple of different ones to try. Annoyance - Fox News on both TVs. Luckily, the sound was down. I bit into the first taco. I couldn't tell by taste which one it was. Literally, I had to open up all the tacos to try to figure out which was which. They were all pretty bland. Now, the chips were really good with lots of lime flavor. One of the employees had given me a taste of the Ancho Chile BBQ sauce and that went great with the chips. If you like mild Mexican food, this is the place for you. If you actually want some flavor in your counter service Mexican food, go to Chipotle. read more

Each time I have had a good conversation with them before ordering my meal. The place has recently been renovated and looks more modern/inviting! The food tastes very fresh and has MANY options. I like Qdoba. They've got great food and healthy choices. Moe's is about as close as it gets to this place. They have the best quesadilla I've ever had. Mine was a chicken with pico de gallo, along with some chips and salsa. I've gotta try Chipotle so I can compare, never been there but everybody tells me it's good. Moe's is really great too. I love this place. I work very close by and for awhile was going there 5 days a week for lunch. I've had to cut back to save some money, but the staff still remembers me when I come in. The burritos are great. They're usually stuffed so full that I can't finish it all in one sitting. I would recommend Qdoba to anyone. read more

Slow service. Stale chips. Very stingy with the queso. Wanted to give me one scoop for nachos! Well, I gave this place more than one chance but they are really really cheap. Every time I went there, they try to put as little as possible of everything, while charging $3 more than Chipotle! I love to eat outside when its warm. This visit - it was not. I always order the same thing - The Chicken Taco Salad in a crunchy flour tortilla bowl, with some chips and salsa, just because. I usually eat the lime and kosher salt chips more than the flour bowl. I love the chicken and sour cream. There is always a bunch of lettuce left because you get a nice portion. The meat was very gristly even the chicken. But the plain ice tea was perfectly made. I didn't try the sauces. Some of my co-workers said they were both really hot (green and red). This was a catered lunch. Maybe they do better at the counter. read more

When it comes to burritos and upscale Mexican fast food Qdoba does it right. If you like Chipotle or Hot Heads I think this is the place for you. I'm not sure about Hot Heads (I've only been there once), but Qdoba has more of a menu selection and a better selection at that than Chipotle. I tend to most of the time get a burrito bowl and most of the time have to get a lid to take half of it home. I've never had stale chips from this restaurant, which seems to be the case every time I get Chipotle. All-in-all, if you're wanting a burrito, bowl, tacos, or a quesadilla check this place out.
