On 9/4/24 you all had an AMAZING TEAM in the evening. They were busting their butts off with juggling the line inside for mostly Togo orders and with drive through pick up orders. They were working so well together!! I was waiting for steak because they had run out they gave me an estimated time of it being ready with 10 min. Within that 10 minutes they helped over 15-20 customers inside only. I just want to give them a huge round of applause and some appreciation because they were so busy but kept a smile on their faces even after a customer was upset with them. I usually have a good meal at this Chipotle location, but the other day, it was like a romper room in the restaurant. It wasn't that busy and there were at least 8 employees, that I counted doing nothing but playing around. The young lady taking my order was the only one actually working. She had a hard time getting three soft taco shells and tin foil from her coworkers, because they were busy taking selfies and playing around. The guacamole was horrible looking, so I opted not to have any. I wanted to eat in the restaurant and had my three tacos wrapped up in foil put in a bag and handed to me. I got a soft drink, wanting Coke Zero, but all that came out was seltzer water.Three of the employees were "fascinated" with trying to figure out how to load the soap refill for the restroom, RIGHT on the food line. Went to this location a few days ago with my wife and two sons what a nightmare. Service was horrible and rude, they were out of half of the menu items. Trash cans were overflowing, food all over the tables and floor everywhere and the five employees seemed more interested in playing around in the kitchen then doing there job. I haven't been to Chipotle in ages. I recently went here and ordered a bowl online to be picked up. I ordered a very standard bowl with maximum 5 ingredients. First of all, I hate how their chips are extra. Second of all, their queso and guac aren't even that good. Not sure when or why they changed the ingredients especially the available proteins. There's no more grilled chicken and the ground beef tasted odd. I felt like it wasn't as saucy anymore. After ordering my older son's bowl, I went to order my younger son's kids quesadilla meal with an extra quesadilla....we have literally ordered this way for 10 years. Always have an issue with my order when I come to this chipotle. Most of the time they forget my salad vinaigrette and guac that I paid extra for. Don't have your food delivered from here because most like they'll mess up your order and you won't be able to do anything about it. Honestly can say one of the worst chipotle's I've been in. Been in here a few times just to give it a chance, maybe they were having a bad day, you know? The tables have been consistently dirty. Food on all the surfaces, floors filthy with food, napkins, and plastic silverware everywhere. Ive been sitting in the restaurant for 25 minutes. Currently no one in line, multiple workers in the back. So maybe they just don't care. The tacos I ordered were literally swimming in juice from the beans. Doesn't take more than a couple seconds to strain that out. Generally, there just seems to be a distinct lack of enthusiasm or caring at this restaurant. Really disappointing. Went in for dinner on A Saturday evening and the door had a hand written note they were out of guacamole. Should have known before I stepped inside! Soda machine broken, every table was gross and sticky, food line was filthy, trash out and overflowing, and SIX employees were standing around talking, doing nothing. All napkin dispensers were empty-had to ask for one. Not one employee came out while we were eating to stock or clean. Stood behind the food line with open cups talking and laughing. Not one other customer came in while we were there, except a single drive thru order. It was disgusting, and we won't be back. Unless new management takes over, this location wont last. I've really tried with this location but went for the last time last evening. Portion size was laughable, tried to give me 7. Black. Beans...7. Granted, they scraped the bottom of the tin they were in but when I asked for more, the reaction was unprofessional - no apology, no acknowledgment just annoyance at my ask and then proceeded to loudly rifle through and take out their frustration on the metal containers they were looking through for the ingredient I asked for. Today I went in for a simple bowl, and the lettuce was all brown, and they proceeded to put it on top of my bowl, as if there were no issues, and I asked for a different lettuce and they told me it was not expired, but it was evidently brown. This place is in trouble. It's unfortunate because we love chipotle. I've had two experiences here. The first was right after they opened and sadly it was during the time of the pandemic when restaurants weren't having in house seating... so we placed an order through the app to go. When we got our food home it was cold and both my order and my husbands was wrong. Now nearly two years later I tried again with some friends. Got there at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning... there was a sign posted that they were out of chicken, steak, something else, and chips. Seriously? Seriously? We had pork or veggie to choose from. I got veggie. It was okay but really wanted a chicken bowl. Their staff was friendly and I think embarrassed to be out of the proteins. People came in, read the sign, and left. Ordered on line and was actually about 10 minutes late getting there. Long line and no clear path inside for pick up. When I asked about the order not ready and waited another 10 minutes. Just opened so I completely understood. However once I got home discovered a missing item so I tried to call, no answer. We started ordering our food and were told there were no chips because no one knew how to make them. Then we asked for a quesadilla and were given a ridiculous explanation that the store policy was it only able to order a quesadilla online when we were in store looking at the menu where it clearly stated there were kids quesadillas. When going to get our drinks, there was a huge puddle of water just sitting there on the ground as one of the staff members sat there starting at her phone and watching us struggle to even get a drink. My daughter even slipped on her way out cause her shoes got wet. Keep in mind they close at 10 and we were there at 9:00. The staff put out "temporarily closed" signs on every table in the restaurant, so we had to ask if we could even sit there, when the same staff sitting right next to us replied " we put them out early for closing."
