When I came in it wasn't busy, I wasn't greeted. Just "for here or to do", the lady and gentleman just played around and wasn't really impressed. Then they were playing around with the music volume making it really loud and playing around. Wasn't provided or asked if I wanted a recipe so I didn't get their name. read more

I believe it was Thursday (2/12), we ordered two DOUBLE HIGH PROTEIN BOWLS and extra side of chicken. We ordered online to be picked up at 1. It was so extremely good that I wish we lived closer so we could have it more often. The food was ready when my husband arrived to pick it up. I sincerely hope when we get it again, it is just as good. read more

I haven't been to a Chipotle in years and was reminded why after this visit. Over 50 bucks for four bowls?! Three of which were wrong. I double checked my online order and it was also printed correctly on the lids. Too much of a hassle to go back, so we dealt with it. The quality of the produce isn't what it used to be. Nothing really tasted fresh. Over priced fast food. Let's be honest, the only reason people continue to eat at Chipotle is for the guac. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Vegetarian Lifestyle Bowl - Fast Food Near Me - Ephrata, Pennsylvania

So unfriendly, dirty counters, trash overflowing and they were out of half of their menu items at 4pm. We left and will never be back !

On 9/4/24 you all had an AMAZING TEAM in the evening. They were busting their butts off with juggling the line inside for mostly Togo orders and with drive through pick up orders. They were working so well together!! I was waiting for steak because they had run out they gave me an estimated time of it being ready with 10 min. Within that 10 minutes they helped over 15-20 customers inside only. I just want to give them a huge round of applause and some appreciation because they were so busy but kept a smile on their faces even after a customer was upset with them. They kept themselves calm and collective and I give them props to that!! Great set of team member that night!!! read more

Service was great Portions were also good It's was very clean Staff was very attentive Would recommend read more

I usually have a good meal at this Chipotle location, but the other day, it was like a romper room in the restaurant. It wasn't that busy and there were at least 8 employees, that I counted doing nothing but playing around. The young lady taking my order was the only one actually working. She had a hard time getting three soft taco shells and tin foil from her coworkers, because they were busy taking selfies and playing around. The guacamole was horrible looking, so I opted not to have any. I wanted to eat in the restaurant and had my three tacos wrapped up in foil put in a bag and handed to me. I got a soft drink, wanting Coke Zero, but all that came out was seltzer water.Three of the employees were "fascinated" with trying to figure out how to load the soap refill for the restroom, RIGHT on the food line. Who ever is running this unit or owns it, is wasting their money paying "kids" to play around while they are at work, not to mention providing a poor service experience to the customer. read more

The food came out fast and tasted very good. And the service was really fast. And the ambiance was ok so it's a 4 star!

I tried this location (first time). Portion size was a joke, the guy was very stingy with the serving. I even mentioned how little was served in every side and the brisket. beans were so dry, they scraped the bottom of the tin very unprofessional -.not coming back to this place. read more

Went to this location a few days ago with my wife and two sons what a nightmare. Service was horrible and rude, they were out of half of the menu items. Trash cans were overflowing, food all over the tables and floor everywhere and the five employees seemed more interested in playing around in the kitchen then doing there job. Will never go to this location again. I advise no one else does either. Looks like new management is needed there for sure. read more

Ordered chipotle thru door dash and it is normally great but this time the chicken on my order was really hard and overcooked, Maybe they thought they could use it for a doordash order because I would not send it back. Very disappointing read more

I haven't been to Chipotle in ages. I recently went here and ordered a bowl online to be picked up. I ordered a very standard bowl with maximum 5 ingredients. First of all, I hate how their chips are extra. Second of all, their queso and guac aren't even that good. Not sure when or why they changed the ingredients especially the available proteins. There's no more grilled chicken and the ground beef tasted odd. I felt like it wasn't as saucy anymore. Overall super disappointed especially since I paid a lot of money for just 1 mediocre bowl. read more

Ordered a lifestyle bowl, paid for extra chicken. Everything about this $20 bowl was skimpy, including the overcooked chicken. Wish this place was better because it's one of the few "healthy" fast food places around. But I won't be spending hard-earned money on so little food again. read more

Stopped in here for a quick dinner for my kids. No one in the whole place...except for one couple eating. After ordering my older son's bowl, I went to order my younger son's kids quesadilla meal with an extra quesadilla....we have literally ordered this way for 10 years. Unfriendly worker says they can't do that, I would have to buy two meals. Tried to order the adult quesadilla instead. She states I can only order that online. If my older son's bowl wasn't already made I would have turned around and walked out. Kicker was they didn't even have kids chip bags made up to go with the meal. No one in the place...on a Saturday night. Should have taken that as the first clue....Will not be returning! read more

Always have an issue with my order when I come to this chipotle. Most of the time they forget my salad vinaigrette and guac that I paid extra for. Don't have your food delivered from here because most like they'll mess up your order and you won't be able to do anything about it. It's better to go inside to order and check over your food before leaving. read more

Probably the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Service is lack luster, everything is dirty, and they are always out or have incredibly stale chips. I just paid $10 for half a bowl. I am disappointed and dissatisfied to say the least. You're better off spending your money at Popeyes or Jersey Mikes next door. Trust all the negative reviews you see. It's not worth it. read more

Honestly can say one of the worst chipotle's I've been in. Been in here a few times just to give it a chance, maybe they were having a bad day, you know? The tables have been consistently dirty. Food on all the surfaces, floors filthy with food, napkins, and plastic silverware everywhere. Ive been sitting in the restaurant for 25 minutes. Currently no one in line, multiple workers in the back. So maybe they just don't care. The tacos I ordered were literally swimming in juice from the beans. Doesn't take more than a couple seconds to strain that out. Generally, there just seems to be a distinct lack of enthusiasm or caring at this restaurant. Really disappointing. Food quality was fine, but the rest of the restaurant grossed me out. Will have to seek out other chipotles from here on out. read more

Went in for dinner on A Saturday evening and the door had a hand written note they were out of guacamole. Should have known before I stepped inside! Soda machine broken, every table was gross and sticky, food line was filthy, trash out and overflowing, and SIX employees were standing around talking, doing nothing. All napkin dispensers were empty-had to ask for one. Not one employee came out while we were eating to stock or clean. Stood behind the food line with open cups talking and laughing. Not one other customer came in while we were there, except a single drive thru order. It was disgusting, and we won't be back. Unless new management takes over, this location wont last. Go to Fruitville Pike if you want Chipotle! read more

this chipotle SUCKS. I wish I could give zero stars. not only is my order always wrong but the workers are horrible and have terrible attitudes and don't even listen to what you ask for. Then when you ask them to correct their mistakes they say no??? I never have issues at any other chipotle but it is actually outrageous how bad this location is. read more

I've really tried with this location but went for the last time last evening. Portion size was laughable, tried to give me 7. Black. Beans...7. Granted, they scraped the bottom of the tin they were in but when I asked for more, the reaction was unprofessional - no apology, no acknowledgment just annoyance at my ask and then proceeded to loudly rifle through and take out their frustration on the metal containers they were looking through for the ingredient I asked for. I then asked for mild salsa - out. Sour Cream - out. Said I'm good and left. This was after waiting 15 mins in line, 6 customers ahead of me and at least 4 workers behind the counter. I would gladly wait in line for a bowl made with ingredients requested but to wait patiently to be mistreated and then be out of half of the ingredients asked for...this is not an enjoyable experience and would consider taking my business elsewhere. Would give zero stars if I was able. This is not the first or second time with this location and don't even get me started on portion sizes read more

This Chipotle has struggled from the start. Today I went in for a simple bowl, and the lettuce was all brown, and they proceeded to put it on top of my bowl, as if there were no issues, and I asked for a different lettuce and they told me it was not expired, but it was evidently brown. Unfortunately, we have never had a good experience at this location. read more

if I could give this a zero star review I most definitely would. This place was disgusting. We walked in around dinner time and they had nothing prepared for the dinner rush.It took 20 min waiting in line to get to order our food.Once we got up there the boy working the line was RUDE and rolled his eyes at us when we asked for something. When my daughter asked for queso on the side the girl told us they didn't have any. They didn't have much left but there was some. After we made our bowls we waited to pay for 10 min when 4 workers walked past us , once someone decided to come help us .Another boy brought out caso in a pan and put it onto the line, my daughter asked again for a side of queso and she told my daughter no , we said it's right there and she said no. we let it go and had the other person we were with go up and ask, she told us it would be more money for a side of queso they it's posted on their menu. My daughter then goes to the bathroom and it was DISGUSTING.there was no toilet paper , no soap, no paper towels.there was trash flowing out of the feminine trash can and it smelled. The inside of the store was also terrible. read more

1st time trying Chipotle and definitely the last. Ordered pick up, got there as they were bagging it and live 5 minutes away. Got home with my $75 order for 4 and 2 of the 4 dinners were wrong and 2 out of the 4 were ice cold! Cheese wasn't even slightly melted. "Steak" was old and tough on top of being cold. Terrible experience and such a waste of money. Stay away! read more

They forgot to include some toppings I ordered, as well as gave me tiny portions. The bowl was so light and barely filled.

This place is in trouble. It's unfortunate because we love chipotle. I've had two experiences here. The first was right after they opened and sadly it was during the time of the pandemic when restaurants weren't having in house seating... so we placed an order through the app to go. When we got our food home it was cold and both my order and my husbands was wrong. Now nearly two years later I tried again with some friends. Got there at 11:00 am on a Sunday morning... there was a sign posted that they were out of chicken, steak, something else, and chips. Seriously? Seriously? We had pork or veggie to choose from. I got veggie. It was okay but really wanted a chicken bowl. Their staff was friendly and I think embarrassed to be out of the proteins. People came in, read the sign, and left. They're losing business. Something better change or this location isn't going to make it. read more

Definitely one of my worst chipotle experiences. The rice was very undercooked, to the point of literally being crunchy. Chicken was dry like it was sitting out all day, and the Guac had pieces of broken pit in it. Very bad quality. Won't be back. read more

wish i could leave 0 stars. i usually don't leave bad reviews, but this is the 3rd time this has happened to us. our order is always wrong. They were out of Sour cream, Chicken, mild Salsa, guacamole and Cheese. they never give me my drink. THE WORST CHIPOTLE. disappointed. read more

These people are completely incapable of listening to your order or reading it off a screen. I went in there the other day and asked them to go LIGHT on beans, they didn't. I let it go thinking they hadn't heard me. Next I asked them to go LIGHT on corn this time EMPHASIZING that I didn't want much, again they took no heed to my wishes. TODAY I ordered through the app asking for a bowl with brown rice, I got white. Again I asked them for to go light on beans, they did. I got none and instead got onions and peppers which I didn't want any of at all. GET IT TOGETHER CHIPOTLE! read more

Ordered 2 hours ago and they tell us just now our food could not be delivered. Horrible customer service and no communication. Terrible

Ordered on line and was actually about 10 minutes late getting there. Long line and no clear path inside for pick up. When I asked about the order not ready and waited another 10 minutes. Just opened so I completely understood. However once I got home discovered a missing item so I tried to call, no answer. Drove back and waited to talk to the person at the register straight to and was told to jump back in line to reorder go so had to wait again! Not to happy at this point. Made it back to the register to pick up my missing item, received no apology for my ordeal after a hour and fifteen minutes from my original pick up time! Will be a long while before going back, if at all read more

The location opened up the week of 3/22/21. If you're looking to order via mobile app I'd give it a good month before you do. The store was filled with confused staff and very unsatisfied customers. Not sure if it is the app or if it was their inexperience but either way I'd say to order in person if you want to walk out with anything resembling your order. read more

We started ordering our food and were told there were no chips because no one knew how to make them. Then we asked for a quesadilla and were given a ridiculous explanation that the store policy was it only able to order a quesadilla online when we were in store looking at the menu where it clearly stated there were kids quesadillas. There was also no lettuce available. When going to get our drinks, there was a huge puddle of water just sitting there on the ground as one of the staff members sat there starting at her phone and watching us struggle to even get a drink. My daughter even slipped on her way out cause her shoes got wet. Keep in mind they close at 10 and we were there at 9:00. The staff put out "temporarily closed" signs on every table in the restaurant, so we had to ask if we could even sit there, when the same staff sitting right next to us replied " we put them out early for closing." When it was only 9 o'clock. Very disappointing experience. read more
