This is easily the worst Chipotle, maybe even fast food restaurant, I have ever stepped foot into. As soon as I walked in I noticed food on the tables and floors, dirty everywhere. Had 4 employees just standing behind the counter. Not one of them cleaning up. Ordered 2 burritos, the guy couldn't have tried any harder to give me terribly skimpy portions. On everything, rice/meat/beans/etc. I asked if these are normal portions and he had the nerve to say he "actually hooked me up" HAHAHAHAHAHAHAAHA I left without buying anything. I walked out to my car, looked on yelp and seen it was at a whomping 1.7 stars. I also noticed that every single negative review is responded to by Chipotle. The same negative reviews go back years. I like chipolte but almost every time i go something is wrong. This time i asked for honey chicken- got normal chicken asked for red salsa- got none and asked for queso and got none. I admit that it's been several years since I have dined in at Elk River Chipotle and was a little concerned with so many negative reviews. But, my recent experience with a friend was excellent. I got the Chicken bowl with many of the ingredients offered. My friend got more chicken on his bowl and I said something (being funny) and the server added more chicken. All the staff were very friendly. Tables were clean and the restaurant overall, very clean. Our bowls and experience dining in was very positive. We only waited two minutes to be served. read more

Came here with my little family and waited extra for rice to be done. No big deal. But then they ran out of chicken and steak. Again sure we'll get something else. But then they skip my husband completely and go to the person behind him. And on my burrito I asked for red sauce on the side since I'm sharing with my toddler. And he puts it on the burrito. He throws it away and makes me a new one and I again said ON THE SIDE IN THE CUP and he puts it ALL over the burrito and I said are you serious? I said on the side. We just walked out at that point. I showed the inital person what I wanted and he checked with this RUDE man and he said yes guac is fine. The next thing you know he says you owe 2.86 with no explanation. He refused to finish my order and helped the next person. I told him to put it back if it was not what was been advertised. I have given this location many chances to redeem itself. It is flat out horrible. Every time I am here there are angry customers. I always order on the app and my order is wrong 50% of the time. I'm never the type of person to leave a negative review, but the last 5 times I ordered from here, I've never once enjoyed my food. I always order fajita veggies in my bowls, but not once have I ever actually gotten them in my bowl when I ordered it. Also when I order lifestyle bowls/salad, the lettuce is NEVER the same. Sometimes it's maybe a half cup of spinach, another time it'll be romaine lettuce (which is what's pictured online when ordering). I really wish I had taken pictures, because the very little amount of everything in my bowl is quite ridiculous. Half the time, my bowls are so soupy that I can barely eat it because it's mostly hot sauce. Out of all the Chipotle's that I have eaten at - this is by far the worst one ever. In the last 6 months - I have placed at least 6 pickup orders 5 out of the 6 were missing something - like 'how do you forget my fajitas - four times with four different orders????' It just boggles my freaking mind!!! Tonight's order is the worst one by far - placed an ordered for pick up at 9:10pm. Arrived at 9:12pm to pick up the orders and there was nothing. Several customers, myself included, and a Doordash guy stood waiting... the staff two (guys/boys were just standing there rapping). One girl was slowly sweeping the floor. No one paid attention to the customers standing there waiting. Finally, at 9:25pm - one of the guy told the other guy that he better start working. You can see how much that guy did not work to be working. He did a sloppy job and took his time making the burritos. Unfortunately, it was my order that he was working on... I stood waiting until a little past 9:30pm before I got my food. When I left and made it home, I realize that there was no sour cream in my bowl. Like WTF - how do you forget the sour cream? My boyfriend got a burrito and no sour cream either!!! Oh - and they forgot my tortillas that I got on the side. That cost me freaking $0.60 cents. I am done with this place - the people who work here hates their job and you can tell in the quality of the food they put out. I am tired of the mistakes they make... We stopped here tonight and it was the most disgusting food service line I've seen. Didn't look like anything had been wiped down, dropped food all over the serving line, simply yuck! We were there around 9pm, the store closes at 10pm. All the chairs were lifted up on the tables as if you couldn't sit inside. We questioned if it was even open. Watched one of the guys sneeze in his hand, then walk over and put gloves on to serve the next people in line. It was disgusting to say the least.
