I learned my lesson, never order from chipotle. Idk if the employees lose money or they pay out of their pockets because the amount they serve you is very minimal. For a $20 bowl, it's pathetic the protein they add. For $20 I'll just cook myself and I recommend DO NOT ORDER ONLINE, order in the store in case they're skimping. Very shitty. Thumbs down chipotle for a multimillion dollar company. Y'all suck even when you ask them to serve you more they look at you like ugh, barely give you any. Very disappointing the usual!! read more

Chipotle offers delicious food packed with flavor, great service in a casual, relaxing atmosphere. It's the perfect spot to enjoy a fresh, satisfying family meal. Highly recommend! read more

Terrible customer service and even worse portion sizes. $19 for a "double protein" bowl, but it barely has any meat!

All these reviews are big liars I went and tried to find roast beef. But they never served that before. So review busted, next I got there at 10:59pm and the doors were wide open review busted. And when I ordered a bowl I got 3 bowls of beans review busted. They always have the biggest smiles whenever I say rev up those fryers cuz I'm sure hungry. If I could I'd give this store 10 stars but I can't and here's a cool picture. :) read more

Don't know how to say it "WASTE OF TIME AND MONEY" and on top of it the food sucks!! Everything about it sucked couldn't wait to get out of there to get over the circus they have!! read more

Ordered the Steak Burrito, White Rice, Black Beans, Queso Blanco and what I got was something that looked like dog food. The tortilla was stale and falling apart and smelled off. But that didn't compare to the mystery meat I was given. Most of it was red uncooked meat, the other half was weird suspicious meat. Dog food looks better than this. read more

2020DEC12 I had been craving Chipotle for a while. Chipotle does have an option to order pick up ahead of time but Decided to go in person. Surprisingly on a Saturday night it was empty. The building was Nicely lighted up and attentive staff asked what I wanted to order. Got my favorite bowl: Greens, black Beans, steak, spicy sauce, and Guacamole. I was surprised to see they sell beer. Did you know? I didn't. Lol Anyway, they also sell mineral water so everyone is Happy. I would have given Chipotle a 5 out of 5 but when arrived home 5 minutes later my food was cold. :/ The safe thing about Chipotle is that unless they got terrible management and/it unhappy staff you know what you will be getting every time. The safe net of chain restaurants. read more

It's Chipotle-- do you really need a review? So I'm not much of a fast food guy, but I do like Chipotle. I'm pretty simple: brown rice (double), chicken (double), queso, red sauce, sour cream, cheese (double), in a bowl. Then I get two tortillas on the side, and I rip a little piece off, fill it up with the contents of my bowl, and make little tiny mini tacos lol. This Chipotle is almost walking distance from the house. So when it's late, or I have nothing at home, or I'm hungry and I'm on the way home, it's too easy to stop in and grab a bowl. They do offer military discount, but I'm a dude that never asks for a military discount. I also don't really come here in uniform. However, it is odd that a 6'1" 220 lb blonde haired blue eyed white dude in El Paso, with a high-n-tight haircut, isn't immediately pegged as military even in civilian clothes. Not too mention a douche like me, that has a giant tattoo on his Army with missiles and a soldier and the words US ARMY... lol. Oh well. I can afford it. Ballllleerrrrr lol read more

people are nice but they ration the protein like they are preparing for the winter. Paying full price for a baby scoop

This is a very mediocre Chipotle. We have eaten here a few times and every time we do I always hope that the food will be better the next time. But it never seems to compare to some of the other locations that seem to take more pride in the food they make. Today was a little frustrating. I got a salad and at least half of the lettuce and other greens were wilted and not fresh. For how expensive food is getting I would hope to have top notch greens in my salad. read more

I just tried chipotle Mexican grills roast beef burrito. I have to give this burrito a two out of five stars.. I paid over $16 only for one burrito that did not pass the test. Do not buy this burrito! read more

I just tried the new Barbacoa Bowl. Don't recommend it. I can NOT believe how greasy this was! I couldn't even eat 1/2 of it. I had napkins under the bowl as I was eating it. The grease seeped through the rice, the bowl, and onto the napkins! Disgusting! I took pictures! Bring back the Carne Asada. That was good. I've been eating at Chipolte for over 10 years. In shock that they serve meat this oily! read more

The food is delicious and when I ask for extra I get it. The service has always been when I have goner with my husband so I can't complain. And, the ambiance it's nice for it look lay back but could use chairs with a back to them. Other than it's fantastic all around. read more

GOD.. I hate coming to this location for the life of me! I don't know which is worse the one on Bliss or here. Always a line, always out of menu items, and you can always count on one person working the line yet the cashier can't even help to get the orders thru. It's always at night. The food isn't bad it's just the customer service that sucks read more

I honestly feel you can never go wrong with Chipotle. They have a selection large enough to meet all your needs. With various types of steak to chicken and including a vegetarian/ vegan option you all set. Looking for something in a pinch that's filling and good, hit the app, place your order and off you go. Down side is sometimes they under cook the rice, so ensure you check your order. read more

the service is always bad the workers are sloppy, employees are always making ugly facial expressions to the customer. very uncomfortable ambient. if I could rate this place a zero I would. never coming back to this location. read more

This location is terrible. They always short us on food. Today I was in after work picking up food and I had 2 items on my order. I guess I was taking too long to select what I wanted in my burrito (3 seconds) because the manager came in and cut in front of the guy making my burrito and rushed me, began barking questions asking me what I wanted like a soldier . I couldn't help but laugh. Very bad service, they always serve very small servings compared to the Fountains location. Won't be back read more

I had arrived one night at 10:50 pm and the doors were closed. So I decided to try to come a little earlier the next night even though the store should still be open at 10:50 pm. I arrived at 10:43 pm and tried to open the door and it was closed again. There should be no excuse to be having the store closed at 10:50 pm let alone at 10:43 when the store actually closes at 11 pm. read more

I love Chipotle! I have told my husband that I could eat Chipotle everyday of the week for the rest of my life since 2000. 8 moves and 5 states, I frequently eat at Chipotle because it's clean eating. This particular location has been the worst ever! I have attempted this location 3 times. They have the most unfriendly service , once I was over charged and brought it to their attention and got no apology, the water function on the fountain gets stuck every time, and the chips were stale today. I'll probably would give it one more chance but now, I'm moving to another city. So sorry El Paso, jobs are a gift, live each day as such. Go around the corner to Chase the Taste! They are yummy and so very friendly! read more

One of the employees was wiping down the glass window where the meat and other stuff selection were. And all the stuff from the wet towel and food on the corner of the stand were falling into the meat, veggies and sauces. Spoke to the cashier and told them about it. Hopefully they changed those out right now and for gods sake its common sense to cover the food when cleaning around it. Was gonna order but after seeing the unsanitary, i lost my appetite at the spot and possibly not coming back to this location. Hopefully for future reference this simple problem will be resolved and for all the other locations. read more

This is the location I go to get I when I want chipotle. Never had any issues with the food. Fast quick service, good staff.

really unhappy they messed up my order by delivering without an entire entree. i got a manager card from it and they refused to take it. they mess up constantly, not impressed and probably not going to come back after this read more

My re-acquaintance with Chipotle could not have happened any better than it has now!!! I have completely forgotten about how actually wholesome their food can be, especially since they offer salad/burrito bowls that you can add delicious brown cilantro lime rice. And they have a killer tofu "meat" choice which tastes nothing like tofu. Back in my heavier fatgirl days, i used to always get tacos drenched in sour cream and cheese. These days, ive been loving their lighter choices in my journeh to lose weight which it has helped tremendously! I always get either a chicken or sofritas (tofu) burrito bowl with brown rice, black beans, lettuce, guac, and corn salsa. Just an amazingly light yet filling, delicious meal! I used to always get their steak which has always been a crowd pleaser. And their drink selection has always been great with their Nantucket juices which as the bomb! Its quick, its healthy, and its always satisfying! Love their concept of just building your burrito down the line. Dont forget, their quesadillas too you can make! read more

I usually don't get this type of service but tonight was apparently just one of those nights. Staff did not welcome my girlfriend and I into the restaurant, did not acknowledge that we were waiting in front of the bar, hell didn't even bother to look up. One member stepped away from the counter and looked at me and just kept doing whatever she was doing with no type of customer service for the only 2 people waiting in line. Poor service from this facility tonight, hope things get better for this branch read more

They used to be really good, but lately they've been skimping on the meat, the chips almost seem stale, and about half of my burritos end up being tortilla. Idk what happened but it seems like in the last 2 months they dropped the ball. If I wanted what I'm getting, I'd just go to taco bell. read more

Chipotle always gets our orders wrong when we order online. But tonight was the last straw for me to write a review bc their food must be bad bc I got the runs. Only had ramen for lunch and ate chipotle about 30 mins ago and immediately got the runs, so it had to be chipotle. Maybe their cheese because I put lime on the cheese and it changed from a translucent yellow to a clear yellow(it was melted translucent bc I put it in the microwave). Unfortunate. read more

Literally the worst Chipotle. I've been coming to this location for years now and every-single time I'm left disappointed. Horrible customer service, food is never good, and they serve very little portions. DO NOT recommend!! Save your self your time and money and go somewhere else!! They can't do anything right. Kim is a terrible manager. read more

Great place this location gives a generous portion of individual items. Always very clean.

Love chipotle, but this particular location is awful. The customer service is terrible and the food here just doesn't taste the same and the portions are much smaller than other locations. You're better off just going to a different Chipotle or just avoiding Chipotle. read more

The lady who took my order was very rude and had an attitude while I was being polite on ordering my food that I am paying for. I asked for extra guacamole and gave me less than regular but still charged for extra guacamole. Also asked for light lettuce ahe proceeded to put a whole handful of it into my bowl. read more

What can really be said about Chipotle? You've been there, you know how it tastes and what to expect. Clean location and friendly staff. They're pretty slow even when the line isn't long, but not a big deal. The food tastes fine and it's more than enough for two meals. My biggest issue with chipotle is the temperature of the food - it's always room temperature. Maybe they need better heat lamps, I don't know, but it takes a lot away from the meal when it's not hot or cold. It's a good value, but with Casa de Torta around the corner I'd suggest making the trip there for some tastier, less expensive, less mainstream burritos. read more

I love chipotle. Like, a lot, but this was bad. Waited 20 minuets behind one person before i even got to put in my order. I stood waiting and watching as a love saga went on. One employee cut chicken while a Kim Kardashian wannabe made moves. The poor girl actually working didn't even have barbacoa when I finally got to order even though it was clearly a quick fix. She was a sweetheart and grabbed some in a little cup while someone else pulled the meat out of the warmer. It was very obvious that everyone was worried about their closing tasks rather then the growing line of costumes. Note: I was there an hour and a half before closing. It's a chipotle- if I didn't love it so much I would call it fast food. I shouldn't feel guilty about coming in last minute. When I finally got my burrito finished by the one worker bee, miss look alike who was supposed to be working the register was nowhere to be found. Foods cold. Very disappointing.
