I understand that the coffee machine takes 5-7 minutes to brew, but after waiting and asking why our order had been forgotten, the employee simply snatched the number they had given us for our order and sarcastically said they were sorry. read more

I have a severe allergy to eggs, chicken, and all poultry, so I always order my burgers without sauces. On this visit, my burger came out with the special sauce. I was in the final day of my 4-day, 28-31AUG2019, 277mile/446kms "iBirthday (i63!) Biketour!" to HatchNM & back. I was hungrily looking forward to a super sub sandwich at s close by super eatery, and was amazed & shocked to see it closed. I had s coupon for a couple of other eateries across McCombs, but was to fatigued to cycle my eBikeKit-assisted CruzBike that short distance. This excellent eatery was perfect for my needs, and I didn't have to go far at all. Once I had leaned my highly effective bicycle against the clean building and placed my Skid-lid/kit on a table inside, confusion erupted within my enervated gray matter. I could place an order at a separate computerized kiosk--the same kind that had bewildered me at the Singapore airport 10 months ago. One of the sensitive staff, a more recent employee who appeared to be a motivated high schooler, asked me if he could help. Thank goodness! After another momentary (maybe longer?) pause, a healthy grilled chicken meal, washed down with some desperately needed caffeinated Coca-cola (Mountain Dew was not available). I took my time ingesting this needed energy--I still had another 20miles/32kms to go, all relatively flat. Ask them for French fries, they will give you chicken nuggets, order a coke and they give you a whopper (yes I know a whopper from Burger King how do they even do that?) If I could rate them no star I would. I came at around 12:30 am with my son who was seen on the emergency room across the street he wanted some of his favorite Mcdonalds so we stopped by. I order a Big Mac meal (medium) chesseburger, small fries, small drink. It took about 10-15 mins from placing our order to actually getting our order it was a good while. When getting home with our food (we live about 20 mins away) we discovered our food was burned beyond being eatable the cheese was not melted it was gross we tossed it immediately. I did take pictures and video of the Big Mac which was the worse! I came back about 9:20am to get my money back, I pulled into the drive thru spoke to a Rosa ("says she was a manger") I explained what had happened she told me no god no refund. I explained I tossed it smelled burned just tossed it but I do have pictures and videos of the food to prove I was not lying. She started to speak Spanish to another person while her mix was on she said some very rude things I finally told her (In Spanish) excuse me I speak Spanish as well and I don't appreciate being treated like this I'd just like my money back I'm in the drive thru and I'd like to speak to a different manger, she said ok we will call the police I told her I would like another manger again meanwhile she is telling someone next to her in Spanish you hear this and laughing exaggerated lady.
