After multiple trips to Texas I finally tried Whataburger and I have to say I'm a fan. I'm from the west coast (specifically LA) so I'm more used to either in n out or fancier places like Craft or Eureka. Whataburger serves giant burgers that transport me to a diner. The burgers are juicy and fragrant and they give ample amounts of meat. This place is such a great deal when you factor in the price and size of the burgers. I loved the patty melt it was so flavorful and juicy. The cheese gave a great oomph and complimented the sauce on the bread really well. The server was super nice and gave us recommendations since it was our first time so we opted out of the onions and I think it was a great idea. read more

I can't believe I'm wasting my finger energy on this review. This location is terrible, see pictures of mysterious mayonnaise on the bun. I'm pretty sure they spit in it because I despise mustard and sub it for mayo. I initially typed this up a while back but my stops here were less than impressive. It's expensive for what it is, though there is a lot of hype for Whataburger for those that don't have access to it. This location was always a let down. Forgetting things, cold food, weird looking things in my food. It was close to where I lived which was frustrating :( read more

I ordered a spicy grilled chicken apple cranberry salad from this what a burger. The onion rings were not hit and very mushy. The salad has grilled chicken instead of spicy. Also requested extra ranch (not provided) and no silverware. Extremely poor quality and service. And fast foods want tips?? You can't even get the orders right, much less the quality and service. read more

Food is perfectly good like any Whataburger. The main issue I have with this particular Whataburger is they always forget something. Fries, ranch, ketchup, apple pie, something is always missing in my order and unfortunately this is why I'm giving a lower rating. read more

Very slow and the management is goofing off with the employees. At times the fries are stale and cold. When, you say something they get upset if they don't want the job they can quit, which would be nice. They don't listen or look at what the customer orders . read more

Literally the slowest whataburger. I don't know what it is but they always take around 20-30 minutes for a simple order. Other whataburgers take max 10. I always try to avoid going here but sometimes I think they would be better. Definitely not doing that again haha. read more

This isnt a fake review. I just want to start with that. THIS LOCATION IS THE WORST WHATABURGER in the WHOLE CITY. It doesnt matter what time of the day it is they are always busy yet they give every customer cold food. Its really a trash location i wish that they would get rid of. I got my baby a grilled cheese it was hard and cold before we left the lot. The staff cant take an order properly if their life depened on it. 20 kids running around with their heads cut off. Ugh... is all i can ever say about whataburger... every time i think the next chance for this place may get better, it just lets me down repeatedly. I always feel sick when i finish anything. Ive had their regular cheeseburgers, chicken strip sandwiches, and now the grilled chicken melt. All of which results to nothing but remorse and the strong urge to purge my body of such evil. Perhaps the salads wouldnt be so sickening afterward but i wouldnt consider whataburger for a good salad neither. The grilled chicken it may come with might also turn out greasy as my grilled chicken melt came out. Just awful. The only good thing about this place is the side of fresh avacado you can order for only $0.75. Other than that. Got our order wrong and waited 40 minutes for our order. Not coming back. they need better managemeny.

I love Whataburger. It's one of my favorite burger places since I came to Texas. This location does a disservice to the name. My order is constantly messed up. I went there with friends. Two of our orders came out, my other friend's order came out after 40 minutes of waiting. We reminded the staff multiple times after waiting over 20 minutes for our food. We were ignored. They later said "we have to remake that order." I'm not sure if the staff is just negligent on what they're handing out, or if they're just downright oblivious to their customers. Overall very disappointed. read more

If you're looking to eat a stale burger with bad meat then definitely eat here. And why do they put onions on EVERYTHING!!?! A lot of raw onions!!!! Dirty, unclean food and the worst, rudest service. The pallid-looking patty deserves to be covered up with something. It's plain nasty, awfully DRY. The only thing fresh are their large quantities of Raw Onions! read more

Ahhh...this was one of my Whataburger's of choice when I was in high school. And the tradition continues...with other high schoolers. So yes, this place is packed late at night with young drunks, but it's 24 hours and the perfect sobering food so you can't complain. Generally clean although I have noticed the bathrooms get trashed a lot (I've used the men's bathroom here before because the women's is that nasty...it's baffling). Service at night can be a little sub-par, but they're probably tired and upset that they see all these people that had a great Friday while they were stuck working...service at the Whataburger on Dyer by Hercules probably has the best late night service. By burgers come out hot and greasy and that's all I really ever want in my Whataburger so come for your late night eats. read more

Five stars plus for this eatery! Whether MANAGER ANA LUISA ARREDONDO is on duty or not, you can be assured of a meal cooked exactly the way you want it. I have never been disappointed going there. Love whataburger. But this one was slow and took forever. Couldn't understand the guy in the drive threw. He spoke to quiet. The onion rings where so greasy they fell apart when I grabbed one. They where trash. The burger was smashed in the bag but it was pretty good though, except that I ordered the jalapeño whataburger and I counted four jalapeños in there. Lame! Got me a couple chorizo taquitos & the tortilla was half filled with filling. They try to push extra ingredients down your throat. Want cheese in them? No, I don't want cheese. Trying to pinch you for every penny. This used to be a better place. In addition the female manager was there flirting with her employee, "Oh I haven't see you in so long". Take that conversation to the back. Not there in the way of customers that are walking in. Show some professionalism! Greet your customers! Welcome them! This place had terrible service tonight. I showed up at 1:30am and placed my order the intercom was terrible and I had to repeat my order and ask the drive thru attendant to repeat herself many times. They took a long time to move the drive thru line because the car in front of mine was returning food and waiting for a correct order. When it was my turn to pay and get my food I assumed the order was correct because the girl repeated my order as I had ordered it. When I get home I open my burger and see a crappy "justaburger" I had ordered an avocado bacon burger with grilled jalapenos. I called customer service and the store manager but all they do is take your complaint. The manager just said you can drive back and we'll have your burger ready. It's 2am! I'm tired I don't want to leave my house again. This is why I'd rather cook. read more
