Just no. I always try to leave a positive review for businesses even if something goes wrong. We love Whataburger if we choose to do fast food. This time around we decided to try breakfast there while running errands. We put in a curbside order and arrived ten minutes before our pickup time. A worker came out and asked for the last name on the order. We gave it to her and she proceeded inside. No one came back out for about fifteen minutes and by this time two other cars came. Orders were brought out for both and then she returned to ask for a name. A name again given at almost thirty minutes of being there. Went in and back out and asked if we were sure it was that restaurant. I again repeated the name and she asked to look at the app/order. I showed her my order and I asked if the address was correct and then she said, "ohh yea we have an order for that name". We have one of the most popular last names so that was extremely confusing. Forty minutes later I got my order and the hashbrown orders had THREE hashbrowns each, coke all over the side and top of the cup, the coffee cold, and the worst part was the sausage patties were cold in the sandwich. We ended up throwing out our food. It was just awful. If you are looking for curbside from this fast food chain try another Whataburger. read more

There were no cars nor any other customers in there and it took us 40 minutes to get our order for it to only be given to us incorrectly. The female at the was hiding when we attempted to get the order fixed and had a horrible attitude the entire time we asked for certain things done on our order. I cannot believe it took 40 minutes to make 3 burgers and with the attitude she had. I get it. It's late. She was mad we were there obviously.. but 40 minutes and it was wrong. Then she hid to avoid us trying to get it fixed? we had to get the cook's attention to get it fixed. This is unbelievable. She got upset because we asked her if she could please make us the sweet tea that she said was not available(made). She rolled her eyes and walked away when we asked for that favor. she can have an attitude all she wants but hiding to avoid the only customer in the restaurant is ridiculous when you are literally there to exactly help customers. read more

This location needs to get it together. I went there yesterday afternoon and when we pulled up to the speaker box to order the lady said to pull off to the right and someone would be out to take your order, we thought this was weird but she had sent the 2 people in front of us off to do the same so we complied. Well we were waiting there a good while and still no one came out to take an order, but the cars behind us got to order at the speaker box AND were served their food before we even got to place an order. After several more minutes went by the 2 other people in front of us that were also told to go to the right side had just driven off and left. Finally someone came out to take our order about 10 minutes after pulling forward like requested (mind you we were stuck behind cars so we couldn't just leave at that point). So we order and pay finally and are still stuck waiting on our food for another 7-8 minutes meanwhile a bunch of cars that were behind us all got their food already and were gone. So this method they were trying out was highly ineffective and allowed other people who were behind us quicker service while we had to wait. Get it together, take some tips out of chick fil a's drive thru book cause they are very efficient and I'll go there instead. read more

I can't understand how fast food workers want $15 an hour when they can't even get a simple order correct. All we wanted was some hot food after working security at night and then going to another job in the morning. Drive Thru girl repeats my order and I inform her it's wrong. It was a meal with fries and an order of fries and onion rings on the side. She didn't charge me correctly so she corrected the order. She had put two onion rings and one fry. We waited for our fresh fries, the girl apologizes and we go home. We get home and the order is wrong after we waited for them to "supposedly " fix it. I called and I spoke to Ingrid and complained . She did try to fix the situation but the meal was ruined and out food was cold. Essentially we waited for nothing. Always loved Whataburger until today. Ordered online, picked it up curbside. Got home ate my onion rings which were ok and then started on my double meat with cheese and bacon whataburger. Half way through, pulled out two hairs, which were embedded in the cheese between the patties. Manager was apologetic and offered to remake, which would have to be picked up. This time I got a Monterrey Melt and the cheese was flavorless. The overall taste was okay but it just wasn't anything to write home about. It was just drive thru but the girl was more than friendly, especially at 10 in the night. One thing I thought was odd though was that they had a little sticker on the window that advertised their buffalo sauce. I love buffalo sauce more than just about anything so I asked for some. The girl looked at me and said "sorry it's $0.38 extra." Really? I forgot to ask for their spicy ketchup which is actually very great.
