I dont order from this location often. However, the few times I've dined in and have picked up orders, the restaurant's dining room is always, messy, dirty. The tables are always dirty with food, liquid, napkins and the floor, the same. And today, I placed an order in the app to pick up in store. To make the story short, I was given the wrong order, and when I went back after 20 min to let them know, the same girl that gave me the wrong order, attended to me again and was very dismissive, and another person came in after me, and she gave him the wrong item too. All in all, it seems that place is so poorly managed, the staff simply have low standards and or sense of responsibility and good work ethic. This will be the last time I go there. read more

Ordered on Uber eat a regular burrito. Waited 1.5 hrs. According to Uber eats my food was given to somebody else. I stayed persistent for the entire time assuming the food would be delivered after three different drivers the order was canceled. If it wasn't my food being given to the wrong person it was that it was never prepared after a long wait time. Taking our business to Panera for the family. Don't even bother reaching out to chipotle customer service they won't even talk to you. It'll be a long time before an even consider going there again. read more

Placed an order thru DoorDash, I understand they were pretty busy. I ordered a double meat in one of my burrito bowls and did not recieve it. Also I cannot eat raw onion so I make sure to get the hot salsa but somehow I had chunks of raw onion in my meal. Out of the 3 chipotle locations we visit, this one is always disappointing. I usually come here after work but now I cannot in good conscience. Most of the employees 11-2 are nice but then after that they go downhill, rushing you regardless of the number of people in the restaurant. They have multiple times not checked people out and sometimes the cooks come over and flirt with the people on the line, halting checkout and putting a stop to progress on your food. On top of this there is a high level of cross contamination between separate items you can order. I myself being vegetarian have found meat multiple times in bowls when I ask for the salsa. When I ask them about it they tell me "sometimes the meat just falls in, sorry!" The tables are rarely wiped down and there are a plethora of napkins underneath tables, this was never an issue since I would take out my food but something to consider nonetheless, especially if you plan on eating in. read more

There's something wrong with the people that work here... They're a special kind of stupid. Multiple times I have gotten the wrong order and it's impossible to get a refund or replacement. I usually get delivery and they won't refund the delivery fee of the order you didn't Request... Because of this, you can request a full refund from your credit card company so I encourage you to do so too. I got four extra toppings and NO sour cream. Why am I going here if I'm not getting sour cream? And it doesn't stop there - there was no cheese on this god forsaken burrito. I literally cannot stop shaking. I don't know if I radiated lactose intolerance and a love for corn when they saw my name on the order, but what about the guac? And half of the burrito being completely lettuce? Not a single person on god's green earth would ever ask for the amount of lettuce that this burrito was filled with. This is probably the worst chipotle I have ever been to. The employees are downright rude and will avoid doing their job at any cost it seems. I had no issues with the food but I did not like the lack of cleanliness. For starters for some reason most of the people who eat here don't clean up after themselves and the employees don't do anything to either clean tables, clear crumbs and food from the floor or make sure that food isn't left lying on the floor all over the place. It's disgusting and hopefully the manager of this place will read this and take steps to address this. The location is fantastic and this spot in East Longmeadow is great since there is a HealthTrax , the Library, and other restaurants plus shopping right there. Worst chipotle I've ever been to. Sorry to be that guy, I've been going here since they first opened and this past year or two have just been awful. I hardly go here anymore. The customer service is pretty much nonexistent. "What do you want?", death glass to indicate "and?" When I've already told them the next thing but they were busy chasing and swearing with workers. Really wish this place would improve. When it's good, it's great. But most of the time unfortunately there is an issue. Whether it is low quality food, or a wrong order. Portions are always completely different. Sometimes they don't bother to season the food. Maybe they are understaffed. I've waited 50 minutes (over the selected time) for my online order... many other customers seem frustrated too. I think the biggest issue though is the food quality. im a huuuge chipotle fan. the only thing that stuck out this time around was the unbelievably rude lady at the counter. she was a hispanic lady that was so rude to not only me the customer, but her super sweet coworker. her coworker (who continues to smile at me and offer me help) loaded up a burrito ahead of mine and the other lady scolds her saying something along the lines of "you dont know how to roll an extra chicken burrito do you!?! youre going to have to re do that!!" the sweet coworker just stood there shocked. i couldnt believe it. then she continued to finish up my burrito with such an attitude i couldn't believe it. ive worked in food service and i GET IT. it sucks. but for the love of god, treat people with even ALITTLE kindness. id say if youre working up front facing customers, at least TRY to act like you like your job. if youre miserable, go home and let someone more deserving take your place. read more

The 5 stars is for both the quality of the food, online ordering system, and delivery service. I haven't actually been to the physical store, but the online ordering system is extremely easy to use and the delivery has been consistently on time. I moved to Western Mass from Boston and was a frequent patron of multiple Chipotle locations in Eastern Mass so when my family got hungry one day and couldn't decide what to eat for lunch, i happily suggested Chipotle. I downloaded the app since it was my first time ordering delivery, and sat with my family to walk them through the menu, and paid for the meals with a credit card. Once I hit submit, a tracker popped up showing me where the delivery driver was and if they were close by or not. The food when it came was clearly labelled to show whose was what, and nothing was missing or mistaken. Overall, a great experience! read more

I don't usually write reviews and my experiences at Chipotle are usually good. But the other day, I got an online order and was very patient when I went to the restaurant to get my food. I waited around 10 minutes before asking an employee where my food is. And the worker tells me that someone had come in a few minutes before me and taken my food. The worker couldn't make my meal again and told me to go on the app and get a refund for it, which I still haven't gotten... This is a serious problem at Chipotle, any person can come in take a random bag off the pick up shelf and leave with it, and there losing money for it too. Everyone behind making the food was very clean and wearing masks properly and gloves. Then I get to the women at the front register. Not only was she not wearing gloves, she wasn't wearing a mask on her nose and it was falling off her mouth. She touched everyone's food and then the register and then the cups, tops of the cups and straws. I am usually a regular at this location but I was EXTREMELY disappointed with my last visit. Usually the staff is friendly, the food is on point, and the portions are generous, but all of the new staff seems miserable, disinterested, and irritated that they are even there. I didn't get any acknowledgement when I walked in, when the old staff would have greeted me and thanked me for my purchase. I placed a mobile order and picked it up, went home, only to find out things were missing from my order. I drove all the way back, explained the situation to the girl at the register, and she didn't even respond to me. I swear she stared at me for 30 seconds before turning away, replacing the items, and handing them to me. She said NOTHING and offered NOTHING for the inconvenience. When I got home, I opened up my meal, and the portion was so unbelievably small, I was actually hungry after. Usually, I eat half of a burrito bowl and save the other half for the next day, but there was barely enough for one meal, never mind left overs. I hope that Chipotle checks in on their locations because this one is taking a turn for the worse. They need to be much more cautious about who they are staffing the place with and make sure they are serving with consistency or I (and I'm sure others) will not be returning. read more
