Well the rice wasn't cooked, they forgot my tomato salsa, and the guacamole was not fresh at all....... love chipotle but the Dubuque Iowa one is the only chipotle I will never order from again. read more

They had no guac no forks no chips no lids and the trash cans were over flowing onto the ground. They gave you two sprinkles of cheese and some awful burnt chicken. Worst chipotle i've been to. I also called 3 times to see if they had what I wanted and nobody ever answered. #sad read more

Order 3 crispy (corn) tacos. I'm allergic to gluten and cannot have flour tortillas. They made my tacos in flour tortillas so that's nearly $10 (before delivery) literally right into the trash. Now everything is closed. read more

Literally the WORST Chipotle I've even been to. One out of every two times I visit (at different times of the day / week) they're out of an item I want and are just starting to re-make it. I don't understand why they wait until they are completely OUT before working on replenishing the supply. UGH. read more

Chipotle has obviously struggled lately, given all of their bad press. I stopped in and enjoyed very prompt and courteous service with nice, tasty, and fresh food. I had the chorizo burrito bowl and was very happy with it. I hope that they're smart enough to make the chorizo a regular menu item and think that it'd be a major mistake not to do so. I'll definitely return and recommend them. read more

I ordered a bowl with extra corn salsa, mild salsa, and queso and didn't get any of it. I also ordered lettuce on my bowl and there was barely any even on it. For $10 is was really disappointing and I don't really want to go back read more

The rations for the burritos are off badly. Was terrible. The chips were stale. And tasted like rubber. The steak was also cold. Found 4 hairs total in the food. And dude wasn't wearing a mask over his mouth read more

Okay, so I have never eaten at Chipotle before until about 2 months ago. And I have to say.... I regret not eating there before. The food was amazing! And the portion sizes are very reasonable for the price. Especially when you add in the quality of the food. The service overall was pretty awesome for my first time coming here. The employee had nicely talked me through how to make options and what was this difference between the options. She was pretty great, and I hope the rest are like this when I go back again! read more

Amazing service and insanely clean!! Everything is fresh and well made. Everyone was working hard and they were all very kind.

This chipotle location is very clean. There was a long line but the customer service was amazing. I got my food fast, and every worker who was on the line was incredibly friendly and sweet. They were knowledgeable about the food and answered my friend's questions about some of the ingredients. As for the actual food, it wasn't that amazing. It was kind of cold and lacked flavor, but I find that to be true of most chipotle locations. This one was probably the nicest, well kept locations I've been to. I was impressed by how clean it was. I also love how the kitchen is completely open and the customer can see their food is fresh and being prepped right in front of you. Overall I really like the chipotle chain. I like it better than pancheros, less than moes. Chipotle is rising to my #1 go to spot to grab a burrito. Keep up the great work. read more

The food was gross. I found multiple hairs in the food. The service was slow. Will never go there again.Chipotle Burrito

Been coming here for a long time and lately has dropped in quality for some reason. I've had to wait the past three times coming in for them to even start making the meat to put into the products. I love chipotle but it's really frustrating having to wait for my pickup order, wait for them to prepare, then wait to make it. I don't always have that much time to wait for a nice and easy pickup option like chipotle. The food is always the best though so that's good! read more

Wow!!! Kevin and Sara where amazing!! First, We are from out of town, so finding a place to eat later at night during COVID is almost impossible! We tried five guys next door first and they claimed they were closed! I'm glad they were or said they were! We walked in here at about 9:50! I apologized and asked if they where still abele to serve us!? Kevin absolutely hands out was super nice and said of course! We have never been to a chipotle before. So he said he'd make sure we left with it tasting good!! And did it ever!! Him and Sara were both so friendly and helpful!! They did an outstanding job!! Will recommend to anyone or for sure when we return!! read more

I just love love love Chipotle! The food has great taste, and you can get a decent healthy meal if that's what you are looking for or just get a Burrito with everything in it (they are huge)!! Love their guacamole, their chips, everything is fresh! So happy they opened in Dubuque! read more

When Chipotle first opened in Dubuque, I was very excited to go there. Everyone I knew said the same thing..."It's like Pancheros, but WAY better!" I ordered a chicken burrito. Honestly, I don't think I'd be able to tell the difference between a Chipotle burrito vs. Pancheros. Tasted EXACTLY the same. Chipotle still crushes Pancheros however because they have a wider variety of ingredients and the service is WAY better. (Last time I went to Pancheros, the service was so bad that I sent an email complaint, first time I've ever done that in my life.) read more

Great food and great service! Way better than pancheros! When I went it was very busy. The service was still great though.

tj was showing great guester service he got me and my friends in and out under 3 minutes

Catering. I ordered the burrito box for a company meeting. I called 45 mins prior to pickup time to pay with a card. They are frantically searching for my order and tell me it has been closed meaning someone called and canceled it. I did not cancel it. So they tell me they can quickly make up the order and still have it ready on time. Perfect. I go to pay and they can't figure that out either. I was on the phone almost 15 minutes trying to straighten this out. Thank goodness I called ahead or I would have been very embarrassed when everyone showed up for a lunch meeting and there was no food. I didn't actually eat a burrito, but everyone seemed to agree it had too much filler (rice) and not enough meat. Size looked good. On the catering menu it says I should have gotten chips and salsa and such but they didn't give us any. The employee even asked the manager about it and he said no. Check your website! Says so right on there! read more

It's ok, I prefer pancheros over this. There wasn't much flavor to the food at all. They were so busy I give them credit for staying positive! read more
