On a late Sunday evening I had the idea of some sweat sweat chipotle in my mouth. Unfortunately it's not as simple as it sounds. I placed my online order to the chipotle at roughly 8:06 pm standard eastern pacific time. The order was to be picked up at 8:20. Little did the workers know, I had to attend my daughters dance recital at 8:30. The chipotle workers did not show the integrity to get my order done on time which resulted in me missing my daughters recital, a once and a lifetime opportunity to watch my baby girl was lost. Despite this tragic story happening the food was bussin bussin so I'll give them a one star.(they also did not have forks so I had to eat my burrito bowl with my hands. What was I thinking!??? I order from a restaurant that has only 2 stars. That should have been the first hint. I placed an order hoping to have it delivered. The web site went down. I tried a second time. And it went down again. Ok. Pick up. This store obviously has no idea that there's a virus going on. Employees were wearing masks (sort of, nose hanging out) and wearing gloves. There was no changing gloves...but I digress... after pushing my way through at least 10 people in front of me, I get to the rack for the electronic pick up. ( there was no social distancing, including me). I just wanted to get in and out. Nothing. My order isn't there. I ordered at 6:15 with a 6:30 pick up on a Tuesday night. It's now 6:45 and I ask the cashier if my order came through. He informs me that they are still working on orders for 6:15. My order never went through. What a surprise! He did ask me if I wanted to place my order. Based on this experience I would never recommend them. If you have to go through a battle field for food, forgive me, it's not worth it. read more

This Chipotle is hit or miss. I've experienced a couple of decent meals here, but have been disappointed more often than not. I usually order a salad bowl or burrito bowl, no meat. It almost feels like there are times when the servers have been told to scale back on the portions It has been very inconsistent, and seems unorganized. I was truly excited to try this new establishment. Last ate at Chipotle's in Newington and was very happy with the service and the food offered there, but here it was a different story. After ordering a chicken burrito and three steak tacos for a whopping $21.00 no drinks or sides searched the small restaurant for a clean table , oh and chairs without rice and beans covering them. Resorted to cleaning our own table and chairs. The burrito was stone cold with a doughy under done wrap. It was lacking flavor. I could not get over the difference from other Mexican, I have enjoyed in the past. The tacos too had under done tortillas and were also flavorless despite the salsa we each had added. No extras here. They charge for chips and other sides which we did not have. We should have ventured to La Corona in Rochester and had a super meal for far less money, professional and Davy servers that treat the customers as they were family. Inexpensive too. My advice to Chipotle's after so many concerns about sanitation is to teach your staff to thoroughly clean the tables and chairs and to serve hot meats and toppings. We won't go there again and doubt they will be in business very long. One star only! read more

This by far is the worst chipotle restaurant I have experienced. I love chipotle. But this restaurant does not live up to Chipotle's name. When I was in there several girls were behind the counter. I noticed service was very slow but I was in no rush. I asked the employee for extra rice in my bowl because she barely put any in. I then had to ask for extra meat. I go to chipotle almost once a week, I know how much food they give you. The employee mocked me and said, "is this enough for you?" Making me feel like an absolute ass, even though she barely gave me food. She then proceeded to tell me to "have a nice day" in a very rude and unkind tone. This was one of the most rude experiences I have had in the food industry. Many people I know have had bad experiences here.
