His lack of concern indicates a dangerously apathetic level of commitment to the safety of his patrons and the integrity of his staff. Police report is being filed, charges WILL be disputed and we will not return to Del Rio. Many friends and neighbors have come forward and reported nearly identical experiences; and one can only imagine how much worse this could have been if someone much smaller and/or alone had been the victim.
