I love chipotle. But this one can't seem to be consistent. Sometimes it's good. Other times the food (burrito bowl) taste like it's been out for hours and is cold. Every time I go the staff seems stressed and understaffed. The other day I walked in and they were only taking online orders due to being so short staffed and were very vocal about it. Place was closed an hour early. If I at least got a response when I waved at the workers for about 5 minutes it wouldn't have been a big deal but every employee would just look up at me and notice me standing at the front door next to their giant sign saying that they are open later and they did nothing. More people came up and I told them that they're closed to save them the trouble and they tell me they work there too. So been doing the Keto diet for a few months and needed a quick and quality place to eat. So I went in and ordered the most keto friendly food I could! They were nice enough to let me try steak, chicken, and pork carnitas. Threw on some fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, and lots of guacamole! Over-rated & Over Priced. The staff are friendly and helpful but for the quantity and quality you get get for the price it's just not worth it for me. Iwas hoping for a Hot burrito but it ended up being mostly cold. I had no idea the guacamole and gueso topping was extra. When placing the order there was no option for curbside although there is curbside service signs of which I parked in and had to call and ask for someone to bring it out. That girl do not know the person who brought out our food but she blonde & wears glasses. She was the rudest person in the world! She wouldn't even acknowledge us and slammed things in our faces making it very apparent that she was very annoyed to be bringing food to us! The WLR Location was one of our favorite places to eat when we lived there. Not something that is going too happen at the Conway Location now that we live here. The Crew went out of their way to make sure Customers knew they did not want to be working and were upset that anyone showed up. The Lobby was not very clean and the Drink Station had seen better days. I asked for both types of Beans on my Burrito, instead of spreading them out, the Server put one portion at one end and the other at the other end; same with the Salsas. No more effort put into making our order than was necessary. My suggestion is to go to Moe's, much better Service and Food. Plus they have an awesome Drink Machine where you can get a Cream Soda with extra Vanilla. read more

In today's social climate, I'd like to commend the Chipotle staff for their kind gesture. My husband and I were eating outside when a gentleman came over and sat at the table next to us. He was clearly disheveled, dirty, and not in his right mind. Whether it was dehydration or drugs...that does not matter. He was struggling and he was hungry. He asked my husband for help. My husband obliged and took him inside the restaurant to get him something to eat. My husband gave his debit card to the cashier & told her to purchase whatever the young man wanted. He came back to our table and waited for the receipt. The chipotle employee brought the debit card back to my husband and told him that Chipotle would cover the young mans meal. I would give the place five stars if they offered queso...oh, wait. They do. BLEH! don't do it!!! Get their burrito or bowl and then move on, don't be tempted to try the cheese dip. We have been going to this Chipotle since it opened and the food is always top notch. We go there because of the sofritos and the fact so many items cater to a vegan meal even though they have a bunch of meats as well. Holy Smokes, next level customer service from an employee named Candy. We just called inquiring about a take-out order, because we didn't have the option on the web-page to pay upon pickup, rather than paying with a CC online. The meal was a gift to us from family after we just had our newborn-baby, and they wanted to pay when they picked it up. After a LONG day at work, I called the restaurant to place our large 4-person order since the online feature didn't work, and this sweet woman, Candy, answered the phone. After hearing our troubles with the web-site, she gladly took our order over the phone in the middle of dinner rush, despite the fact that chipotle doesn't do call-in orders over the phone. Given their app and the web-site, this is understandable, however, when it didn't go as planned, she was brilliant. I called on speakerphone to make sure everyone could hear me give their order properly, and our family were all very impressed with her. In this day and age, she could have just relegated us to "download the app and place your order there" or, "I'm sorry sir, we just don't do take outs over the phone," this woman nailed it for us. I myself am a season veteran of the service industry, and Candy has my respect. Thank you so much for doing your job with great excellence and not even hinting through your vocal tone that we were a bother to you during dinner rush. Commendable. read more

Out of our four people's orders 2 were made wrong and had to be corrected even though they were asking what was to go on each bowl as it was being made. The other bowl had chicken skin and fat pieces. The salad also had chicken fat pieces and the butt of the lettuce. I have eaten chipotle several times and love it. I hate that the quality just wasn't there. We have been looking forward to chipotle coming to Conway and our first visit was a complete disaster. I only gave a rating of two instead of one because of past experience at other chipotle's and possibility of improvement. read more
