Want a cool hack? If you're wanting something small, get a kids build your own tacos! It comes with a drink and chips. Comes with a meat and two sides. I went with carnitas, pico and lettuce. The tortillas were good, but could've been better IMO. I feel like they were extremely fresh even though she pressed them. I got the mandarin agua Fresca and it was tasty. Very clean establishment and kind workers! read more

One of the best Chipotle locations I've been to...food was fresh, location is very clean and the team members were very kind.

I ordered a chicken bowl through the app and drove an hour away to pick it up because i was craving it so bad. This is what i received. this is ridiculous. I paid 13 dollars for a bowl that is 1/4 full. This is unacceptable and will not be going back to this location. read more

The brown rice was BARELY cooked, the steak was basically breathed on a couple times and called it "well done". Very pink, almost red color. Service was great and actual seating areas were clean read more

I love chipotle. But this one can't seem to be consistent. Sometimes it's good. Other times the food (burrito bowl) taste like it's been out for hours and is cold. Every time I go the staff seems stressed and understaffed. The other day I walked in and they were only taking online orders due to being so short staffed and were very vocal about it. I'm giving three stars because I love chipotle but I hope this place can get it on track because they've been slacking for awhile now. read more

Place was closed an hour early. If I at least got a response when I waved at the workers for about 5 minutes it wouldn't have been a big deal but every employee would just look up at me and notice me standing at the front door next to their giant sign saying that they are open later and they did nothing. More people came up and I told them that they're closed to save them the trouble and they tell me they work there too. Don't know why multiple employees off the clock need to come in shrike they close early but at least an explication would've been nice. Mismanaged and terrible customer service. read more

So been doing the Keto diet for a few months and needed a quick and quality place to eat. So I went in and ordered the most keto friendly food I could! They were nice enough to let me try steak, chicken, and pork carnitas. Threw on some fajita veggies, queso, sour cream, and lots of guacamole! Overall the lunch was really good and the staff was helpful. It's a great place if you in a pinch on time and need something relatively healthy. read more

McCain location seems to run out of items constantly but I love their food so I'll be back. Managers could probably be better to keep this from happening over and over since opening. read more

The people are nice, though it can be slow when there aren't enough people working. I would stay away from the steak. It was gristly and there was an off taste. I have had some of the other meats and they were better. I would like to hope it was just an off day but I ended up throwing it out and feeling sick. read more

Stopped here for dinner after a long day of driving. Friendly service and clean. Food was great., It's always nice to eat something fresh and not fried while on the road. read more

McCain North Little Rock's location was found very nasty. Every empty table was filthy and the drink and serving area was unclean! I won't be back!!! read more

Over-rated & Over Priced. The staff are friendly and helpful but for the quantity and quality you get get for the price it's just not worth it for me. Iwas hoping for a Hot burrito but it ended up being mostly cold. I had no idea the guacamole and gueso topping was extra. Most places tell you before hand. $35 for 2 people seems a bit high to me for quick eats spot. Can't say I will be back. There are other places that offer better burritos for lower prices. read more

Horrible Customer Service. I was hung on by their team when I asked to speak to their GM about a problem at their restaurant. I don't care how good the food is, a bad experience with customer service ruins my day. read more

The person doing the curbside service was the worst service I've ever gotten in my life! When placing the order there was no option for curbside although there is curbside service signs of which I parked in and had to call and ask for someone to bring it out. That girl do not know the person who brought out our food but she blonde & wears glasses. She was the rudest person in the world! She wouldn't even acknowledge us and slammed things in our faces making it very apparent that she was very annoyed to be bringing food to us! Even stomped off as she left and this is for a service that you say you provide! Please be aware of the employees that you hire to take care of your people! read more

The WLR Location was one of our favorite places to eat when we lived there. Not something that is going too happen at the Conway Location now that we live here. The Crew went out of their way to make sure Customers knew they did not want to be working and were upset that anyone showed up. The Lobby was not very clean and the Drink Station had seen better days. I asked for both types of Beans on my Burrito, instead of spreading them out, the Server put one portion at one end and the other at the other end; same with the Salsas. No more effort put into making our order than was necessary. My suggestion is to go to Moe's, much better Service and Food. Plus they have an awesome Drink Machine where you can get a Cream Soda with extra Vanilla. read more

Stoped by 30 minutes before close and they were already closed. Then was rude when I asked them to make a burrito.

Worst chipotle I've been to. Trash everywhere and small portions. Also very secluded and not easy to see from any main road

Well - I was having lunch but couldn't eat after watching this Chipotle employee step aside from preparing food to blow his nose twice - then right back to serving WITHOUT Washing his hands read more

In today's social climate, I'd like to commend the Chipotle staff for their kind gesture. My husband and I were eating outside when a gentleman came over and sat at the table next to us. He was clearly disheveled, dirty, and not in his right mind. Whether it was dehydration or drugs...that does not matter. He was struggling and he was hungry. He asked my husband for help. My husband obliged and took him inside the restaurant to get him something to eat. My husband gave his debit card to the cashier & told her to purchase whatever the young man wanted. He came back to our table and waited for the receipt. The chipotle employee brought the debit card back to my husband and told him that Chipotle would cover the young mans meal. Something so simple and kind in today's world goes a long way. Thank you Oak Street Chipotle. read more

Food was okay. My boyfriend and I went here for lunch and the girl taking our order was very rude she barely looked at us the whole time and at the end we ordered chips my boyfriend tried them and realized they were stale we told the girl very nicely and all she said was we make then fresh every day she when to give us a new on grabbed the original bag on the counter and throw it into the trash and when he got the new back she throw it at my boyfriend and rolled her eyes and walked away I was very disappointed in her and I tried to contact a manager and you can't even talk with the store managers read more

I've been to a lot of Chipotles across the country and this one is just as consistent in food quality, quickness in serving and helpful.

I would give the place five stars if they offered queso...oh, wait. They do. BLEH! don't do it!!! Get their burrito or bowl and then move on, don't be tempted to try the cheese dip. We were SUPER excited to see Chipotle finally giving us-dippers, the win with queso. 1st dip I've been anticipating...uh, a gritty feeling. Ugh. 2nd chip dip...dirty tasting. 3rd try: NO! Why do I feel like I'm eating chalk?!?! I politely asked one of the friendly employees about the texture and she assured me it was supposed to be that way. It's non-gmo and gluten free so it can't be smooth. It was disgusting. Dippers beware...stick to the guacamole, however, Moe's Has excellent guac and queso for dipping...so, why not just go there in the first place? read more

We have been going to this Chipotle since it opened and the food is always top notch. We go there because of the sofritos and the fact so many items cater to a vegan meal even though they have a bunch of meats as well. Last time we were there on Halloween, Ashley helped us and she was super sweet/friendly/positive and went the extra mile for us. Hope she stays as we would like to see her there again. read more

Holy Smokes, next level customer service from an employee named Candy. We just called inquiring about a take-out order, because we didn't have the option on the web-page to pay upon pickup, rather than paying with a CC online. The meal was a gift to us from family after we just had our newborn-baby, and they wanted to pay when they picked it up. After a LONG day at work, I called the restaurant to place our large 4-person order since the online feature didn't work, and this sweet woman, Candy, answered the phone. After hearing our troubles with the web-site, she gladly took our order over the phone in the middle of dinner rush, despite the fact that chipotle doesn't do call-in orders over the phone. Given their app and the web-site, this is understandable, however, when it didn't go as planned, she was brilliant. I called on speakerphone to make sure everyone could hear me give their order properly, and our family were all very impressed with her. In this day and age, she could have just relegated us to "download the app and place your order there" or, "I'm sorry sir, we just don't do take outs over the phone," this woman nailed it for us. I myself am a season veteran of the service industry, and Candy has my respect. Thank you so much for doing your job with great excellence and not even hinting through your vocal tone that we were a bother to you during dinner rush. Commendable. read more

Out of our four people's orders 2 were made wrong and had to be corrected even though they were asking what was to go on each bowl as it was being made. The other bowl had chicken skin and fat pieces. The salad also had chicken fat pieces and the butt of the lettuce. I have eaten chipotle several times and love it. I hate that the quality just wasn't there. We have been looking forward to chipotle coming to Conway and our first visit was a complete disaster. I only gave a rating of two instead of one because of past experience at other chipotle's and possibility of improvement. read more
