Moe's sucks. I needed Moe food. Portion size appropriate for a picky toddler. I was given approximately 1 oz of rice and 7 pinto beans. What a difference between living in WLR and Conway. In WLR, Chipotle is excellent and the Mos ended up closing. In Conway, Moe's is excellent and Chipotle needs to close. This Moe's blows WLR's Chipotle out of the Water, not to mention it crushes the one here in Conway. The Food is always fresh tasting, the Staff never fails to make my Visit a pleasant one, the Lobby is clear and the Drink Machine is the Best; (Cream Soda with Vanilla, yum). My Burrito is always bursting at the Seams with Tex-Mex Goodness, and don't forget to have them grill it with Lime. Can't say enough good thing about this Restaurant. read more

"Welcome to Moe's!" ... we all know to expect it, right?! The Conway location does a great job of rendering service with a smile, keeping the line moving, offering fresh ingredients and consistently good food; all while maintaining a clean restaurant and salsa bar! I've never had a bad experience at Moe's, but tonight I had a stellar one. Hubs and I came in for dinner, and were thrilled when we realized that we'd happened upon "Moe Monday!" ($5 burritos and burrito bowls all day) #WINNING And to make matters BETTER, Chris stole our hearts! He does it all: engages in friendly banter, works the room asking if guests need anything (waiter style), changes the TV to Monday Night football when asked, reminds you to take the receipt survey for $2 off the next purchase... Welcome to Moe's! But not really. We stepped in. No line at all. Not busy from in store perspective. Guy said he would be right with us. Five minutes later he said he had one more order to go then he would be with us. So I inquired as to what the orders he was preparing were. They were online orders. We go to Moe's for the fast 'walk in order and eat' experience, and NOT to wait in line for people who are not there. Failed big time. We walked. Expect quality plus the price tag. Think of a Subway "stand and order from a buffet of options" kind of business model but instead of a sandwich you get a burrito or nachos or sealed quesadilla stack. Consistency is the name of the game here. In almost 80 visits I have only had 3 visits I wasn't thrilled with but we're still plenty edible. I like how the ingredients are properly sourced with grass fed beef and cage free chicken but that does nothing to lessen the price. However eating on Monday does. $5.55, free guacamole, rounds out to about $6.50 with steak and tax. (No drink) Protein options Tofu - available but I've never tried it Beef - extra greasy and mostly flavorless Chicken - opposite of beef but only slightly less flavorless Pork - Tender, pull apart consistency, not quite enough flavor Steak - The. Holy. Grail. Get this. It is flavorful and perfect amount of size and chew. The only problem beside the lack of good protein options is that I add so many cold items to my burrito the whole thing can be chilly by the time you eat it. To counteract that I will have them grill it. Alternatively you can come at peak hours and everything will be hot. Queso and bacon is another option that comes at an additional charge. Bacon is good in anything where meat is allowed but queso here is not an all star. Chips? Sure. Otherwise avoid it. It's good but overpowering. If you like it on your nachos, you're human. If you like it on a burrito I weep for what your burrito could have been. read more

Just tonight they over charged me and I tried to explain that I come here all the time and it's the wrong price but homie wasn't having it. This is our 2nd visit here. It was close to closing on our first visit so we gave them the benefit of the doubt. Service was very slow. We came.back today (after several months) for lunch. Service was still very slow. Only 1 line cook. We ordered our meals and sat down. My Husbands steak taco didn't have any meat on it at all. Not skimpy just none! We will be crossing this place off our list of stops. read more

This is the closest thing to chipotle you will ever get. The food isn't that pricey and the quality of it is A1. The nachos are to die for and the queso dip is amazing. The burritos are stuffed and it's easy to get full just off of half of it. This is a great place for a heavy or light lunch or dinner. read more

We love Moe's! Great flavors, huge portions, friendly staff...we love their queso and guac. Frankly, I've always preferred Moe's over the similar Chipotle. Chiplotes have always struck me as cold "Danish modern" institutions that happen to serve tex mex in a dining room with hard uncomfortable furniture. Moe's is bright, more comfortable, and its locations always have a energetic (but not too offensive to a mainstreamer) soundtrack seemingly well manicured by a hipster in Seattle. Or so I imagine. This is a chain restaurant. The atmosphere is a bit stark, somewhat un-Mexican, and cookie cutter so that it's easy to replicate. Convenient location and easily seen from the street. Parking's reasonable. We were greeted with a friendly "Hello" as we entered. There were 2 other families eating lunch when we arrived. It was early afternoon. I ordered the 3 carnitas tacos. They added whatever I wanted to accompany the frugal amount of dry shredded pork on a small corn tortilla. The guacamole was an up charge, and for me worth it. The guacamole for their chips on the side bar was runny, tasted a bit different, and the flavor wasn't the same. Possibly canned. But, I chose my other condiments from a plentiful selection. The flavors were good. My wife had a burrito. It was a bit dry, but that was of her choosing, and was quite good. They will make it with the condiments you choose. The unfortunate issue was that neither of us are accustomed to choosing or add-ins - and the server wasn't of any help to choose. Young adults that are working an hourly job and say absolutely nothing, as if they're afraid to talk. In most of the restaurants we go to, they're made a certain way, as part of a platter selection and that's just about it. So, if you know what you want to add-in, it could possibly be much better. My grandson ordered the rice and pork and loved it so much he wanted, and got, a second order of the same. So, he enjoyed his. I've given this an average rating as I find nothing compelling me to believe our experience was more than average. And, the only service was from behind the counter when ordering. read more

The previous reviewer hit the nail on the head. The only thing good at this place is the queso, and I've had better at other places. The food here is horrible. The meat selections are low quality and not seasoned well. I've tried this place a couple of times thinking it could be a Chipotle or Freebirds substitute, but it just doesn't come close. I always end up with a cold, soggy burrito. The service is lacking, too. I understand that this is a college town and that pretty much all you have to choose from for employees are college kids, but train them and teach them to provide good service. I took my burrito back up to the counter and told them it was cold and soggy and asked them to make me a quesadilla and they seemed very put-out and annoyed. I will never go back to this place. Where do I start... I have been several times and I have NEVER had a set of employees be SO RUDE! We went in ecpecting to have the same friendly atmoshpere we always get, but the 2 employees behind the counter that day where definately in the wrong business. The woman starred at me with a look that could kill and she was throwing our food all around on the counter. Neither employee was in a hurry at all, they each just walked as if they had lost their best friend.At first you could tell that maybe the 2 employees couldnt get along b/c when the guy placed a burrito in the next "prepping station" to get the "fixins" she literally picked it up and tossed it back over to the 1st prep station.(she had NO customers in line, we were the only ones) usually I would say something, but hey everybody has a bad day sometimes, but when she started throwing our "fixins" on and some of it landing on the floor I had to speak up. Well that just made things worse...there is nothing like ordering a Bily Borou (nachos) and having everything in one clump. Me & my 2 daughters ordered the same thing and my boyfirend order a burrito. The guy employee got mad when he put the chicken on and I asked him to spread it out instead of it being in one clump. When we were checking out she did actually bag our stuff, but we had to reach over the counter and get it ourselves, and she had turned my nachos almost up side down and the juices & cheese leaked out all in the bag. As we look around for a comment box, I asked another customer if she knew of one, and explained our problem, she said she was treated very rude also (elderly lady) and she has had to report this kind of action before online the web-site, so thats my next step. If you hate your job, then quit, dont take it out on the customers! read more
