We frequently go to the Circleville Chipotle. We recently started getting the cilantro green sauce. We had never been charged extra for it before but suddenly it was an extra charge this time around. We love Chipotle but will definitely learn to make it at home and save our money. read more

Went today had a horrible experience the kitchen was filthy I asked for sour cream she puts queso on instead asked to have my burrito double wrapped from the start she says "well get to that" she never "got to it rolled by burrito completely half ass I saw her notice it wasn't shut but she shoves it in the container anyway. So to start off, when I walked up to order my food the woman standing there didn't say anything to me, just stared at me like she hated her job. After I got my food and walked to the car took us not even a minute, ate in the car and my food was cold. I was really disappointed because I really like chipotle and had to eat it cold.. The sitting areas had food in various places on the floors. The sauces had not been stirred for quite some time. They ran out of white rice but had two full bowls of brown rice. The burritos wraps were in several pieces and they still used it on someone's order. The black AND beans were VERY LOW. Bottom line, I walked out. If I could give negative stars, I would. I had the most HORRIBLE experience at this chipotle from ordering to eating. It's so unfortunate because I typically love chipotle as a fresh fast food option as I'm always traveling. The service here was rude and sloppy. When I asked for "just a little mild and hot salsa" I got 2 big scoops of each but did not complain and continued to ask for 2 sides of guacamole on the side (1 for my veggie bowl which is included and an extra side bc I had a free coupon that was expiring soon). They wanted to charge me for the extra guacamole anyways even though I didn't get any on the bowl and had to reexplain why I shouldn't get charged for either side with my veggie bowl and coupon. It was just an annoying experience. I finally paid for my meal and left (I was traveling with my husband from OH to TN) and of course they didn't give me the extra side of guacamole, there was no point in turning around, we were eating on the go and didn't want to waste anymore time going back. As I ate my bowl, I unexpectedly bit into the most disgusting, unidentifiable object!! I immediately spit out my food and was so grossed out I couldn't eat anymore. My entire bowl went to waste and left a really bad taste in my mouth for chipotle. I never had this kind of experience and am horrified by what I found in my food. Is it a chicken beak, foot, or bone?? I don't know!! No one should experience this, especially sucks when your almost 7 months pregnant and vegetarian . read more

The fact that this place has not has ice in over 3 months is a little ridiculous. Without ice you pretty much have no pop because it does not taste good if it is not cold. We placed our catering order early in the week. When I arrived at the restaurant to pick up our order, I noticed that the parking lot was completely empty as well as the restaurant. Several signs were posted on the doors regarding an "Outage" as I approached the building. We had not heard from the restaurant regarding any kind of outage so I was immediately concerned that there would be an issue with our food especially since guests were planning to arrive at our house within 35-40 minutes for my birthday dinner. Once I was closer to the signs, I realized that the restaurant was out of certain meats due to a broken grill. We ordered chicken and barbacoa as our double meat for the catering order. Once I was acknowledged in the restaurant as the catering order, another person from the back came to the counter to let me know that the grill was broken so they were not able to provide chicken. I was immediately frustrated and disappointed by this news because this was the first we had heard about an outage and we planned on serving this food in less than an hour. This was also my birthday dinner and chicken is my favorite meat to eat from Chipotle. A courtesy call from the restaurant letting us know this news in advance would have been appreciated and should have taken place. I was instantly put on the spot to make a decision about how to replace the meat knowing that guests would be coming to the house soon and we still needed to set everything up. I ended up just selecting another order of barbacoa due to some pork dietary restrictions with the guests that were coming. The worker I spoke to opened the top box for me to review, but I could not see the very bottom of the box. She also helped me carry the boxes to my car. The boxes were completely flat during my transit home and I did not experience any issues with traffic that would have caused sudden movement to the contents. When I arrived home, the barbacoa broth had leaked out and completely covered the bottom of the box. Our order was supposed to serve 15 people and we ended up having a few people cancel at the last minute due to illness. If the 15 people that we planned for had all attended, we would not have had enough meat to serve the guests. We also ran completely out of cheese so that serving portion seemed light for the amount of people we planned for. The box contained more than enough serving utensils and napkins though. Overall, we were incredibly disappointed by this catering experience with the Circleville, Ohio restaurant. We have had other issues with them in the past for non-catering orders and do not plan on returning there again. The restaurant is normally dirty, there is no sense of urgency with customer service, and our orders are normally missing something or light on portions. I have used Chipotle catering through other locations for work functions and have been pleased with the service so most of this poor experience is unfortunately due to the restaurant location in this case. We were hesitant to use this restaurant for that reason, but decided to give them a chance to prove that the staff could handle this task. We knew that something would get messed up during this catering process, but not to this magnitude. If they were not able to satisfy the meat portion of this request and knew that in advance, we should have been notified especially since our order was well in advance of the grill incident. There was also no offer to make things right from a financial perspective in the restaurant. A catering order of this size is a significant investment to just be met with a half-hearted "sorry." read more

We placed an online order and they did not have mild salsa, corn salsa or guacamole. So my normally well topped bowl had nothing but beans and cheese. We had no dips for our chips. I give 3 stars to this chipotle because the layout of the restaurant is terrible. I will never eat inside of this place for that reason. However, I do often get take out from here and it is just as good as any other chipotle in regards to food. My only complaint food wise is to drain your food. The lettuce, the beans... they need drained! I shouldn't find a puddle at the bottom of my bowl. This is the danger of ordering online. If I am there when they make it I tell them to be careful to drain excess liquid. If you order online you get what you get. Last time my salad bowl was filled with water seemly from wet lettuce. Finally got one of these in our little town and we went during their 1st week open and probably should have waited for them to get "settled in" before we went. My wife LOVES this chain and would often go out of her way to pick up "take out" food and bring home, but we were a little disappointed in our visit here, but chalk it up to nothing more than it being a newly opened store. This is probably my favorite Chipotle restaurant in central Ohio. It is always clean, the food is fresh and you are given very generous portions of meat and toppings. The chips are always fresh and the guacamole is the freshest that I've ever tasted! Best of all, the servers are always friendly and pleasant. Overall I will definitely always recommend to my coworkers and family -although most of them come here already and they would give this place 100 stars if they could! read more

I normally love Chipotle, but this location is definitely lacking. I have visited this location twice, both times very little meat and way too much flavorless rice was added to my burrito. My last order was take out, two of the three burritos had very little meat with one missing the guacamole I paid an extra $2.05 for. If some one pays $9.90 for a burrito it should be a good burrito. I will not be back for sure, I'd rather drive the extra distance to a better Chipotle. read more
