Overall reviews here about right. So so manifestation of a fast casual chain meal. Clean , modern, facility. Unfortunately, the food was cold, some of the hot food cooler than room temperature. Never got my welcome e coupon to work and 3-4 employee finally gave me a discount (not as good as coupon would have been). The pepper beef, which was recommended by my server, was the tastiest thing I had and slightly warmer than room temp. Unfortunately, the veggies in it were way overcooked for oriental. Fried rice bland. A plus for me that they served real Coke products. Lots of parking. Other patrons commented on poor communication, minimal help of staff... there are other oriental options within a couple of blocks. None of them appreciably better or worse though. If you must do oriental right there it'll do. read more

11/23/24 around 3 pm i went through the drive thru and was met with being rushed, my conversation cut off, and no hello at the window, just an outstretched hand expecting payment. I'm here from another state and was quite surprised. Our order was hastily thrown together with minimal orange chicken, no teriyaki sauce for my chicken, and no utensils for the second meal. To the young man who appeared at the window, quit acting like your job is such a horrible thing, you are lucky to have a job. If you don't like it don't take it out on me. The overpriced food is mostly good sometimes, depending on who is working and if its overcooked into oblivion. DONT BOTHER WITH THE DRIVE THRU because you will want to make sure you get the correct order and the correct food after sitting in the parking lot waiting after they tell you to pull ahead and they will bring it out. My kids call this the Mystery Meal place because you never know what your gonna get until you open the bag and boxes. Of the 5 nights we ordered food and picked it up at the drive-thru last month we never received a correct order. Maybe some day but I won't be holding my breath. read more

This is a new Panda Express so my wife and I gave it a try. They have a good selection of entrees and you can get fried rice, chow mein noodles, or vegetables. You pick your option of either one, two, or three entrees plus a side. The entrees range from spicy to mild so they have something for everyone. . My wife and I shared the Beijing beef, Sweetfire chicken with fried rice and a chicken egg roll. They also have vegetable spring rolls for those who don't want chicken. The food was cooked well and the sauces had good flavor. The prices are reasonable relative to the portions. Will definitely be back. read more

My husband and I travel through Circleville about twice per month, once on the way down to Kentucky to visit my family and once on the way back. I noticed the new Panda Express recently and took a mental note that we should try it out sometime. Sunday evening we were on our way back to Columbus and trying to decide what to eat and I remembered this restaurant. It has a drive-thru, but we opted to dine in being as we were still over an hour away from home and this isn't really food that can be eaten while in a moving vehicle. The lobby was very clean and modern. We selected our rice and entrees. It was a tough decision, because they have many options. The employee let me try a small sample of the chicken that I ended up getting. All of our food was fresh and excellent. Nothing on their bar looked like it had been sitting out for awhile, it all looked super fresh. And this was around 30 minutes before closing time, so I was impressed. Every time I come to this panda express everybody is so kind and very pleasant to speak with customers. They are so much better than Grove city. I've had some not great customer service at the Grove city one but the one here in Circleville has amazing customer service skills. Today 5/16/2020 during lunch time hours the drive-through gal I can't remember her name but I think her name tag said Hailee. She was outstanding!!!! During this whole crisis we are dealing with to have someone with amazing manners and had a smile on her face behind the mask but someone like that is always a pleasure to see every day to keep the spirit uplifting. When I realized they had a drive thru I decided to try it. I've never been to any Panda Express locations before. I was surprised by how cheap it was. I got Kung Pao Chicken. It was ok. Spicy but bland. I like spicy but I don't like heat with no flavor. I got the bowl and 3/4 of it was rice. The portion of actual chicken and vegetables was extremely small. Even though my experience was less than perfect it was still actually better than I expected. I will come back because of the low price and convenience. On a side note. Great food horrible customer service!!! The girl with a tattoo of a baby's foot on her arm needs to get a job where she doesn't interact with customers. I greet her with a smile and a hello and In return gives a nasty attitude throughout the entire transaction. Traveling through to go to Michigan we stopped at this Panda Express on our way to and from Michigan. Our 1st experience was normal, but when we stopped there on our way back home it was as if we stopped at a total different restaurant. We had a Karen taking our order. The name on our receipt says Karlie H. She was rude, disrespectful, narcissistic and should not be working for the public. When I took my sons cub meal out the bag the food had been shifted and everything was on top of each other so I took it in and asked for a replacement. She said I must have did it and then snatched the box out of my hand. I asked her did she snatch the box and she proceeded to say I threw it in the trash never denying the fact that she did snatch the box from me. Then she refused to serve me by telling another lady to assist me because she wasn't. Then I happened to look at her and she started saying "she's looking at me she's looking at me!" Talking about a Karen experience!! I found it to be amusing though! I had my first Karen experience! Can't wait to hear back from the corporate office. We travel a lot and we always stop at Panda Express if there is one. We will never stop at this one ever again!! I wish I didn't have to give it a one star! This place was honestly really bad. I was just trying to enjoy a nice dinner and I also wasn't feeling the greatest. I ordered some noodles and my daughter got a chicken bowl with rice. The noodles were just not good they were very thin, flavorless, and hard. My daughter did not like her meal I tried the rice and it just tasted very plain and soggy for "fried rice".
