I choose to come here multiple times a week, I am always greeted with such joy and smile. The food is always consistent and fresh, and I always feel welcomed and appreciated. Bad service, no reason to go back, we arrived @ 8:40 & store closed @ 9:00. One worker was surfing the internet on phone, we were waiting on food, and no one would check us out, it took forever to get one sub, restrooms were blocked off so no one could use them, the workers were not engaged at all and made us feel like we were inconveniencing them. If you want your entire family (minus me since I don't like jersey mikes to begin with) to get a horrible case of FOOD POISONING, and be vomiting for an entire day, make sure to take them here. Can't say it's one particular sandwich since they all got different things. Which leads me to believe it was the worker. Save yourself the money on overpriced sandwiches and trips to the bathroom to violently throw up afterward and eat somewhere else. Oh and so I get all my checks, the decor is nice. read more

I was skeptical going to this place after reading the reviews, so I'm going to give an accurate one. First things first, they had amazing subs! I had the Famous Philly and my fiancé and mom had the Italian (which they also loved). The service was also great! Very fresh ingredients and friendly staff! My only suggestion would be to give the short lady taking orders a stool so she can see above the counter, and to put what "Mikes Way" is on a sign. read more

Not a real positive experience here for our first visit to this establishment. The staff was very "lackluster" when it came to our needs and it took forever to get just two basic subs. Staff members were just wondering around as we stood trying to figure out where our food was as we were the only people in the store the entire time. When we finally got our two "hot" subs, one was ice cold. Food was just okay and I really think we will explore other options next time. read more

Saturday, July 16 we intended on dining in at Jersey Mikes. We walked in talking, looking up at menu, and ordering without looking around the shop first. Looking around and inspecting the restaurant is part of our typical practice whenever we go out to eat anywhere. If we had done this first we would have quickly noticed... no other customers were there, all 4 employees plus one of their kids were sitting at the tables and standing around, not one table was clean, the floors were sticky and disgusting, the counters at the register and drink station were dirty/sticky, flys everywhere, & none of the food was covered- did I mention there were flys everywhere. We had to ask for a table to be cleaned, which took someone being asked twice to it and all she did was push someone else's crumbs around on the table. They made excuses that they had just been real busy. After seeing how they cleaned the tables, made excuses, and waiting for our food we opted not to dine in. When opening our sandwiches they were soggy and sopping wet you couldn't even hold the bread. Upon returning one of sandwiches the manager on duty made all kinds of excuses, that's just water, that's how it's suppose to be. Went to lunch, got my sub in a "tub". There was a piece of hard plastic in it about the size of a dime. When we showed the employee she said "oh that looks like it's off a lid".... and that was it. I told her it was *in* my food. But, nothing... not an offer of a refund, not an apology for finding it in my food.... nothing. Won't be going back. read more
