Literally worst customer service. Think you're smart ordering ahead? HA good luck with that. You'll be waiting an hour. Think you're gonna beat that lunch rush? HA nope because they're always out of ingredients. Given this place a chance time and time again and the staff just sucks. read more

This location have failed me twice, the first time I let it slide because maybe it's just a mistake. But the second time around, I can't let it go anymore. I'm writing this review in hopes they can clean up their act. Twice I reach out to voice my concerns and no response at all. We ordered Carnitas Bowl and Carnitas kids meal, the meat was so dry and the kids meal was missing the rice and fruit cup. Ordered it for dinner. These were mobile orders. Again twice I reached out and no response at all. read more

Today it's a 5 star review. I've not had great experiences in the past from this location but today they impressed me. Staff worked collectively to keep the line down. A young man named Costa was the highlight! Very quick and great at multitasking. Called out shortages on the line while keeping a quick pace with the customers orders. Also noticed when a teenager came in shirtless and asked him to go put one on. Impressive and a standout amongst his coworkers. Overall staff was friendly. Keep up the great work!! read more

Welcome/food making staff were very friendly and food was very good. Cashier had an attitude and did not want to be there. She left off items from our order as well. I have her name but I'll leave it off for some discretion. read more

If I could leave zero stars, I would. This evening, my husband preordered online for pick up at 6:40. It was 1 bowl, nothing fancy. He has been waiting close to an hour for his food that was supposed to be ready. The staff all left to go to the back of the store at one point, came back and wouldn't answer any questions. They few customers next to him have been waiting 60-90min for their preordered food and there is a line out the door with people trying to order. Save your time and money & go elsewhere. read more

I want to start with the good things about chipotle. Overall good food and staff were pretty friendly. The vibe at this chipotle was nice. The thing that bothers me about this chipotle and others is the amount of meat they give you. My wife and I literally got everything but meat. We are literally paying $10-$15 dollars and for them to give us not even a spoonful of meat is a disappointment. Chipotle you guys need to step it up and serve the amount that people are paying for. read more

The 5 times I have been there.... I have never seen everything available. Something is always out. One time they had no chicken. Another time no peppers. This time 2 sodas in the machine were out. The silverware was out. And every employee was chatting in back and no one was up front. No hustle or lack of care. Line is to the door. They need more staff and more product. read more

This is the 2nd time I had to wait almost an hour past the pickup time on a mobile order. However, this time was laughable. My husbands steak burrito didn't have any steak. He couldn't figure out what protein it was. Chicken, maybe? Also, his fajita burrito had one pepper. Yes- one measly slice of green pepper and no onions. Wow. My daughters bowl was missing salsa and they were very stingy with the rice and protein too. When I tried to discuss the matter on my app, the online customer service chat is a bot. At least I got some of my money back. I don't have very high expectations from these places, but they can and should do better. Maybe turning off mobile orders if they get too busy? That may help. read more

This chipotle is the worst I've ever experienced. It has been over an hour waiting. The food is not very well seasoned, nor warm. Multiple customers have complained since I have been waiting for over an hour. It's almost 9pm and my order was supposed to be ready at 7:45pm. There is a line for customer complaints. The staff is not moving quickly and basically nobody is managing the online orders. And my is missing!!! read more

It was okay for a stand in line and choose your components type of place. I ordered a salad with extra chicken. Seemed like the chicken was mixed white and dark meat which was a little surprise to me as I assumed it would be all white meat. Seasoning was a bit mild, and I would have preferred it tasted more "Mexican." Workers on the food order and assembly line were all business. Really not my kind of place so I don't have much to compare it to. read more

Good food But slow service and more workers and professionals will help out especially when you're have to wait a long time for food. There is a shortage in this industry. I love chipotle. Like huge, huge fan. This location is THE WORST. Don't even bother with ordering on the app. Multiple occasions my order has been wrong. The new Chipotle on 11137 Causeway Blvd Brandon FL is the worst...... I placed a order online when I arrived at the there I was told no order was placed. Four other customers also had the same problem. After speaking to the manager he told me to call the store???????? No refund was offered or offer to make my order. Good food but very very poor customer service... read more

Let me preface this by saying that I absolutely love Chipotle as a chain. This location is an embarrassment to the franchise. I counted eight employees behind the counter. One was working, the rest were hugging each other, playing grab-ass, and gossiping about God knows what. Meanwhile, there is a line of people 15 deep with more coming in the door. Every table in the restaurant is dirty, there are no napkins or forks stocked, one person seems to be assuming front of house responsibilities while the rest talk about Pokémon, Tik Tok, man-rompers and whatever other stupid sh*t this generation is enthralled with. Go home, stream the movie 'Idiocracy', take mental notes, and then visit this Chipotle location. The similarities are staggering. This is our future, folks. Strap in. read more

OK folks, the stock price for Chipotle is somewhere around $2900 as of the close of the stock market today. Lately, we visited a few locations to find dirty floors, overflowing, trash, cans, dirty outside/ inside tables, and sadly a poor reflection on the faces of the employees serving food. Either these employees are horribly paid or there needs to be a revival at Chipotle. Please clean up the place so that I don't have to eat in my car. Please restore your image because Giants can fall. read more

Workers were making there food right in front of us. Not serving us what so ever! Had to wait... Only ones in the store.

Order through DoorDash and they forgot to put my guacamole and cheese in my burrito bowl. The bowl was so soggy and poorly made. Seems like similar complaints from other people. This place needs to take a look at their management. read more

Consistently downhill at this location, unfortunately. Last straw was to go order for 7pm that wasn't ready until 7:50pm combined with over 60 people inside (no social distancing) and employee masks below their noses and our extra rice burrito with carnitas was about half the size of a typical burrito. Skip this location...flavors were good but I'm going elsewhere. read more

Worst chipotle I've been to, unfortunately. Incredibly slow service, and out of so many items including: lettuce, fajita veggies, crispy tacos, lemonade, beer, Diet Coke, FORKS!!! I've seen other 1* reviews and the owner Jacob apologizing, but it's been months and things clearly haven't gotten better so stop the "apologies" and actually fix the issues your store is having, it's your responsibility. read more

Nothing worse than the chipotle attitude here. Do not mobile order here. If you're still thinking about mobile ordering here after all of these reviews, do not. It won't be ready. Also, they do not put the mobile orders out so make sure you keep asking for your order. Can't believe I watched the mobile order worker get into an argument with a customer waiting who asked for his food. The worker escalated the situation, instead of just handing him his food. Chipotle is not worth the wait or headache. read more

This review is specifically for using their delivery via their website. They cancelled my order at the estimated arrival time. When I called to ask about what happened the girl said the delivery driver just left with the food. It's been over an hour (2 since ordering) so I'm sure we aren't getting our food. They are no longer answering their phones and I cannot verify that they issued a refund. Super unprofessional. This is the second time that they were unable to fulfill an order placed through their website. I'm assuming using DoorDash instead of Chipotle's website might be better, but I have been yet to try that. With that said, ordering in store I've never had an issue. I will do an updated review when I'm not as frustrated at the lack of professionalism. read more

Every order is 20-30 minutes or more late. The staff don't seem to care, the orders that do come out aren't accurate or the temperatures are off. Worst Chipotle in the market. It's been this way for 2+ years. read more

I love Chipotle. This one, however, is horrible. I ordered online and received guacamole that was brown through and through. That means that it had been served up for hours. That unacceptable! My burrito bowl had more salsa than it had meat, veggies, or even rice. I can ignore the food temp, especially when you order online. But, I cannot ignore the poor quality of food. read more

This is hard to write because I love chipotle, but there is something wrong with this location. It must have bad management. I used to go here often, and the place was always a mess. No ice in the machine. Workers flustered. Trash over piling. I recently went here and the kid working the line had such an empty stare in his eyes as I was ordering. Everybody in line noticed something was up with him. And it's easy to blame him, but then when I got to the cashier she was also a mess. As if something just happened in the store. read more

Biggest waste of $35 in my life.Man these reviews do not lie! First time going and will be my last and like everyone else I typically love chipotle. 1 star is a stretch because there's really nothing good to say about it. 1. I got a barbacoa burrito and they just kept scooping juice on it, the guy wrapping it had to use two burritos to secure it, the burrito became straight mush. 2. My daughter got a kids taco meals. The barbacoa again was soup. 3. Wife got a chicken bowl, barley any chicken it was 50% cheese and 50% guacamole. 4.All the soda taps needed changed, they all tasted like carbonated water. So $9 wasted on drinks. 5.The tables are filthy with trash all over them. 6. The trash cans were all over flowing and filled to the top with trash. 7. The bathrooms had no toilet paper and the toilets were clogged. . 8. Staff wasn't very friendly and rushed us along the line so ultimately didn't say anything about the terrible experience. This place is run like there is no management. I feel gross after eating there, save your money or go somewhere else. read more

It's pretty much impossible to actually get food here. Congrats to the staff who have managed to run a restaurant that doesn't feed the people in line. Waited over 20 minutes and didn't see a single person at the front of the line get served. Just dozens and dozens of mobile orders created and not a single person served in line. Absolutely wild. read more

Consistently inconsistent. Possibly ok if ordering in person. Had hoped mobile orders improved but today I got slimy lettuce (that the manager Terrell claims was "not too bad"), just a few pieces of meat, and although I requested extra cheese and corn it was barely a regular serving. I ordered though the app the below items: 1. Large chips and guacamole 2. Large chips and Queso blanco 3. Izze Clementine When we got there to pick up the order, my drink, Izze was not in the bag. I proceeded to walk up to the register but staying away from the customer in-line to keep social distancing. I stood there for about 2-3 minutes without any acknowledgement from the employees or any employees. So I said "excuse me, I place an to go order on the app but my drink is missing". She asked what it was so I told her it was the Izze Clementine. She then replied "we are out of the clementine flavor". I'm thinking in my head "I guess I don't get the item that I ordered and paid for just because it is out?" because nobody had said anything to me when I picked up my order. I went ahead and grabbed a different flavor Izze. The Queso was good; guacamole had stringy things in there. Not sure what it was. read more

Unfortunately I come here all the time, it's the closest chipotle and I wish there was another option for me. The staff is really nice, but they really really lack a sense of urgency. Since chipotle is still considered a fast food option I think 10-15 minutes in and out the door is reasonable. When I tell you there's been times I wait in this line for over 30 minutes just to get to the front of the line to find out they're out of steak or carnitas or brown rice. Coming from a Carrolwood area in Tampa I understand how busy the area can get and that sometimes places are understaffed. You see the employees making bowls and sometimes only being the only person making food and the managers are around doing other things instead of helping their employees out of the weeds. I think this location has room for a lot of improvement, it's in a prime location but they're lacking speedy service. If you're in a rush for lunch or a quick meal I would consider a different location or maybe something else in the plaza. read more

I can always count on THIS and only this Chipotle location to giving my family an absolute horrible experience!! The best thing they have going for them is their consistency to be the worst!! They are always out of half the ingredients. Tonight, no sour cream, guacamole, burrito shells along with several other items. The steak was so overdone that it tasted like liver. The chicken as well was overdone. And if you're looking for some understanding or customer service for their shortcomings in the product, FORGET IT! The staff is always rude as hell and doesn't care. read more

Who's running this location and where's corporate they should inspect this place. Arrived at 12:15 for lunch, 3 people on break leaving two guys running the line and making food, a good manager would get breaks out before the lunch rush. No peppers they were on the grill burning on one side , not flipped over and far from ready for linch. No meats, literally out of two meats and the meat grill looked like someone left it dirty 3 days ago. We had a crap meal 2-3 weeks ago and wanted to give it another shot but it's apparent no one cares or knows how to run this location. Went to the shop across the parking lot and asked the guy running the cash register if he ever goes to there for lunch, he said "I use to, it's not like other locations and my girlfriend got sick there last time we went with her family". Someone please work on this location the community deserves better, we walked out and several people in line were complaining. read more
