This was the most flavorful amazing chipotle I have ever had. My compliments to the chef so so good loved it!

This is or should I say "was" got to for a quick and nutritious meal. On Jan 9th we ordered a salad and burrito ahead in the app. My partner picked it up after a long day at work and brought it home. While his burrito was edible my salad contained several chicken bones of various sizes. I'm so thankful I did not choke or break/chip any teeth. I sent images to chipotle of the bones and even filled out the survey requested by them via email the next day. I literally kept a couple of the bones in the fridge for a month - never ever hearing back from Chipotle about the hazardous bones in my meal. Hi Chipotle fans! I have not been to Chipotle in a while but with kids it is a great choice. Firstly I have a celiac child and we do not have a lot of options when it comes to restaurant food but the taco kids plate is gluten free and makes for a good kid option. It lets the kids build their own taco and give them a few choices to do it with. This is a life save for a parent. So I am probably adding a start for the kid friendly option but I am good with that! :) read more

I used to get the food from other Chipotle, which was as busy as this one. Whenever I went to pick up my order at the other Chipotle, someone always acknowledged those who came to pick up the order even if everyone was busy and it was not his/her job. So we always waited to be served. Now, this store in Boulder has no communication at all. When I went to pick up the order at Chipotle, I was the only customer there for pick up. No acknowledgement. I waited there for a couple of minutes. No Acknowledgement. There was just one bag waiting, So I assumed that I just needed to pick it up. So I did. Today, I went to pick the dinner up. There were 2 people in front of me for pickup. Two employees came in front of us but did not say anything and completely ignored us. So I thought we needed to pick our food up, just like last time. I checked the names on the bags, and then suddenly, a man came to tell me, "You cannot touch the bags!" in a pretty harsh, accusatory manner. I apologized, and he finally took care of the waiting customers. When it was my turn, he asked my name and again told me, "You cannot touch the bags." First of all, there should be some employee training to acknowledge customers even if they could not help. And there should be a clear rule written somewhere as the email said to pick the order up from the shelf" which was not used. And the employee who yelled at me probably needs to learn how to speak to customers. There are many, many options in this town other than Chipotle. read more

This one is operated by idiots, go to a different one. Last night I got a bowl and chips and queso. The cashier forgot to ring up the chips and queso so I had to pay again. After that he's like yeah bro we are out of chips and just gave me a 1/4 filled cup of queso, no receipt and just was like "next" Edit* I did contact customer care with chipotle and they stopped responding after I said I wasn't given a receipt. This place was so filthy. Was quite disappointed on how every single table was dirty and it wasn't that busy so they could have cleaned up. Service was definitely good and the food was mediocre. I only came here because my daughter likes their food. I don't care for chipotle if I'm being honest. I feel it's definitely overrated and their steak is more fatty than actual steak. I have not been here in over 5 years. I had not had experiences good enough to return, But recently, needing more options for takeout, since I have vision challenges to much home cooking, we decided to try again. It's a convenient location for us. We ordered aa burrito bowl which was the perfect size for a small meal for two. We chose the ingredients to cover both of our tastes. The biggest let down was the highly advertised carne asada. The pieces were tiny, hardly the size in their pictures and very over cooked, all dark brown in color. A few pieces had some gristle but not much. The brown rice, black beans, corn salsa, tomato mix, shredded cheddar were fine and well balanced. The guac tasted OK but looked as if it had sat our quite some time and beginning to discolor. The order was ready on time and still warm. It was also very affordable. We will probably go back again when we need some quick takeout but will likely choose a different protein, maybe barbacoa which I like or another special should there be one. read more

As I have mentioned before, my standard chipotle rating is around 2 stars, with the main reasoning for it being the high quality of their food. This specific Chipotle has fallen below that due to many things. One, they are still frugal as hell here with the food portions. Two, the service is rather slow for a Chipotle. And Three, the line here is almost always out the door. On multiple occasions I have had to just leave due to their being way too many people. I would suggest going across the street to QDOBA, it's cheaper, less crowded and pretty much the same quality. Also this Chipotle is mad narrow, like more narrow than they usually are. read more

My boyfriend ordered a wrap inside of a bowl and he got about half of what I got inside of his bowl. When he's paying $9 and then extra for the tortilla, these portions are ridiculous. My portion was the amount that I usually get but it seems like because he got a wrap inside of it, They did not fill up his bowl as much. Ordered a Chicken bowl, what I received was a rice bowl, so little chicken I did a double take, and questioned the server. She just looked away, and took the next order. I used to really like this place. Lately it always seems dirty. Couldn't find a clean table at all. They also started closing at 11 but they pre-close at 9:45 pm. So they might as well be closed because the options become mid. Scrapping the bottom of the chicken bowl an hour and 15 mins before closing seems crazy. read more

I visited this chipotle tonight and was very disappointed in the lack of training for allergies. I told the woman working that I had a gluten allergy - she did change her gloves, but when I asked her to use clean spoons she said she can't. When I said I would have to skip then, she left for a while and came back with 2 spoons (for my entire order?) she used the clean spoons for the first two items then kept on going without changing anything. When I asked for a fresh container of cheese and lettuce, she told me they were fresh - I said I needed a clean container due to cross contamination, and she rolled her eyes at me. She sighed loudly and looked in the fridge and couldn't find any. I asked for lettuce from the salad section at the front. This type of experience made me feel awkward and singled out for having an allergy, and clearly this employee was not trained on allergen protocol. Additionally, the ice machine was out, and 5 of the 6 soda options I tried were empty too. No napkins or forks were out. Worst chipotle experience I've had in a very long time. read more

This chipotle feels notorious for trying to rush you through for your order. I ask several times for one thing at the beginning of the line and they keep trying to pass you to the next part of the ordering before you're even ready for those options. Then because they are rushing so much they charge you extra. We were the only people in there and were still be rushed like there was a line of 40 customers. I recently had a very disappointing visit to Chipotle. I ordered a kids meal and chose chicken for my protein. When the lady scooped up the chicken, she shook off some from the spoon and even took some out from the plate, which was very confusing. When I asked for extra sides, she gave me an attitude and started helping the next person. I had to ask the cashier for the sides I needed. The cashier, Au*, was nice and polite, but the guy next to him didn't even offer me a bag and started helping the next customer before I had even paid. The store was dirty, with overflowing trash cans and litter scattered everywhere. Seeing the condition of the place made me feel uncomfortable from the start. We waited at the counter for about ten minutes without being helped. I understand that sometimes there can be delays, especially since I've worked in fast food myself, but I had placed a mobile order 20 minutes before arriving, and it was already ready. I could see it just behind the rack. Rather than putting my order on the designated mobile order rack, it was left on the counter just out of reach. My friend and I weren't the only ones waiting, and we spoke with another customer who was also hoping for someone to acknowledge us and hand over our mobile orders, which were already prepared. He mentioned that he had been waiting for quite a while and couldn't understand why the store offered order-ahead options if it was still going to take an unreasonable amount of time to receive food that was already made and packaged. After waiting and noticing that no one seemed available to assist, I decided to grab my food before it got cold, especially since I had already paid for it online. At that point, a woman who I assume was the manager, a short, chubby black woman, unfortunately I wasn't able to see her name tag, walked by and gave me an unpleasant look, though she made no effort to assist us earlier. Instead, she grabbed a chair from a nearby table while continuing to give me angry glances. In doing so, she accidentally bumped into an older man passing by, which was uncomfortable to witness. It was extremely clear that she wanted me to know she was upset about me grabbing my own order, as she kept glaring at me with direct eye contact the whole time, until she bumped into the man and apologized like she was embarrassed. It's disappointing that rather than focusing on helping a customer, her attention seemed more on expressing frustration with me. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would have appreciated more attention to service. This was an incredibly disappointing experience. Chipotle isn't cheap, and I feel I was more than patient waiting ten minutes for an order that was already prepared. I regret choosing this location and leaving a tip through the app. For the sake of the customers and the young employees, I hope the store can find better management. read more

Definitely the last time I go to this Chipotle location. The last 3 burrito's I have had there have been so poorly wrapped and they look like a brick and not a remotely tight burrito. Falls right apart. The employee wasn't even looking down as she did it, couldn't care less. Our family gets chipotle take out once a week. This location is hit or miss on food quality. It is frequent that we get the wrong order or missing items. Again tonight we had our shells missing from the tacos and a tiny bit of filling in a bowl. It's becoming disappointing to have constant failure in takeout. However he asked that certain items be taken from the back for his bowl to avoid cross contamination. He was super nice and clear about it. The employee however scooped food right from the general stations into his bowl and told him "it's fine I don't see any cheese in it" the poor guy just asked for his bowl to be wrapped without adding any more toppings and left. I have always been a supporter of chipotle but since moving to this area I have had constant issues with this location. I don't eat pork due to health reasons. I ordered a bowl with steak and I'm guessing they were out because they gave me a bowl with carnitas. I put a complaint in over it because I obviously couldn't eat this and never heard back. The second time I ordered here I ordered double steak double pico double cheese etc the whole works. I get the order after it was delivered to my house through the chipotle app and there were barely any toppings on it. I also put a complaint in about this experience and once again didn't get help with this issue. I've been paying for food that I'm not receiving which is extremely frustrating. I eat chipotle quite often and it's quite frustrating to constantly order here and be let down. read more
