The worst Chipotle I've ever been to. The store is consistently dirty. On a recent visit, the silverware containers were empty and had lemonade or some other drink in the bottom of them. It must've been spilled on the counter and never cleaned up. There is often food, like cheese, mixed into other containers at the front counter. The food is often cold. We love chipotle burritos, but the state of this store is so bafflingly bad that we do not want to go. read more

Chipotle can be hit or miss depending on the location, but this one tends to hit more than it misses. The place isn't overly clean, but it isn't dirty. The food isn't the freshest, but it is far from gross. The burritos are properly folded and the bowls are tasty enough. We were here for a fundraiser and ate a good not great meal. I enjoyed my sofritas (crumbled tofu, tomatoes and spices) salad. My sons had chicken and steak salads. The black beans and corn salsa were decent. The salsa was spicier than expected. Unfortunately there was no tea. Just the usual soft drinks. The line was a little disjointed. I tried to submit this info to chipotle's website but the location service has a hiccup and didn't allow me to submit so here it is below: I frequent chipotle and tonight I'm stopping by the location listed in the address field for the second time in a row. The food and service are subpar to chipotle's Standards. I asked for fajita, the response I got was, we're out and not making any more for the rest of the night I asked what time the place closes in which the staff replies, 10pm. I ordered at 7:49pm. WTF? As I'm eating in the dining area the next person comes in, orders, and ask about the fajita. The staff says the same but the customer asks that he wants it. The staff replies, it's going to take some time are you sure. This is pure laziness. In addition, the chicken for the two nights have been Dry and burnt black. I didn't get it and opted for the Barbacoa last night and the carnitas tonight. It's a group of "bros" working at the location and their culture is tight with themselves, it's not amicable to customers such as myself. Worst customer service I've had at a chipotle. Take some extra time and go to a further location because the staff will will not listen to you and talk over you when you try to explain something. I had a mobile order and something was incorrect with it. The worker that was dealing with mobile orders said, "I have no idea what went wrong with the mobile order, I have no idea how they work." It seems like the employees aren't trained in customer service or how to actually do their job. While waiting, I saw a customer ask a question at the register, something must have been incorrect with his order too. The worker said in reply, very loudly, "we have never done that before, I don't know what you're talking about." RUDEST RESTAURANT EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE! Left the table for a 15 second drink refill without remasking, and a staff member yelled at me, berated me for 'disrespecting' her and threatened to call the police on me. Again - I spent literally 15 seconds away from the table without a mask - at a place with indoors dining! - and get threatened with calling the police. Asking customers to wear masks on entry is a perfectly reasonable request, and I have no problem wearing a mask while going for a refill had I realized that was policy. I was sitting at the closest table to the soda machine. It would have taken me longer to go back and put on a mask than to finish the refill. She was so incredibly rude about presenting the mask policy to those walking in, that two potential customers (who in no way refused to wear masks!) went elsewhere, and one told her to **** off as they left. She took far more time yelling at me than I spent getting up, getting the refill and sitting back down. I have every sympathy for the crap service workers have to put up with, but treating everyone like you'd handle an angry antimasker was completely out of line. By the way, the food was OK. read more

I left a feedback report from my visit to this store on November 10th. The employee that was extremely disrespectful and threatened me needs to be let go immediately. I am not going to let this go because I come to this store quite often and I refuse to be threatened by a disrespectful and potentially dangerous employee. Like I said in my feedback report, I will not hesitate to have the police shut this guy down when he inevitably repeats his behavior. The way he acted CANNOT be acceptable in this type of business. Whoever is hiring managers for this place needs to do a better job of vetting. How this place is even making their quotas is beyond me. I have been going to the Bedford Chipolte since it first opened. My son actually worked there back then. But it has gone way down hill since then. The food prep counters are filthy, the grill is disgusting and the Manager is terrible. I have never had a worse experience in my life. Tonight I saw the manager berating a group of teenagers who were just having a good time. She accused them of being disruptive when her screaming was actually unsettling. Very unpleasant experience with the manager "Tara" I believe was her name. Screamed at me to "GET OUT" of her store on-front of the whole staff and customers all while I was wearing my military uniform, very very embarrassing. Refused to have me pay for my food and threw it in the trash, all because I asked if I could roll-up my own burrito since they do more of a "BALLrrito" when they roll it. Food was great, However ... when picking up my order I spoke to the manager "King" and the Bedford, MA store and told her my previous order last week (Oct 4 - J3M-9AM) was missing 2 lemonades and if she can just add them to this order. She told me it was too late and would affect her inventory and I should have come back the same day (which meant a 20-min drive and delay of 10 hot meals). I told in disbelief that she can't make the order right, it was their mistake, and if not I would not come back in the future. She rudely told me that it would be "fine for her to not ever have to deal with me again". For the third time in a row my order was missing something, then the missing item was made wrong. I called to complain and was offered a comp off my next meal, and the manager got super rude when I said I didn't want to come back there. Usually, this place is spot on, not today. Whoever the manager was for today, failed miserably. The place was a complete mess, all the tables to include the register table was filthy. Guy putting the burritos together was great but had no clue had to roll them, as the cashier just stood there and watched him fail, didn't even bother to help or re-roll it. The Bedford Chipotle is notorious for being one of the worst around. To the point that if you live on the outskirts of Bedford you are likely to drive to Boston road, Burlington, or perhaps even Westford to avoid the headache and receive the correct and properly made food. Multiple items are always missing from orders whether placed on the website, door dash, or in person. Customer service?....WHERE? This location is always a mess a literal mess, food on the floor, food on the counter tops napkins and straw wrappers everywhere. Like i don't know how they pass the health inspections without a heads up. The curly haired chick is always rude and defensive at one point while taking another customers order she proceeded to yell at another co-worker to leave her alone ! Today she made my order wrong and when i told her she just looked at her co-worker and said that I ordered Barbacoa when I read off my husbands order from my phone to her verbatim I said Carnitas two times actually. Then she proceeded to remake the sloppiest carnitas burrito on the planet. And seemed so irritated in the process as if it was my fault. The guy checking me out was super nice and apologetic in fact a lot of the young men there are very polite and respectful. We go here often hoping for a better experience at least once. Everytime we go the guac is brown, the rice is undercooked and there is always cross contamination. I tried making a mobile order and it said that "We're experiencing an issue processing payments, but you can pay at the restaurant" so I go to the restaurant, they don't even have my order. Okay, so I tell them I want two burritos and a quesadilla. They tell me sorry you have to order quesadilla online. I told them I TRIED and the app wasn't working on their end and tried showing them the message and they didn't care to look at it. One guy just kept saying, "we don't have anything to do with that" and when I tried to talk he would cut me off. Mind you I'm pregnant and I wanted a quesadilla and they straight up just tell me NO. I asked for a manager to see if maybe he could help but the manager was trying to avoid me. Okay so then I go to order the two burritos. The girl making them puts a very small amount of meat so I tell her can I get a bit more meat and she says yeah but we will charge you. Okay. Great. Oh and she also had rolled her eyes at me when I first walked in and asked if they received my order. I really like chipotles food and their quesadillas. I like Chipotle for the burritos. Rice is usually cooked just right, and the meats are tasty for sure. Their steak is usually tender. Keep in mind the calorie total is extremely high. A regular burrito is 1000 calories! I wish they had a choice of small or regular sized. Two drawbacks to Chipotle. First, the restaurants are not always very clean, and this one is guilty of lax cleaning standards. The sill along the windows is filthy. And the floors just don't look like they've been swept. read more
