Have been wanting to try this place for years and after finally trying...it was just okay. We ordered a few different staples-- Chicken Tikka Marsala, Saag Paneer, Cheese Naan, Vegetable Samosas (not pictured). Everything was served lukewarm but it didn't take long to come out so I was confused. Everything was pretty good except for the Saag Paneer. I typically get Saag Paneer everywhere I go but this one didn't do it for me. It tasted different than most and I didn't enjoy it which was disappointing as this is my favorite dish usually. I couldn't finish it. Overall the experience was just ok, not bad, not great. I wouldn't rush to come back.

Staying the night in the area and looking for a bite I was happy to fall on my favorite cuisine - Indian! It was a Saturday night and mostly dead which seemed weird but it was also kinda nice as it was fairly quiet except for a party happening in the upstairs room. The restaurant is spacious with plenty of tables for different party sizes. Of course for appetizers it was Samosas and Curried cauliflower. Samosas were great and the cauliflower wasn't the best seasoned as I've had but they had a nice crispiness and presentation. I got the Chicken Tikka Masala and boy it hit the spot. Hot and very creamy, one of the better ones I've had. Had some vegetable curry too which wasn't bad. What makes Holi special though is that it has a bar. Yeah, It looks like they cater as well as host party events so it's easy to have access to that when there are a lot of people. I think it's awesome though. Most Indian places I frequent are BYOB, but it's awesome to have a bar right there with the staff ready to make a drink or perhaps you'd like one of a few Indian beers on the drink menu. I had a mojito which was made well. Holi was a pleasant stop for the night's dinner. If you're in the area looking for Indian food, Holi gets a thumbs up from me.

4.5 stars. Got the lunch buffet and was amazing, there was a variety of food with fresh vegetables, panipuri, curries, soup and rice, samosas, fritters, and dessert. We chose to get garlic naan which was a little bit thin, but still good. Also had mango lassi which was great!

Good Indian food. Came for dinner pickup. Ordered online. I thought the online menu needed pictures as I tend to find it difficult to order Indian food off of name and general description. There were a lot of parking space. Meal comes with 3 kinds of chutneys and some sort of flat bread. Fish pakora was alright. I thought there was an overly fishy taste but nothing unique. Overall this doesn't stand out much in this restaurant. 5/10 Lamb Samosas were alright. Skin was too hard and inside was a bit too dry but we used the chutney and it was delicious. Any of the chutney works. 8/10 Bone-In Goat Curry was delicious with the basmati rice. Curry was the right thickness and very densely flavorful. Not a lot of goat meat on the bones though. Other than that, it was good for what it is. 8.5/10 Butter chicken was also fantastic. The butter sauce was less thick than the curry but when poured over rice, it was just right. 9/10 Lamb boti kababs comes with tikka masala sauce and naan bread. Very flavorful and it has a busy taste of spices and sauces. Naan bread was nicely made and soaks up the sauces nicely. 9/10 Overall, a good experience. I cannot decide yet if this will be our go-to spot in the area vs Treasury in Burlington but they put up a good fight. A bit pricy for the quantity you get but it is what it is.

I was very pleased with my food. First, I'm always a fan of variety so I was happy that I could try to items in one dish. The chicken tikka masala was very creamy which I love. The chicken was a bit tough but nothing extreme. The lamb curry was also good and had a slightly sweet taste. The lamb was tender and easy to chew. Although it seems like there wasn't much meat, I think it was a good amount, they were just well hidden in the curry/sauce or "lost in the sauce." The rice was cooked Al dente which is perfect. It brought a vegetable samosa which had the right amount of saltiness but I wish it were a bit spicier. Overall it was yummy!

I was not disappointed. For lunch they offer a combination of 3 different curries ( I had chicken tikka, goat and lentil) rice, a generous serving of plain or garlic naan and a dessert. It was simply outstanding. They also have a very complete Indian menu. About 90 minutes from where I live, I can now justify a trip to the buffet they offer on the weekend. They offer a simple, stylish, clean dining room, with bar, friendly service and lots of off street parking, Lastly, don't miss trying their mango lassi. Delicious. I shall return.

Personally, this place is the best Indian restaurant in the area. I have sampled a wide variety of their items, but I will focus on two of them. Their paneer dishes are amazing. The paneer is fresh and lightly spongy without being too dense or crumbly. The paneer pakora is one such example. The paneer is stuffed and the chickpea batter is light, crispy and crumbly. The pakoras are then seasoned with chat masala. This goes for their other paneer dishes. Their dishes are authentic and they do not shy away from Indian flavors. Makki ki roti and sarson ka saag is a famous Punjabi dish. However, it is actually quite rare to ever find this item on the menu in the US, let alone in other parts of India. The item consists of a buttered roti made out of corn, and mustard greens that have simmered for hours with rich Indian spices. This dish takes to back to the fields of Punjab. The creaminess and silkiness of the saag and the grittiness and sweetness of the roti make for a flavor bomb. Also they serve this dish with raita, an Indian yogurt dish, that adds a refreshing touch. And if you want to add a bit of saltiness and sourness, they give you indian pickles as well. All in all, this dish is a delight. I recommend giving this place a visit.

The ambiance sets the tone as soon as you walk in, vibrant decor with a stylish bar. The service is consistently excellent. The menu is where Tashan really shines. They take familiar Indian flavors and elevate them with a creative twist. The Punjabi staples like chole, chicken tikka, and daal makhni are done exceptionally well, striking that perfect balance between authenticity and refinement. The cocktail menu deserves a special mention. The aam mojito was refreshing and vibrant with mango and mint; the sharabi samundar was tropical and fun. For dessert, the Rajasthani Ghevar was a highlight; it was honeycomb-textured, and perfectly paired with a rich rabdi and pistachios. Tashan delivers a polished, yet approachable, take on modern Indian cuisine. Highly recommend!

There wasn't a hint of spice in anything. There wasn't any chai ($5 for a glass) and for dessert all they had was "strawberry mouse" which tasted basically like flavored cool-whip, instead of any actual Indian desserts, like gulab jamun, which most India buffets have. On top of this, it was more expensive than many Indian buffets. If you want a good Indian buffet, go a couple exits up 128 to Godavari in Woburn instead. It'll be worth the detour.

I am by no means an Indian food connoisseur, but I was glad to see a variety of more typical dishes like butter chicken, to dosas (gluten free!), idly, and specialty dishes from different regions. They were also able to accommodate a number of dietary restrictions in our group (gluten and dairy free, nut free, vegetarian, vegan), so it was a win all around. For my family, I ordered the sambar vada (gluten free lentil fritters), palak paneer (spinach and paneer cheese), Kerala fish pollichatthu. The fritters were a hit with the little one and came with a tangy sauce (sambar). The palak paneer was a very good version of this classic dish. The Kerala fish entree was my "why not" dish, mostly chosen since I know some folks from Kerala. They weren't around to give me the heads up that it would be a whole small fish cooked in banana leaves, though. I was a little surprised, but it was rather tasty, even if there amount of meat was a bit limited. I'll need to include them in my regular takeout roster in the future, and I'd love to dine in sometime too. The interior looks gorgeous from the pictures.
