Seems to be a pattern here. If you're not babysitting every order and asking for more on every topping you're walking out with a bowl 1/4 of the way full. And if you ask for more they all as a group glare at you uncomfortably. For $35 for 2 bowls I'd think I'd be getting what I paid for but I guess not. If you order online make sure you order 2 orders for yourself because you're only getting half of your order if you're lucky. read more

Food is always good and they are consistent with getting my order correct every time. Recently when I went and got chips and guac there was a piece of the avocado skin in the guac which wasn't pleasant but it wasn't the end if the world either. Just something worth noting. Other reviews for this location have been unkind, specifically calling out the bad attitude of the employees. Although my experience is singular and anecdotal (thus far), they must have fired the crappy ones, because everyone working on the Friday night when I visited was friendly and personable. Chipotle is Chipotle: your experience is almost wholly dependent on your personal tastes in building your entrée. The ingredients are (usually) fresh, the portion sizes (usually) healthy, and the price is (usually) reasonable, unless you get. that. GUAC. Which you will. I do have a couple of nit-picks during my visit, but they are things that could both be corrected with a bit of training and care. First, at least two components of the steak bowl I had constructed were "scraping the bottom of the barrel" in terms of quantity and freshness: the steak and the queso were both a little on the crusty side for my taste. Keeping them stocked and mixed regularly would make a huge difference. Secondly, my steak bowl was a little on the anemic side, failing to fill the bowl all around (see attached images). Although I don't live in Battle Ground, I find myself here basically every weekend for game night with the guys, and I could see myself being a regular at this Chipotle (as most of them are), but there's definitely room for improvement here. We've been going to this chipotle for quite a while and every time it's always been the worst service and rude employees. They are stingy with food portions and when asking for more they are aggressive and rude. Today however, while waiting for an employee to help us in line. I was spacing out watching an employee make food in the back and talking with his coworker. He made eye contact with me and very rudely implied that he was actively working as if I was judging his work ethic. Been here a few times and normally the workers don't try to scam you. A new worker there gives you half a scoop of protein, and if you order a large side of queso, he will only fill it halfway. They are frequently out of various ingredients, especially proteins and rice, the preparation counter is always covered in dropped food/spills, and the staff members tend to be quite rude. Chipotle is literally my favorite "fast food" (if you can even call it that) restaurant. All of the past reviews addressing rude staff behavior is rendered moot now; the staff are friendly and helpful as far as I've come across them, and the portions are just the same as any regular Chipotle chain. I get jam-packed burritos, and I'm sure everyone else does too (unless you have a small order). The overall vibe is pretty nice. I've stayed a couple once or twice to work on coursework just because I needed a place to work without distractions. The music is a little loud and can make it hard to hear sometimes, but the staff are happy to speak up if you cannot hear them. The drive-thru is the best part of this establishment as all you need to give is your name for them to hand you your order (as you pay in-app). Super easy, and super quick. I come here all the time and highly recommend it if you're in the mood for some good burritos! read more

This is the worst Chipotle we have been to. It really is too bad cause I had such high hopes with it being a mile from our house. We've been disappointed every time. Been here 2 time in 2 weeks same poor service. We arrived at dinner time 5pm and bins had very little meat dried out and overcooked probably from lunch. Too bad we have not been able to try the Carne Asada cause all you had was a few pieces left and so unappetizing looking. When we asked if they had any fresh meat we were told no.
