I'll be honest being in Battle Ground isn't my favorite to begin with, but after this experience, I'd rather go to a different location altogether. When you walk in, there's no greeting just staff staring or talking loudly to each other while ignoring customers. I came in for a pickup order, and after making eye contact, no one acknowledged me. In customer service, it's pretty standard to at least say "I'll be right with you" or ask if someone's there for pickup. That basic level of professionalism was missing. The app said my order was ready, but I still ended up waiting another 15 minutes, and on top of that, my order was incorrect. This lance is pretty close to my house and will probably be my go to subway spot. The gal wa really nice who made my sandwich. I got the foot long Italian bmt sub or whatever they call it now. It was not too bad but it seems like whenever I got to subway the bread is stale and like biting through leather. Today was not different. The bread was like leather and you had to wrangle the sandwich to even get a bite out of the sandwich. I have asked them as different subways in the past if I can have fresh bread. They have always said they make their bread every day. Well that's BS because if you did I would not need pliers to get a bite. read more

This review is for the app - not the actual location. So many times I have ordered and paid in the app, the payment method texted me that it had been used, when, where, and for how much, but when I arrive at the store they don't have the order!! If you want to then just order at the store you not only have to pay twice, but if you used a promo discount that has to be used in the app, you have to pay full price. iSubway's app needs serious work so these errors will stop. It's to the point that even though I frequently order Subway, I am looking to find a different local sandwich shop to go to because having to deal with this nonsense is too much frustration when I am going out to reduce the stress in my life by not having to fix a meal. read more

Both of the Subway stores in BG (Cinema area, and near Albertsons) are owned by the same guy... "Bud". Its always the same issues with both stores, also. "Can I get a few more olives on my sub?" "Im sorry, we are only allowed to put 8 olive slices per sub." "Well im not getting all of these other veggies... doesnt that make up for a few olive pieces?" "No, im sorry. Its not allowed." "I will pay for the extra... although I have never had to before..." "There isnt a button for that on my register so I cant, sorry." This exact conversation has happened at each of these locations. On more than one occasion. No, I am NOT kidding. Extra pickles? Same answer. Every time. I travel often... I dont eat Subway anymore because of my own food allergies, but my kids still do. I have never, ever experienced this kind of service at another Subway location in the entire country. Poor management, poor hiring choices, and an owner that has nothing more on his mind than to make some money at the expense of his customers. Maybe the 1 star review is a bit unfair, as I've been this Subway about a dozen times in the past with no problem. With this blazing heat last night, cooking was the last thing on our minds, so I decided to hit Subway after the gym. I ordered a BLT and asked for avocado, fully expecting to pay an additional charge. I was told by the girl working the assembly line that I can't have any. I reiterated that I'd like a side of Avocado (I was staring at a bowl of it, so they weren't out) and that I didn't expect it for free and I'm more than happy to pay for it. Again, I'm told No. In a bit of disbelief, I asked her "So am I understanding this correctly...I'm a customer and I want to order a side of Avocado, which I can see see right there (I point to it) and you are telling me I cannot order it" She says "sorry, my manager Bud said that we can't put Avocado on a sandwich unless it's supposed to come with it." I was tempted to go off on this young woman, but clearly she was following the orders of a manger who has no business sense. With another Subway a stones throw away, it's easier for me to just take my business elsewhere. They have lost a customer. read more

It is an ok place. I wish that they had a better non-carbonated beverage selection and a little less stingy for the ingredients. Started going here because the one by Albertsons went way downhill! Was super pumped every time ..until yesterday...dirty! Obviously staff is the issue...there was a girl with glasses working yesterday around 4 pm seemed like a new employee ...working her a.. Of well done kid the other girl with platinum blonde/purple hair ,,,what a Dbag! She just sits at the register while the new girl is stacked up with a line of 8 people ..pleasing them all ,struggling but putting in190% the dumb blonde girl didnt care and it was well know..she needs fired and put the quite girl with glasses with some team players ! I felt so bad for the new girl and the same amount of anger towards the lazy makeup caked blonde with whire and faded purple hair who helped her in no way! This was the best subway sandwich i've had in YEARS!!!! It tasted so so so good, like when I was a kid and Subway didn't skimp on ingredients. It was packed full of fresh tasty veggies, and the bread was super fresh. I think Subway isn't the same anymore because so often the bread is dried out and the three tomatoes get lost in the desert of dryness. Not this Subway however, it was FANTASTIC. We had a foot long Veggie and a food long Turkey, and both were PERFECT. Thank you to this store for remembering what it is we all used to love about Subway....full sandwich and soft, fresh bread. :) Staff were great too. read more

I ordered ahead of time for my sandwich to be ready at 12:00. I walked in to pick up my order at about 12:02 and told the girl at the register that I was there to pick up an order to go. The worker, named Rebecca, told me to wait and then proceeded to ring up 3 people, without saying anything else. I mentioned something again about waiting, at this point she told another worker that I was waiting for an online order. The other worker then grabbed the order ticket from the counter and started to make my sandwich... at 12:07! Finally, at 12:10, as they were wrapping my sandwich, I told Rebecca that I had ordered this online to be ready for pickup at 12:00, and that it was now 12:10. She replied with "Well its not my fault", with an attitude! I told her that her response was rude, and she didn't say anything back to me. I have never had such bad service! They new that I was upset and that I waited for almost 10 minutes, and I didn't even get an apology... And I was late getting back to work because of it. Ordered two breakfast sandwiches and was overcharged. I didn't notice until I was on the road heading back to my home city. I called the restaurant and talked to a lady asking her how much the two sandwiches come out to. She told me the price and after punching it in the computer she said their computer is charging me more for one sandwich. She said that she'll have the manager fix the error and to come back for a refund. I told her I can't comeback since we were just driving through and do not live in Battle Ground. I asked to speak to the manager to see if we can get a gift card instead. She said manager would call me back once he came in. He never did. I called again and was told that manager is busy and will call me back. Again he did not call me back. I waited next day and he still didn't call me back. That is very poor customer service. They overcharge a customer and won't fix the problem. They also were out of whole eggs (only had egg whites) during breakfast hours. I would not go back to this restaurant. read more
