Came out chicken cold, about a teaspoon if that of cheese, less than a tablespoon of lettuce and a quarter teaspoon of mayo or ranch (could not taste). $6 plus tax Service: much too long a wait Ambiance: none, sitting sniffing exhaust as others go through the drive thru and leave with their food. Not too sure why but this McDonalds has the biggest and best breakfast burritos I have ever had at any McDonald's anywhere. One day I even called the manager there and told them so. He said "I will be sure to tell the breakfast burrito cook" lol I went in thru the drive thru today and it was packed. But I still got in and out of there in no time at all. I felt like I was at the Daytona 500 making a quick pit stop to pick up my breakfast burritos as I passed thru the pick up window. I am comparing my experience only to other McDonalds. My first time trying the Mr McCrispy strips. Good quality real white meat chicken with just right amount of breading. The new dipping sauce has a mild kick. Not too spicy for most people. My only negative is the chicken strips were only warm. If you want them hot, you may be disappointed. Ordered in the mobile app on the way to the restaurant. The parking lot is cramped and hard to navigate. Waited 30 minutes from the time the order was sent to receive our order. Everyone at the restaurant got, and ate, their food before we even got started. The hamburger was on the side of too cold, likely because it has been sitting, waiting, for 25 minutes. It was a calculated risk and I calculated wrong. I used the app to make a mobile order. The drive thru was jam packed, so I asked for curbside pick up. The parking lot was full except for one spot and it just happened to be a curbside pick up spot. Considering how busy the restaurant was looking I knew I would be in for a wait. Waited in the pick up spot for so long that I made friends with the woman waiting for her drive thru order to come out. Not one car was able to pick up their order and leave. Every one of them was waiting for an order until the drive thru was no longer able to move forward and people were stuck at the pick up and payment windows. I placed my mobile order at 10:27, arrived and checked in at 10:29, and received my order at 10:42. The person running the food out was sweet, hardworking, kind, cheerful, apologetic, and taking a ton of abuse from hungry angry people. read more

If I had the option to leave zero stars I would! I grew up loving McDonald's fries! This place ruined it for me! Every time I order them they're always, and I mean ALWAYS, cold! Even if you ask them to please give you hot fresh fries, nope, you get nasty old cold, loaded with salt fries! Well today I went through the drive thru and I specifically told them that I don't care how long I have to wait, I would please like my fries fresh and hot and no salt. They say no problem. Okay I think I'm getting somewhere. I pay, get my receipt and credit card shoved in my face (okay?) go to the window get my food (he immediately closes the window) started to drive away and took a fry from the bag and (you guessed it) it was cold and soggy and loaded with salt!! I back up and tell the guy, he looks at me, the rest of the employees shoot me nasty stares and he takes my fries. I pull around and the same guy, two minutes later, runs out, hands me a bag and runs back in! I opened the bag and (you guessed it) there they were!! The same cold, soggy, loaded with salt fries that I handed him before!! At this point I'm furious (I'm normally a very mellow person but I've worked in the restaurant industry for over forty years and I'm not going to let some punk kid think that he's going to pull the wool over my face)!!! I park my car and another employee comes out to give someone their food and I ask her for the manager! Out comes a teenager (oh great) she takes my fries (I asked her to change my burger too cause that was getting cold too) and after a while she comes back with....finally...hot fries and my burger! I'm giving that one star to her because she was really nice and accommodating. She even gave me a couple of coupons for free fries (yeah lucky me) for my next visit (trust me it won't be at this location ever again!! And you can definitely tell when a business owner puts themselves and money first. I have been to this place a couple times during COVID 19. No staff person wore gloves or a mask... REALLY? I saw 5 staff people today. Zero gloves, zero masks. And these are the people preparing your food? I asked the person in the window. Her response was she just came back from break. Oooh. Ice cream machine keeps going down, we order a McFlurry every time, hamburger patty was burnt, and one time the soda machine wasn't working and charged us as a combo and they did not discount the drink (& why charge us for the combo & not just individual items). After working out with my best friend I was looking forward to a great meal at McDonalds, I was very... disappointed... the burgers were thin, and they only contained one pickle, this was just the beginning. I thought how could this get any worse as I looked forward to a nice large ice tea, But the ice tea machine was empty, no ice tea for me. She blurted out what is your order number in a rude and condescending tone after I showed it to her on my phone. Seems every time I go to McDonald's here in BG they get my order wrong every time. I usually let it slide and don't make a fuss since I know this is a stressful job and it's usually a minor thing like forgetting my sauces. Even when I ask them "you put in my sauces right" and they say "yes" when in reality they didn't! This last time though I was very annoyed. I specifically asked if they had any FRESH strawberry and cream pies, (they are my fav!) and I was told, "yes". I looked into my bag before I left, just to make sure everything was correct, since it happens all the time, and it looked just fine. I got a cheese burger meal and two pies. So after I ate I opened up my pies only to find they were not my strawberry and cream pies....they were APPLE! Agh! Which btw are two for a buck! Strawberry and cream pies are a buck and some change a piece. Since they use the same packaging for all pies someone messed up and put these in the wrong spot or something. So not only did I get ripped off, I didn't get my dang strawberry and cream pies! I was going to turn around but we live far away from the mickydees and it's not worth the gas. So I'll just do a review about it instead. Not a huge deal but they need to double check orders before giving them to the customer. read more

It is hard to review this place because I have had great service here in the past (Oct 2017-July 2018), but since mid July it's gone down to a 50/50% chance at flat out rude treatment to a unwelcome uncomfortable awkward poorly trained service experience. Expect some days to have to ask for your change, receipt, napkins, sauces, and drinks, with eye rolls and mutterings or having them shoved out the window at you without a word spoken or glance in your direction. Other times the order is perfect, all there, and your quickly through with a smile and thank you even. The owner or head manager needs to get ahold of the issues there quick, I have gone from 6+ visits a week ($75) to 1 ($5) in the last 2 weeks. If nothing changes I give it 6 months tops until it's losing money. I drive people for work, but no longer bring people through this McDonald's. read more

We arrived at this McDonald's at 10:45 AM this morning along with all our children, the only menu that was up was the lunch menu, the breakfast menu was not showing so we started to order lunch and they advise that they don't take lunch until 11. But they couldn't put the breakfast menu up for us to pick something so is frustrating that we had to try and figure out what to get. And they did not provide any options or not very helpful. OKAY LISTEN UP I have been a very loyal customer for 13 years now so I am very disappointed to say that last night I had a traumatizing experience with an employee. And she also did not give me my card back before I left and I did not realize this until I got home. I hate to admit this but I hit up this joint almost every Saturday night/Sunday morning. I have found that the later I go, the better the food and service. However, around 2pm they can't take anything but cash. Not really sure why but it is a problem for those of us who carry no cash..EVER. As for the food, like a lot of others have said, what do you expect. But my biggest problem with the place is the prices vs the amount of food you ACTUALLY receive. As someone said earlier, the fries are usually half full and he drinks are full of ice. I try my best not to bitch to much because I do frequent the place often and don't need anyone spitting in my food because of what happened the previous visit. So as far as fast food goes I was very pleasantly surprised. The inside was in very good condition, clean, tidy and comfortable. The staff was busy but were very friendly and informative. The manager was amazingly accommodating and very personable. The food also was freshly made and was very good. This McDonalds was exceptionally better than most. The only down side is they have to give you condiments (like ketchup I had to go back and ask for more than once because we ran out). I will defiantly come back if I am in the area, the cleanliness and friendliness of the staff is worth the trip. read more

They have a maggot and rat problem that they don't really do anything about and the managers make food without gloves no matter what they where touching before hand.
