Sometimes you get hyper stuffed burritos, other times it's kids size. Tables are generally available and clean. While I want consistency, I wouldn't want it consistently bad. First of all, the food order was fine and very tasty. Beyond that I'd give this location and staff a D-. Behind the food assembly area was a countertop filled with coats, drink cups and trash. When checking out the drink options the iced tea was empty, at least two of the soda machine options (root beer and lemonade) were spraying water, so obviously the tanks needed replacing. The entire dining area was trashy. No one had wiped down any tables, seats or swept the floor. There were at least 6 employees behind the counter, so surely someone would've had a chance to wipe up and clean the customer area at 3pm, well after the lunch rush. I was tempted to check the bathroom, but I had just eaten, so I passed on that. But I'm sure that was as bad or worse than the rest of the place. It was also freezing cold in the store! Placed a mobile order and when we went in to pick it up, employees and ex-employees were sitting at tables chatting inappropriately about other co-workers. Nothing was wiped down and napkins and forks were still in plastic bags just sitting on the counter. The one guy working was trying to get the employees to help but they were just laughing and blasting music. When we got the order they were out of mostly everything so one of our bowls ended up just being beans a rice but we paid for a full bowl of food. I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for a decade, but after my recent experiences at the White Marsh location, I will never dine here again. It started a couple of weeks ago when I ordered a drop off order and, I was served guacamole that was clearly over a day old. Though I appreciated the gesture of a free entree to make amends, things took a turn for the worse. When I redeemed that free entree last week, I became severely ill within hours. I felt like I was in a Pepto-Bismol commercial. To my horror, when I vomited, I saw that the steak in my meal was extremely rare--something I hadn't anticipated. Given that I visited close to opening time, it seems likely that the food was just leftovers, which is concerning. I was sick for a full 48 hours, and it was a terrible experience. This location clearly has issues with food safety and sanitation. Are your HACCP logs up to date? Are your employees ServSafe certified? It's evident that improvements are desperately needed. I won't be returning to this Chipotle again due to these two unacceptable experiences. read more

So my boyfriend tried to go to this location last week and told me he ended up leaving because the line was so long and not moving. I thought maybe it was an off night when he went so we decided to go together tonight. Wrong. Should have stuck with our Goucher Blvd location. First, the portions were SMALL. I always order the same exact bowl and can never finish it, so I end up with enough for lunch the next day. I ran out of chicken FAST and had only rice left. I also finished the entire bowl, I could tell when she was putting it together that the portions were much smaller. They didn't have any chips so my daughter's favorite part of her kids meal was missing. 3 hours before you close and you're out of chips?? So I also didn't get my chips and queso that I normally get. I wasn't given a cup for my daughter's drink and when I asked for it was told "we don't have ice." You are also completely out of ice?? Never again. I will gladly drive the extra 15 minutes to the Goucher Blvd location. I tried to contact customer service, but didn't have an order number because they also didn't give me a receipt. read more

I went there at around 7 pm, they dont close until 11 pm, and they were out of almost all the meats. All that was left were scraps of barbacoa, very dry carnitas, and dry chicken. I asked if they were putting more steak and barbacoa out, and the girl rudely said they weren't. I ended up getting the last little bit of barbacoa and some dry carnitas. The man behind the girl was chopping more barbacoa, but that happened after I was told they weren't putting more out. My bowl was mediocre at best, and i love Chipotle. The meat wasn't even warm. I really don't see what other people were complaining about. This was a straightforward Chipotle experience. They were only doing online orders and my order for 1pm wasn't finished until 1:09pm, which isn't a big deal. Staff was friendly, the new quesadilla box thing was good, and ordering online was easy. Store was clean, though some of the walls seemed a bit dented. Certainly a far cry from "the worst Chipotle" as I've read on here. Like, not even close. Booo! Thumbs down. I was there with my child last weekend and we ordered a bowl with chicken and a kids quesadilla to go. The dude at the register tried to charge me for the person behind me although we clearly were not together. He said it was $39 and I was like no way this is $39 for my two items. He said oh I'm sorry and corrected it to $19. So I pay but he fails to give me a receipt. I kinda wait for him to give it to me but it doesn't happen. I asked if we were good and he says yeah and I leave thinking it was all corrected. When I check my credit card statement they still had charged me the $39. What a rip off. This location used to be my favorite but it has gone very down hill within the past few months. Every time I go, they seem to be out of something whether it's tortillas, salsa, queso, etc. It's more of an annoyance than a deterrent from ordering but what has been frustrating is that there are random times where I have visited and they were only taking cash, exact change. I don't know about everyone else but I hardly carry cash, let alone exact change for my Chipotle order. i have eaten here twice and will never eat here again! I wanted chicken pastor they did have any both times. I opted for carnitas, they gave about 3 tablespoons, the corn was ice cold and the burrito bowl tasted so bad after two bites I just threw it away! The Chipotle was a mess. Two of the workers seemed to have attitudes. They were taking the order and just seemed to be annoyed. The bowls were not feel like I have had in other stores. I asked for a tortilla and by the time I got to the register I still didn't have it I went and asked the guy is just a reminder again with an attitude he pointed to the cooker needless to say by the time I got home and unwrapped it, it was crispy burnt and was not edible. The drink station was a mess, forks, and straws everywhere napkins the trash cans were overflowing.
