Other locations are much better than this one and food is generally good and fresh . This location has not fulfilled online orders correctly twice now. Everyone on the order gets the same thing although that is not the way they were ordered. Some in my family have food intolerance to onion and could not eat their dinner due to mistakes. Also, in person portions much fuller than the sparse online portions. So I contacted as advised by Scott--- no person spoke to me and I had a soft drink loaded on to the app--- pathetic. read more

My friend's daughter's lacrosse club was holding a fundraiser through this Chipotle restaurant. Chipotle will donate 33% of the sales to the club. My husband and I stopped in on a Saturday late afternoon. A few other customers were ahead of us in line. The restaurant had hung up signs to advertise their hiring and starting pay, and one employee commented that nobody wants to work. They must have been understaffed, but the employees worked hard to quickly process the customers' orders. Chipotle's menu consists of burritos, bowls, salads, tacos, quesadillas, and sides. All menu items were available except for guacamole. I ordered a veggie bowl, and my husband ordered his usual favorite entree of a chicken bowl with a tortilla on the side. An employee properly prepared our food. The price was only $8 for each entree. My husband's credit card did not go through the first time, so the cashier told him how to tap the credit card, and he did it differently. She replied, "Or you can just do it however you want!" Hmm... Well, otherwise she was friendly. I noticed on the receipt that she did give credit for our purchase to my friend's fundraiser. My husband and I ate our food at home, and we enjoyed the flavor. The serving sizes seemed to be normal for us. read more

I never review fast food or fast casual chains. I mean, it's formulaic fast food, so you get what you get. But in this case I'll make an exception as this was maybe the most deplorable restaurant experience I've had in recent memory, even factoring in that this is a fast food chain. My advice: EAT ANYWHERE BUT HERE. My son and I got there around 515 pm. So before the dinner rush, thinking we could pop in and out on the way home. And here's what happened. 1. They were out of grilled veggies 2. They were out of chips (how do you run out of chips?!) 3. They were down to their last serving or two of multiple protein options including chicken and barbacoa. 4. And the staff, one in particular - the guy behind the register - was about as rude as can be. When we asked for chips, his was barely communicative, very short, and an all around jerk with his tone and body language in telling us they were out. Seriously ... how is it, on a Friday evening, you're out of half your inventory. Totally inexcusable. Add to that the place was really dirty. This is the worst Chipotle I've ever come across. The location regularly just doesn't open/closes and puts a dirty crumpled sign on the door stating that if you've ordered food to call a 1-866 number, or use the app and ask for a refund. Why isn't the app turned off for this location? Do they not realize people have limited time to grab a fast lunch and now won't have time to eat, or chase customer service for a refund? Further, the chips are always stale, when they are open make sure you check your bag because you may have the wrong food, they never have iced tea made, and the staff is just rude. I love, love, love some Chipotle, but please avoid this location at all costs for the time being. A few examples of the wackiness specifically happening at the Allison Park location: - Busy weekend meal time with a long line of hungry visitors. Someone from the staffs casually announces that they are cancelling all online orders and that those waiting for their order will have to get in line to order as well as contact corporate for a refund on their original order. Bummer. The folks still en route to pick up their order obviously didn't get this messaging since they weren't there yet. - A few times, one of the burritos in our online/take-out order was completely the wrong one (likely from someone else's order). Other times, we'd have somewhat-correct items, but multiple ingredients we had selected were entirely missing. - As others have noted, the cleanliness (and overall vibe) of this particular Chipotle store seems way, way off from their normal level of quality. I am inclined to think this (and the other issues listed) are possibly due to poor training and the general shortage of help affecting many service-based positions in 2022. All in all, their corporate customer support folks have always been MORE than helpful in resolving any problems we've had. This review is really specific only to the store in Allison Park - it's gotten so bad that we will actively avoid this location in favor of other ones slightly farther from us. Months from now, we'll give them another go and, if things have improved, I'll revise my review as needed. read more

Read all the reviews of this location, they are spot on! They open at 10:45, we got there at 11:10 & no toilet paper (except all over the floor) in restroom. Disgustingly dirty but what can you expect when the staff is only young dudes that cared only about filling their own faces? Dirty floor & tables, loud hip hop music, no napkins (they would only fill 1of 3 available), food trash & debris all over the kitchen prep table! Allison Park Chipotle home of the world's smallest Chipotle burritos. I ordered a chicken burrito. It was about half the normal size. I let the girl know how it was the smallest Chipotle burrito I've ever seen before I paid and she said really? And didn't offer to make it better. I saw other burritos made that were tiny as well. All four items were incorrect (crunchy brown rice instead of white rice, no beans, no salsa, and no guac). There's an awful automated system and it's jumping through hoops to get to the store and then no one answers. Couldn't get through to store for more than an hour to attempt to remedy the issue. My mom and I were at Target and I was craving Chipotle so we drove over. I walk in and there aren't a lot of people in, just 2 people at a table and a woman and 2 other people at the counter(Those 3 were all together). I walk up to the counter and wait a few minutes to get served(only had to wait like 5 minutes). The woman who was being helped at the counter was being incredibly rude to the 4 employees helping her out(she ordered like 20 things). She was berating this one employee specifically saying that "he did this wrong" and "this is the worst service I've ever had." Also saying that another employee did the thing she wanted and the other did it terribly. One of the employees comes up to me at the counter(one of the ones who were helping the woman) and apologizes for the wait and asks what he can start for me. I order a veggie taco and he makes it for me and I tell him if he needs to finish helping the woman to please go ahead. He thanked me and him and the other employee finish helping her. She and the 2 other people with her eventually leave and I walk up to the counter. I hand the one employee who was being berated by the woman $5 and tell him that nobody deserves to be treated that way. He smiled and thanked me. The young woman at the counter also smiled and thanked me. I told her that nobody deserves to be treated that way, especially those working hard in food service. She proceeded to give me a free drink and thank me numerous times. I thanked her and the others for being helpful and left. I get home and eat the tacos and they were delicious. I don't usually write reviews on Yelp but I had to write about this encounter. The employees were so nice and helpful and the food was delicious. I haven't ordered from here in a while but I am definitely going back soon. If any of the employees working tonight see this, "Thank you for being so nice and making some delicious food. They are often out of essential ingredients (black beans...salsa) and if you order on the app for pick up, they don't call you or tell you when picking up the order that they omitted any items they are "out of". If you call to advise of your order being wrong, they'll tell you that they were out of the toppings you requested--but only if you call (and only if they pick up the phone). I was hung up on, twice, when I called this time--rings and rings and then someone picks up and hangs up without speaking. I was really excited when this location opened but I'd rather drive to Cranberry and eat it cold when I get home (it's 40 mins, round trip)--this location seems to be very poorly managed. . #Sad read more

I decided to write a review on this place because of all of the negative reviews. I was out this way for work and decided to stop in because I love Chipotle. The staff was very nice and I was waited on rather quickly. Everything was seasoned nicely, and overall, I was happy with my experience. It's a small Chipotle. While I do agree that the portions were a tad small, I would come here again if I was ever out this way. Absolutely horrible horrible I wish I didn't have to give one star this chipotle I come today 11/23/21 I get here at 7:02 and the door is locked and there is paper on the door saying holiday hours 11am-7:00pm. This is absolutely horrible as a consumer I work until 6:30pm. I mean 7:00pm on a weekday Tuesday 11/23/21 a day before thanks giving and you close at 7pm I loaded my family up drove all the way here 20 min and there closed! Not to mention this is my local Chipotle and the past 6 times going here they are way understaffed or whatever blaming Covid I came one time there was a paper that said be back in ten minutes in the bathroom doors were locked! It's just terrible I mean to close at 7pm isn't economical to the consumer! This location hasn't had fajita veggies available the past 4 times I've stopped in, with the latest time not having black beans available either. I'm disappointed to the point where I'm leaving my first yelp review ever. Not too sure if there's any sort of management present at any time. You can tell the workers are all over the place trying to keep things in order. I can understand if there's a meat shortage, but I don't believe it's too difficult to consistently have veggies and beans available. past few times we have mobile ordered from this location it has been considerably late. most recently we waited an additional 40 minutes. when we finally received our food the quality was significantly below par. we received a burrito with so few of the ingredients most people wouldn't even consider it a taco. our second item was a chicken bowl that has maybe 6 chunks of chicken. it was purely the worst experience I've ever had with a chipotle. which says alot because I havent had a good one at this location in over a year. read more
