First time visiting this location. Figured I was in the area and craving that sweet delicious queso might as well stop in. Walking in they were a little busy. They did however have the line moving quick. So that was a relief. Ah that queso! I think I may have a slight addiction. Honestly the burritos are good and all but that queso really steals the show! Not to spicy yet oh so satisfying. Give me a second while I wipe the drool off the phone. There we go! These guys were very efficient preparing my food from start to finish. My mom and I went here for the BOGO hockey jersey promotion which states online you can get up to 5 of the BOGO deals in one order. Once we got rung up, we asked the employee to make sure it was entered correctly and he said yes. Upon checking the receipt it was incorrect. When we asked him about it he had 0 clue what was going on. We spoke to the manager and she was actually evil. Whoever the female manager on duty at this chipotle was on 4/20 at 5 pm.... you're evil. She was so rude to my mom about it and asked us how was her employee supposed to know. Um idk queen maybe when we both came in hockey jerseys, asked him about, and showed him the email? Like common sense? She also gave someone else a whole free meal while she was figuring it out so clearly the refund isn't an issue, and it took her 10 minutes to refund one burrito lol. Pretty awful experince. Worker was stingier than ive ever seen with the food, had to ask multiple times to get a generous amount of food, literally had to ask 4 times to put extra cheese! The first two times it was genuinly laughable how much cheese he put on there. DO NOT COME HERE They have nothing to serve, we showed up at around 8:50 to get a bowl, a burrito, and a quesadilla, one girl said there machine was down to make it. They were also out of all there rice so what was even the point of coming, we got a burrito which they mixed white and brown rice just to make one burrito! They had no chicken. For years I have been going to this location and, while the food is good, the service leaves something to improve on. Every time I go in, I order a burrito for myself and ask to not have it loaded so full that it can't be rolled in a tortilla. While I may not be like most people, I would just like a burrito that does not weigh 2 lbs. but this seems to be impossible by any of the employees for the years I've been going there. . A normal burrito would be just fine. While the burrito is not a deal breaker, the service is. Tonight , on top of the food counter being a mess, the two employees that helped me were rude and acting as though I was inconveniencing them by ordering food. Also, upon check out I attempted to pay with cash and the young lady told me they cannot accept cash unless it was exact. At that moment I considered leaving however, I paid with card and left. I am not looking for free food or any free service. I only seek to inform management about customer relations. Hopefully the employees will be addressed. read more

This location is the worst. One time no guacamole, another no veggies, this time was the last time I'll go (and it's 2 miles from my house so that's unfortunate). Came in on NYE around 5:30pm to get some take-out for my husband and I to enjoy at home. As I approached the door there was a plain sheet of paper on it that said, "New Years Eve 12/31/25". I thought it was strange - like yes, we all know the date - anything else they're trying to communicate? They were clearly open so I went inside and waited in line and noticed as I got to the front that the employees were just slopping the ingredients around everywhere. Very messy, dips running all over the outside of containers (and a lot of wasteful ingredients dropped on the counter/floor. At the end of my order they share they are out of chips. That would have been nice to know before I waited in line and had them make my meal as chips are their only side for the dips. They said "well, we're closing soon." We like the generous chicken bowl. The staff are hardworking, friendly young people. They can quickly get through a line that's nearly out the door and still be cheerful. Terrible experience. Had no chicken, white rice or black beans. Also the table was a mess had food all over the place and all over the ground a very horrible environment. Another thing was the service a group of girls came in and got a bunch of food as the workers were distracted because they were her friends chatting it up. When getting drinks it was a mess sprite wasn't even sprite with ice everywhere . About 10 people came in and left right away due to having a dirty environment with no food. Came to this location to sit down and eat at 5:10pm, Tuesday. Once we got our food, we go to sit down. Literally EVERY SINGLE one of the tables were dirty. We asked the three girls that were laughing and chitchatting in the back if they could wipe down the tables. She said "oh my god" and went to the back. Mind you, we are the only customers in there. One girl came out 3 minutes later and wiped down 4 tables. I didn't mention the actual table we wanted to sit at because I figured she'd clean all of them, since they were all visibly dirty. I went and asked again. The other girl that came out, again, 3/4 minutes later. Asked which table... I told both the girls the same thing "well, they're all dirty" then wiped all the rice onto the floor and told the other girl to go sweep. They never came back out to clean up. Their 3rd party customer service they use for mistakes they do is horrible. I called the Paseo location where they charged for an Extra Burrito of $11.25. Their number connected me to who knows who in a different town? After several emails back and forth, they would only refund me the $11.25 and not the tax on it. That's not a lot of money, but why do they get to profit from their mistake? This utterly idiotic correspondence has been going on since May 20. I wish I would have gone into the store, but I live on the other side of town from it. I also never eat at Chipotle. I thought the price was expensive and thought to myself, "I'll never come back", and when I finally decided to check the receipt I saw why it seemed so expensive. I've never had to take so much time for a mistake at a fast food joint. My daughter lives on that side of town and they have had to go back a couple of times because the order was wrong. First impression? None. Absolutely no greeting. Female staff and male staff were arguing. I asked for queso, the female asked the male 3 times. Chipotle screwed up our order in that we ordered a chicken salad and they sent beef and we order a steak burrito bowl and it was cold. Their online menu is confusing and they are WAY too expensive. I came to pick up an order on 7-16-2023. it was around 7:30 p.m. A hand written note was on the door said, "No cash only credit, out of chips, out of guacamole, no veggies, sorry the management." What it also should have said was - "filthy prep stations, poor customer service, employees who stand around and with all of this you get some ok tasting stuff at a price that is nowhere priced for the service and selection. I understand now why Chipotle had to shut all of their stores down after they poisoned customers across the country. Chipotle is one of our go-to spots for a healthy dinner--bowl, but no rice, then fill it up on everything else. Actually really good, and it's very unfortunate that it gets a bad rap sometimes. Really enjoy it! Their Queso blanco, though? ....meh. Our visit yesterday we got a large to share on the side, for maybe the second (and certainly last) time. The word "queso" in the name was a misnomer, as it was obviously something largely UNcheese just thickened with corn starch: half way through the cup of "cheese" it immediately flipped consistency to cheese-flavored(ish) watery...uh...something. That's a tell-tale sign of oobleck masquerading as soups or sauces when the corn starch gives up and goes runny. C'mon, C, you gotta fix or ditch the queso blanco. Right now it's just queso insípido. This was a build your own burrito place if you haven't figured this out yet. They also serve bowls, tacos, and salads. I chose the Carnitas for my meat. It really needed to be grilled to have an authentic flavor to it - so I am mentioning this so you can bet it wasn't grilled. I have received food that wasn't at proper temperature. I have received food that was warmer & at proper temperature. It seems to really vary. You can be sure when it wasn't at proper temperature I threw it out. The food was ok for the price. The server was just the average fast food worker, doing to get by. No spectacular service any of the times I went in... and my mom who was not familiar with the details had to be walked through the process by me. Currently, 20 people in line and 10 others that have to-go orders placed online for pickup. Some of the online orders have been waiting an hour so far (an hour past their scheduled pickup time). Minimal communication about the delays from the workers or management (only once when a person with an online order became angry ... she got her food, and all the other online orders are still waiting ... hers was the first online order fulfilled in 30 minutes). This is the second time I've tried online ordering at this location, and it was delayed by 30 minutes last time. Won't be doing this again. This time I ordered it for 30 minutes before I needed it, and I will be at least 45 minutes late to my meeting because of this. Lots of sarcasm from the employees toward their customers right now. Stopped in for a quick bite. What a great visit. I ordered the salad with chicken and a half steak and chicken burrito with extra rice. The lady preparing our meals was fantastic, she listened to exact position amounts. And the burrito roll was perfect! I had to attach a photo, sorry about the half eaten burrito, but it's so big it stands up! Ask for cilantro! They'll give you a little cup of it. The cashier offered me a cup of water when I didn't order myself a drink, I totally appreciate that! The restaurant was clean and inviting. Perfect temperature.
