Really nice people working here and they don't skimp on the ingredients like a lot of locations they were really busy but still super friendly read more

Poorly managed. 3 girls standing around at to go doing nothing while 1 lady worked the line by herself. We waited 20 minutes for a burrito because of laziness and no oversight. read more

Being asked to wear a mask while standing in line, as another patron pulls down their mask to order in the line. And as people sit 6 feet from the line of people, without mask while eating drinking. I'm guessing Covid only hovers at 50 to 70 inches above the ground, a d only around those in line. Absolutely crazy. But hey, their place, their rules...but my money. I will definitely spread the word on why not to patronize this establishment. Will be spending money on dinner elsewhere, read more

Waited 25 minutes for steak and then when we go to order our bowls and they're out of almost everything and want us to wait even longer to prep. read more

I placed an online order that said it would be ready for pickup at 6:10 pm. I was waiting inside for almost an hour with 20 other people having the same issue. Just picked up my food at 7:00. This isn't the first time this has happened. Not sure what the issue is but all of the customers inside were pretty frustrated. read more

I love chipotle but this one is really the worst. I was really happy there's a chipotle in town now but I can't stop ignoring the horrible service and staff. The dude in charge is extremely rude and condescending to the employees and if there's more than one person in line, everything goes to chaos. This visit was the same. Just watched the whole staff argue about who was going to replace the queso while I stood there, someone ended up just scooping queso from the other line in a paper cup and walking it back over and dumping it on top of my burrito. The staff were all really short and dismissive to me and I was doing my very best to be calm and polite. I'll come back if the place is under new management. read more

I'm going to start with I placed an order online and when my daughter went to pick it up, it was missing the chips she ordered. When she asked about them the employee was very rude and snippy and just said oh yeah we're out of them and turned around and walked off leaving her standing there. She is not a confrontational person so when she got home and told me, it's horrendous trying to reach anyone to talk to. You call to talk to someone and they want you to chat with a bot to fix your issues and instead of being able to tell the manager they have a crappy employee and that you just want a refund because you had to go somewhere else to buy the chips you already paid for the dumb bot just wants to put in your rewards for a free chips but then warns you that it will expire if you don't use it in time. Dumbest thing ever- my suggestion just go somewhere else with better service and that actually has food!!! read more

This might possibly the worst chipotle I've ever been to. Only reason I come back because it's literally the only one in a 100 mil radius.

This location needs a lot of work from costumers service to cooking rice they had very poor team working skills from why I could see their brown rice was so hard every bite was like a raw rice. And I never even had a greeting into the restaurant everyone in there looked pissed off to the max especially the lady would made my burrito bowl I'm very disappointed in this chipotle May just stick to Qdoba after this bowl. smh @chipotle read more

this business has gone down hill and will not be returning ‼‼‼ skimpy as hell on the meat tried to charge me extra because you gave me a small amount of meat !! the workers there are horrible ! until they get new management they've lost a customer read more

Absolutely the rudest staff I have encountered at a Chipotle!! Throwing the food around, rude as can be - ridiculous - and then overcharging!! Worst ever read more

After eating at another restaurant down the street and having a bad experience we decided not to order my dads to go food there and chose Chipotle instead. The food line was dirty which almost turned me around but I decided to give it a try, the employees threw the burrito together making the area even worse, had to wrap an extra tortilla around his burrito and then didn't completely wrap the burrito in foil correctly. I rarely go to chipotle and tonight reminded me why. read more

HORRIBLE!!!! Ordered a bowl (I was starving) as I start eating about two bites in I notice a bug in my bowl. I moved the fork around and noticed a second one. Go to complain & im guessing it was a manager that asked to re make it but at that point I was grossed out & said no thank you. He himself told me "If you don't come back I wouldn't blame you" DO NOT GO HERE they're not clean at all. Including the fountain area it's always a disaster & messy. Sucks I couldn't even get my money back. read more

Disorganized and poor service. Food was cold and rice tasted old. Chipotle lost a customer. Tried to give this place a second chance but no more. I would give a negative if reviews allowed. read more

The staff is very friendly! They also are constantly working to get food prepared and out to the customers. I know that during this time, it has been insane and rough for everyone! I highly recommend eating here, if you get a chance to. read more

I have eaten chipotle all across this great nation and been disappointed just twice... both times eating at this location. If you're used to having too much food in front of you, this is not your chipotle. If you're used to fresh tasting, hot, well-prepared ingredients, this is not your chipotle either. If you like having a cold, gelatinous spread rationed out into a disc of compacted sand you're in luck. Tonight my burrito bowl came with a bouncy curl of black hair nestled delicately on the summit of my sour cream blob. When I pointed out that I had not requested the human hair be added to my self-deprecating slop trough they merely remade it in a smaller portion than before. Hardly an apology... Do yourself a favor and repress the urge to treat yourself when seeing that big beautiful red sign. You will only wind up checking in on your gag reflexes for a disappointing ten bucks. read more

I made two DoorDash orders in a row and both times my orders came in missing different items. I asked the dasher to ask them to make sure the right items are in. He said they double checked and when it came it was still missing items. How do you mess up two times in a row so bad?? SMH highly don't recommend. Their phone doesn't even connect to the store. read more

First, KUDOS to the very pleasant staff. My son and I ordered steak and chicken burritos with large chips and queso. The chips and queso cost $5.25 and that was the most disgusting cheese sauce I have ever eaten, HANDS DOWN. It tasted like it had ground up chalk in it, and it tasted like it was burned. It didn't really taste like a cheese sauce at all. The chips were stale. Second, the steak in the steak burrito was so pink it looked raw on the inside, even though the outside was browned. I almost threw up when I saw how rare it looked. My son and I have eaten at a Chipotle's before [near Fort Worth] and the food was wonderful there. I will NEVER eat at this restaurant again. That was the most expensive dog food I have purchased in quite a while, but I will say both dogs LOVED the steak. read more

Walked in Saturday about 11:45, hot and stuffy inside. Got to the line, kid behind the counter just looks at us, doesn't crack a smile, when asked why the difference in rice & he says they're the same. I looked puzzled & as why the color difference & he finally says "it's long grain wheat rice" which was not the case. Ordered the burrito, got to the end and asked if we wanted chips and salsa. The tomatoes and onions were passed as mild while the hatch green chili was passed as medium. Chips are stale every time we go. Besides the fresh meat ingredients, won't be giving this place a 3rd chance. read more

Chipotle Mexican Grill - Mild and medium salsa according to Chipotle - Mexican Near Me - Abilene, Texas

The employees act like each grain of rice is money coming out of their pockets. Literally got 3 bites worth of rice in my bowl. Normally chipotle is stingy but not this stingy. read more

It was so yummy omg so happy to eat Mexican food . The workers were all so kind to us and gave us so many honey lime vinaigrettes. Look how happy it made us!!!! I can't wait to come back to Abilene to go to this chipotle. Unfortunately the outside chairs were uncomfortable and left imprints on my bum. read more

Quick, fresh and your choice of healthier alternatives. Burritos are king size. Make sure you have an appetite. Clean inside with friendly staff. Patio area is nice when it's not too windy. We do live in west Texas, so needless to say, it's often windy. Still a fan of bueno, but it's nice to have this five as an option. read more

Good food, good service. On occasion, when I order through the app, my order comes up a little schiesty. I quit ordering through the app and just go in and order and it's always great! read more

Almost always poor service. Tonight there were 5 employees on duty and no one actually taking orders. This has happened several times. They need some custom service training. read more

Food was fresh, portions were great, restaurant was clean, and the employees were friendly.

As you can all see most everyone in Abilene hates this place. Theres some older hispanic lady whos absolutely one pf the rudest people ive ever met. She has no business in food as every single time my wife and i go there she has a horrible attitude lile im inconveniencing her with my order. The steak is the worst ever. All fat and tendon its like eating pieces of a tire. Portions are always small. Always. If corporate cared about their customers they would get rid of her bc im not the only one. Ask around about the larger older hispanic lady at Chipotle and anyone whos eaten there will tell you she makes the experience less than sub par. Get some real cooks and counter help please. Seriously look at yalls yelp reviews smh is this an actual business or experiment to see how terribly you can treat pll until you close your doors. As bad as Panda Express here in Abilene read more

The food is alright. it's chipotle I mean you can't really get a different flavor per reatu but this one literally gave me salmonell. do not eat here or you will spend a week in the hospital like I have. read more

Chipotle is the type of restaurant you want to be there in person to order. The online system is a crap shot in whether or not they pay attention to making your order correct. The customer service when remaking your order is subpar, and the experience depends on the staff on hand. Food is great though, as long as it's made correctly. read more

It's Chipotle. You should know what to expect. Went last evening and I have to say the bearded young man working the line was an absolute machine! Fast, accurate, and neat! I do wish they offered something like ranchero sauce or even a traditional tomato based salsa. This location is as good as any I have been to. read more

By far the worst queso you can ever have...store is nice inside and staff is very efficient and welcoming but management need to taste or implement constantly bad reviewed items in their menu.. read more

I have been a loyal Chipotle customer for years. Never have I been as disappointed as this location. A new store that's not even a year old and already very disappointing. The service is great but the food is very inconsistent and the chips are ALWAYS stale as can be. They taste as if they have been on the shelf for a week. read more

I've been to other locations and they are wonderful. This one not so much. Chips were stale. The hot salsa was so salty it was almost inedible. Overall it just didn't taste the same and wasn't as good as other locations. I hope they improve because I do like this place. read more

Not sure if they haven't figured out their process (new location) but this isn't the Chipolte I remember. Ingredients don't seem to have the same taste. Tried the barbocoa burrito. Tortilla was stale. read more

Meh...the food is quite tasteless and very expensive. I was there with a friend, we both got a chicken burrito and a drink. Mine was $8 and some change, his was $11 and some change for the exact same thing. Weird. Go around the corner to Fuzzy's it's much better and a better price too. read more

Everything was fresh and the staff were all friendly. It was pretty empty around 3 pm so that was nice. The meat wasn't over-cooked and everything was awesome! They really listened to the specifics of my order. I will for sure be going back! read more

This will be the last time I eat at this Chipotle unfortunately. The pick up order is never on time and my order is almost ALWAYS incorrect. I really enjoyed eating at Chipotle in Fort Worth, however I don't think this location will last much longer if service continues to be poor. read more

This experience reminded me why I don't eat here. The soft shell were a fight just to even bite off, they gave me very old chips and my food wasn't hot. I will not be back. read more

Chipotle is always good in my opinion. I love it. The location is nice and convenient. Only bad thing is since it recently opened it has been full all the time and lines are pretty long. Also they've ran out of flour tortillas twice already since opening which is understandable I guess since it just started & people have been going like crazy. Hopefully it gets better as time passes. Other than that, super excited to have a chipotle in town! read more
