Friendly service, generous size cookies, amazing flavors & they rotate seasonal flavors, cute photo booth.

This was my very first time at Chip City and wow... I loved it!! The cookies are HUGE but so yummy, and they're super easy to heat up if you have left overs so you get that perfect soft, warm bite every time! They are made so fresh! I tried three flavors and shared them with some friends: Original Chocolate Chip -- classic and delicious (because duh, you have to try it). Biscoff -- good, but a little overbearing, not as special as the others. Cookies & Crème -- hands down one of the best cookies I've ever had!! Perfectly gooey and flavorful. Not too sweet either. The perfect balance. The young woman working was also so sweet and helpful. I really appreciated her insight and suggestions on which cookies to grab. Overall, Chip City did not disappoint, and I'll definitely be back for more warm cookie goodness!

Great quality cookies! This place is similar to a crumbl as their menu can change but overall they have more options and bigger variety. The staff was helpful in explaining the menu and the system as I had never been in before. They are also on Too Good To Go. Only thing I would change would be to have more seating options inside.

I tried so many of these cookies, it's not even funny. There wasn't a bad cookie. List: Chocolate Chip Confetti Cookies N' Cream Dark Chocolate Peanut Butter Italian Rainbow Chip Cookie Triple Chocolate The Italian Rainbow Chip Cookie was a limited time one, and it surprised me the most. It's a mix of a croissant and a cookie filled with almond paste. If you like almond croissants, you'll LOVE this, and boy do I love almond croissants. Service is friendly. The inside of the place is cute. I did the Too Good To Go boxes, and you should too. They freeze well. Also, you should reheat the cookies in the oven. Why I didn't reheat all the cookies, is beyond me, but they are even better reheated. I never thought I'd want cookies every day for dessert, but this place ruined me.

AMAZING VEGAN COOKIE OPTIONS!! The dairy free cookies are also vegan, and they seem to always have at least 1 option on the weekly menu in addition to some permanent vegan flavors. I got the dairy free cookie butter biscoff filled cookie from the weekly flavor menu, and IT WAS SOOOO GOOD. Yummy biscoff flavored cookie and generously filled with biscoff spread. Very lightly crunchy at the edges and soft in the middle, just amazing. Love that the cookies are served warm, mine could have been even warmer in my opinion but that's a very minor complaint. The staff are super welcoming and friendly. Not many places to sit inside. Please expand to the West Coast so I can try more flavors!!

Have seen this place multiple times when downtown and today was the day we decided to try it. The interior is cutely decorated and there is a large variety of cookies. Service was fantastic. We purchased the smores, chocolate chip, snickerdoodle and one with fruity pebbles. The cookies are delicious and have a homemade flavor to them.

While in Chicago we wanted to end a night on the city with a sweet treat. We of course had to spot by chip city!! We got half a dozen, paid for five got the sixth one free. There cookies are thick, flavorful, and just enough sweet. They have options of those in a thin cookie but I want to enjoy my sweet treats. Order was: two cheesecake cookies and cream, one brookie, one classic chocolate chip, and one confetti! We tried out this special cookie that was sponsored by jet blue. We got some points which was nice! They also had free stickers

So there are many cookie places in the city... but this has some of my favorites. I really love their chocolate chip. I put it over Levain as it has more cookie taste and less chocolate onslaught. It's less sweeter than Crumbl. Now I don't think it's as good as some of the local bakeries (looking at you Beatrix and BFC) still do it better. I would stick with their chocolate chip though. I have tried many different flavors and found them all too sweet. Their chocolate chip is a perfect balance of everything. Definitely check this place out! Worth the trip.

While wondering around downtown Chicago after dinner, we were after a sweet treat and Chip City happened to be right around the corner. We popped in a scooped up a few cookies to take back to the hotel and enjoy. The cookies were great, quite large, but I really enjoyed the fact that they were not overloaded with icing. We had a classic chocolate chip, oatmeal apple pie and cookies and cream. No issues with any of the three! The space is small, but mighty and bright and even features a picture booth! Also, service was friendly and helpful. Overall, solid spot for a cookie run just a block off Michigan Avenue!

I recently had ordered from here and was very happy to see they have dairy free options. Since I did not dine in; I can't comment about the ambience or service. We got dairy-free chocolate chip and triple chocolate cookies. Even though I don't have a sweet tooth, these cookies were yummy. They came warm and soft with crispy edges. They're low key better than Crumbl cookies, Highly recommend for anyone looking for dairy free cookies!

Popped into this little cookie shop while I was in the neighborhood running errands. As soon as I walked in, service was friendly and extremely attentive. While perusing the many options, I asked about the "crookie" which is apparently a croissant/cookie mashup but you have to order ahead of time. Instead, I went with a classic cookie butter cookie that tasted exactly like a biscoff. Outside edges were a little too crispy for me but the middle was perfection. Couldn't believe 1 cookie was $6 and over 600 calories - yikes! Definitely would choose these cookies over Crumbl tho (whose cookies I find too sweet). I ended up taking my order to go since there isn't any indoor seating but they do have a cute photo booth!

Bought a cookie and some ice cream. Wife said the cookie was delicious and my ice cream was really good as well.

How funny it is for me to go to Chip City in Chicago- I live in NYC and haven't had the chance to go to any of the chip city's there I think Chip City is way way better than Crumbl cookies. I've found their cookies to be substantial and not undercooked. We got: captain crunch, smores, cookie butter, chocolate chip, and cookies and crème (my fav!). As with all good things, we made sure to savor them in small chunks. We cut each cookie in 1/4 or 1/8 slices.

Cookie flavors: Cookies & Cream, cinnamon roll, triple chocolate, and regular choc chip

Black Sesame Matcha Latte - while the black sesame graininess settled at the bottom expectedly, the matcha was clearly whisked well. There were no clumps of bitterness to be found. Despite sugar adjustments, this was still very sweet so I'd classify the spot as more desserty rather than strong matcha or a cafe. I wish I was able to travel with one of their cheesecakes but they require refrigeration. Anyhow the cheesecake itself was delicious super light, fluffy, and honestly felt like biting into a cloud. I had the salted egg but they had several flavor options that I would've loved to try if slices were available. The texture is what really stands out, and the flavor was unique and interesting in a good way. I couldn't quite put my finger on what it taste like, but it was sweet, but not too sweet They only sale but I consider a personal size but it's definitely enough to share with two people, maybe even three depending on how much of a sweet tooth you have. My only downside like others is the price. Paying around $19-$20 for a small cheesecake felt a bit steep, especially since they don't offer slices. I really wish they had smaller portions available so you could try different flavors without committing to a full cake prize. They package it very well and they also serve you a cute little fork set and a knife for cutting which I think is contributes to the price. The shop itself is very cute with chic décor and a lot of Asian-inspired artwork, which adds to the overall vibe. Customer service was friendly. When I visit Chicago again I'd definitely go back the texture and taste alone make it worth it but I do hope they consider offering smaller portions in the future.

The taiwanese style popcorn chicken and pork cutlet were super juicy and tender with nicely crisp breading. Are you guys ready for this review??…read more So my partner decided we are going to china town for lunch with his mom and sister. Family day in the city, DURING A SNOWSTORM!! We arrive, place is closed, will open in 10 mins. Perfect, we go to a near by shop and I spot some demon hunter Stanley cups!! I get them of course! We head to lunch, everything is great! As we are heading out, my partners sister spots Te'amo! I ask if she's ever had mochi donuts. She hasn't, so of course we must stop in because everyone needs to try them at least once!!! We order at the kiask and patiently wait for our order. We get our order and leave....leaving the bag with the Stanley's behind!!! We don't realize this until we are home (45 mins away)! I immediately call, no answer, call again, no answer. I decide to DM their instagram page and guess what??? THEY HAD THE CUPS!!! Here I was thinking $150 in cups were gone. But they had them!!! A miracle!! 10/10 stars!! Anyway! I highly recommend the brûlée ube milk tea and the ube mochi donuts!!
