When we told the staff, no one apologized, acted concerned, or took responsibility. We didn't pay for that plate, obviously, but the lack of apology or customer service made the situation even worse. Unfortunately, we didn't get a picture, but trust me -- there was a roach in the food. This was one of the most unacceptable dining experiences I've ever had. I will never be returning, and I strongly recommend others stay away.

Service can be a hit or miss depending on who is working that day. We've had wonderful servers who checked up on us regularly making sure our water was filled as well as making sure our needs were met. This is the place I would always recommend to my friends and family.
