I will not be coming back to this. The surface is nice. The worker in the restaurant was very polite. The ambience is nothing to write about. This place is a Panda Express style restaurant. It doesn't have too many menu items but does have the staples of Chinese-American fast food. I got a Combo A with chow mein and orange chicken. It was so bad that I asked for my money back and left empty handed. It's a shame because my family and I have been eating here for at least 10 years. Every time we had a big family gathering and wanted something good to eat we would get Chinese Bistro to go. It wasn't like this before. This place has been the regular spot for me but I've noticed a light decrease in food quality. Today I needed a quick order of food and went there. After I purchased my food I realized the cashier did not put any soy sauce in my bag. I asked for soy sauce and the cashier told me "Its 25 cents each pack, how many do you want?" I have never paid for soy sauce at any Chinese restaurant before and I was shocked. I respectfully declined and left. Pretty upset. I know it's small but it's the small things that matter to me. I was very disappointed in this restaurant. Their website looked very good and I mistakenly thought you could sit down and order off the menu. Instead, it's cafeteria style and the food was mediocre. Noodles were doughy, and the rice was tasteless. No soy sauce was given or offered. I had to ask for it, and they only gave me one small packet. The hall to rest room is used for storage, and there was an ugly mop bucket in the men's room. Floor of restaurant was dirty. The only utensils given was one small cheap plastic fork. The noodles had no taste to them. Fried rice was tasty, as it had a particular flavor to it that I enjoyed. Can't go wrong with the Beef Broccoli. DELICIOUS. Teriyaki chicken was on point. The portion size is generous and you will never be without enough food. As they're putting it in the box they somehow find a way to put more food that I would be able to think and the best part is that it's all good! The server/ cashier she was extremely nice. My boyfriend and I have been craving Chinese food and have yet to find anything that we have thoroughly enjoyed. The restaurant itself was a little hard to find but it isn't a deal breaker for myself or boyfriend. The portions are extremely generous where you could eat it for days on end. I got the plate B which comes with 2 entrees and a side. I did half fried rice and chow mien with orange chicken and broccoli beef. The orange chicken wasn't bad a little sweet for my liking but that is just my preference, the broccoli beef was a little under seasoned for me but again that is just my preference. The fried rice was good as was the chow mien, I did get a lot of onions in my chow mien but that was because it was close to closing time and I got the last of the batch of chow mien so I can't knock them on that. My boyfriend was not a fan of the BBQ pork, but I think that was more because it was a little too fatty for him. If I really wanted Chinese I would still come here just because of the way I was treated and the because I am able to fix the under seasoning if I really wanted to.
