Egg rolls without sauces? Never again. Been here before and eggfuyung and fried rice are way below standard. Go somewhere, anywhere, else.

Good, fresh vegetables, great flavors. Order was hot and prepared as ordered. Tried a new dish this time and was very pleased.

Ordered Kung pao chicken it was 90% celery no joke and wasn't even slightly spicey. Don't go. The chicken was rubbery

If you want to go for Chinese in West Bend this is the best place around. Their egg foo young is very good and so is the shrimp chop suey.

We also enjoy the kung pao chicken/shrimp, of course fried rice, and all their apps are great! I did try something new last time (a beef dish) and was very disappointed with the flavor and quality. But it just taught me not to mess with a good thing! Will be back next time for my sesame chicken!

We talked to the chef, and he said that he would prepare a "Special" version just for her. (4 stars for taste, 5 stars for effort) I ordered Moo Shu Pork with included Mandarin pancakes and plum sauce. It was all very good, (4 Stars). I especially enjoyed the plum sauce (5 Stars). We both did the $3 dinner upgrade to include egg roll and soup. Wonton and Hot and Sour. Hot and tasty. (4 stars) This is our second visit to New Fortune, The entire staff at New Fortune is "first class". The owners, hostess, and wait staff. We appreciated greatly that the chef was willing to prepare a special dish for my wife. (5 ++ Stars). What makes this restaurant a little unique, from my perspective, is the Cambodian style/influence on traditional Asian fare. From where we were seated, we also noticed that New Fortune does a lot of take out, a least on this cold Sunday evening. If you are in Cedarburg, give this place a try. They really endeavor to make their customers happy. We will be back. I want to give the Cambodian Pad Thai a try, I'll review accordingly. Cheers.

Since I was in town and recently placed an order at Chinatown to officially review their egg rolls, I thought I would do the same for Hong Kong. My order simply consisted of two egg rolls which contain both pork and shrimp. In my Chinatown review I mentioned they have better quality pork in their egg rolls than the mush you get in grocery store egg rolls. Unfortunately for Hong Kong, their pork is too similar to the grocery store mush that cheap restaurants use. Their shrimp was also chopped into tiny pieces, which made it even harder to find, let alone taste, than the couple of pieces in Chinatown's shrimp egg roll. I was prepared to give Hong Kong a 2/5 since the egg rolls really didn't appeal to me, but on the last bite of the second egg roll I bit into something hard. I posted a picture of it for you to see. To me, it looks like it might be bone from the pork, but I don't know for certain. Regardless, it was a complete turn off and makes me not want to ever go back to Hong Kong Express.
