The food always slaps. Since my Chinese go to restaurant closed down I've been going here just to take the edge off of my Chinese craving.

The employee were very patient and very helpful. The food was very good. And clean tables. doesn't deserve hate

I stopped and went thru the drive thru area. Staff was very friendly. I received large amount of food and was happy as previously the servings were skimpy. Todays food was proper temp and everything was good and seemed fresh. Nothing was dried out. I am pleasantly happy with my order and service today. read more

Do not waste your money this was my second time giving this place a try and it is not worth it. I like Panda express but this location is not a good one I don't see them staying in business for long. Last time I went the food was dry and unseasoned. Tonight my rice was very hard uneatable. I should have just gone to McDonald's across the street no wonder the line was long and panda express was empty. read more

Just the rudest lady. Looked at the menu before going so I'd have an idea of what I wanted, and she pipes in, "we only have what's on the menu," and there were even things that I wanted that were out. I'll wait next time for real food. Should've stayed away considering she yelled at my husband before for not having his mask over his nose. She should be fired. Just an awful woman. read more

This has been my go to place when I don't feel like cooking because the food has been good and inexpensive. Last night we ordered string bean chicken and shanghai beef. what is with the 2 cups of rice that is sticky and dry and the 1 cup of meat & veggies? I had mostly green beans, 2 slivers of onions and 6 pieces of tiny chicken slivers. The worst part, there was absolutely no sauce. We took 1/2 of the rice out and tried mixing in the meat and veggies but there was no flavor at all. Our egg rolls were okay which was the only good part of the meal. It's going to be a long time before we go this route again, as I choose edible and enjoyable any day over inexpensive. read more

Staff was great and the place was well lit and clean. I have never been to PE and wanted to see where they stood in the grand scope of restaurants-fast food. I was disappointed with the order system where you choose a plate and then pick what you want. Maybe it is something that starts to make sense the more you use it? Being my first time I found it rather confusing. I ordered for two people and the order taker said they could combine it on one of the plates....I was unsure what this meant. Long story short we sorted things out and got our order. It didn't come on a plate or anything that looked like the picture on the ordering board. The portions were small and one of the chicken meals was very good the other was nothing to write home about. The egg rolls were good but a little greasy. Everything was hot and I have to say that for a quick meal of rice and sweet and sour chicken it would be a good fit. The price was nothing to complain about as it was all relatively inexpensive. Ultimately I will probably never go to a PE again. But the concept may work well for some people. Just not me. I'm glad there is a fast food Chinese food as an alternative to the burger joints. read more

Super dirty, asked for one table to be cleaned and no one came for 10 minutes. had to clean my own table with napkins and dispensed water. the tray to carry my food was sticky and dirty, as was the one a nearby patron was using. floors were covered in trash, spoke to the manager and still no one came out to clean for 15 more minutes after complaining a third time. So I arrived at the restaurant at 11 AM, when they open. They did not open the doors until about 10 after. When I got inside a manager apologized and offered a free drink. I would've stayed and ordered, but they had no food ready. Waste of time. read more

My son came into the West Bend, wi store at 8:55pm on 7/26/2017 the door was open and a lady, who I saw was mopping, screamed at him to say they were closed Then a lady behind the counter told him she'd still help him, but a man also located behind the counter, i am assuming he's the on duty manager said " we're not taking his order" So he was refused service even though the door was open. My son comes here twice a week if not more, often he walks quite a distance from our home and now he said he no longer wants to come due to the horrible service, I witnessed it first hand. This is a small community and I have major influence to ensure other's will hear about this type of service. read more

The food is great. But the service is garbage and that's a compliment. Every visit there is am Entree they don't have ready and 3/4 times they wouldn't make more with over an hour til closing. This just seems absurd to me. read more

For me they don't really have much of a selection and I'm not big into spicy if they had a little bit more of a selection and non spicy food I would probably go there read more

I have been to a panda express a few times. This one store was new so I had to try it. Had the chow me mein with broccoli beef and Beijing beef. The I was able to taste the beef and it was tough to eat. The chow mein was good, didn't feel this was an outstanding visit. The choices were also lacking to pick from. One choice of broccoli to pick which made me almost want to walk out, I would have liked a broccoli chicken but was stuck with beef. I don't think I will be back or craving this in my home town. read more

I come to this location regularly. I mostly order online and when I get there, its rarely done. I usually still have to wait (even when they're slow).. Today, 12/27/2019, I called in an order rather than doing it online. I was told 5 min. I was there in about 8min. The food was prepared, bagged and ready when I got there. I have mixed feelings about Panda Express. I've been there a handful of times and it's been good/average, however, the last time I was there my chow mein was cold and my entree was undercooked (Mushroom Chicken). The zucchini was too crunchy and the mushrooms were raw which made me worry that the chicken would be raw, too, so I didn't eat it. The last two times I ordered that entree, it was very good. If you're looking for Chinese food in West Bend, buy a boat. Make it a sailboat. Learn how to sail. Sail it down the St. Lawrence Seaway, out through New York, down the east coast, take the Panama Canal to the Pacific, and sail west until you hit China. Buy a farm. Learn how to farm. Plant crops. Harvest the crops. Learn how to cook. Cook some Chinese food. IT WILL STILL BE FASTER THAN THESE RIDICULOUS DISORGANIZED HORRIBLE FOOD WORKERS WILL SERVE YOU. I just went there yesterday. I was THIRD in line. I watched five workers assemble box after box after box of food. I thought, "Geez, that lady up front sure ordered a lot of food. Ten minutes went by as EVERY available employee worked on this one order. When they finished the order, I watched as one of them went up to the lady first in line and asked," What can we get you?" OMFG this wasn't even her order, and no one was smart enough to think, "Maybe we should put at least ONE person on the task of helping out the customer who bothered to come into the store to order." Nope, they dedicated every single worker to preparing ONE drive through order while a line of waiting customers went out the door. These people are HORRIBLE. So I went out the door too. It was AMAZINGLY GOOD when it first opened and for the first few months. With the exception of the eggrolls/spring rolls, the food was great and the drive thru was fantastic for grabbing a great tasting, inexpensive meal on the way home after work. However, for the last 3 to 6 months, the drive thru is RARELY open (I don't feel like getting out of my car and going in for takeout by that time-McD's, Jumbo's and Taco Bell's drive ins are always open and within a block or so). And, they MUST have a new cook because the last 2x I went there (within the last few months) the food is HORRIBLE. And,NOT just from sitting under the heat lamps for hours (not a problem when it's being eaten quickly/high turnover), but it's either just crazy loaded with garlic or salt to the point that it's inedible and gross.OR, they've been out of the dish I WANT. It's not just me, the drive thru is usually closed and while the parking lot used to be packed, and there'd be a line in the drive thru, it's pretty empty. It's a shame. The good food and new choice for 'drive thru' convenience was a welcome treat. Now I miss having the Dairy Queen there. read more

The food is really good, but the service in the drive-thru is terrible at the West bend WI location. Today, I had to wait 20 minutes for my food, and the 3 cars behind me weren't very happy either. They state that they open at 11:00, but they always tell me that not all of the food is ready yet so it will be a short wait. If you claim to open at 11:00, you should be prepared to serve at 11:00!!! This is terrible service. This has happened to me 3 times in the past 3 months. Something needs to change. read more
