It's not like it was super busy yet us took over 10 minutes just to place our order. We ordered the following items. Even then it took around 15 mins to get our food. 1). Two pork & shrimp egg rolls. They were tasty but were burnt. (2 stars ) 2). My stand by shrimp egg foo yung. Tasty as always Very good (4 stars ) 3). Combo platter - called No 1 dish in the World? How & why? The dish had, chicken, shrimp, peapods, tomato's, & beef . The beef in the dish had a rancid taste. I should have sent this back (1 Star ) Service was very slow between ordering, receding the food & waiting to receive the check (2 stars )) Usually we come at lunchtime where the price difference between lunch & dinner is huge). The lunch is a much better deal for the same dishes). This restaurant usually has decent quality food but if I come back it will be for lunch & not dinner as the price point is much more affordable.

The jjam pong was not very spicy and had a very artificial spicy flavor that tasted like they substituted some of the broth with shin ramen soup powder. The seafood was all rubbery and too chewy. Just bad and to make it worse they charge for the dumbest things like a "take out" charge. 10/10 do not recommend.

One of the two best jjajangmyun places I've found in the US to date (the other being Fort Lee), which isn't that hard to do considering. The tangsooyook came out very nicely too, and no bell peppers, thank god. Still doesn't beat out my favorite place in Korea, found in 낙원상가 지하시장지하, but it's way closer. I'm just glad the quality is up to par since it is a chain originating from Korea. I was hesitant given my bad experiences at Bonchon here in the US (yeesh), but fortunately, this one didn't disappoint.

Lao calls their Lo Mein Chow Mein, which we all know is quite different, but not here. We found it to be inedible.
