When I opened the round container, I noticed it was a little lacking. The places by me all load those to the sides and top. This portion did not fill out the container. Anyway, there were about 10 medium shrimp, which seems adequate. They could have added just a bit more rice to fill out the container. The shrimp were tasty, there was enough spice to justify the "spicy" designation, and the rice was tasty with two sprigs of broccoli. The only difference in flavor from local places is the rice had a pleasant flame grilled flavor. Maybe from the pork or the grill it was fried on? The wonton soup container was shorter than my local places serve, adding to the undersized portion observation. The two wontons were tasty, and the broth tasted like typical. One weird thing was the dog whimpering somewhere behind the counter. The intellectual crossroads of Chinese and dogs distracted my attention for a brief second, but it didn't deter me from ordering. Lol. If the portions were on a par with typical take-out in my area, and minus the whimpering dog behind the counter, would have been 5 stars.

Am I the only one that loves Egg Foo Young??…read more My wife suggested we get Chinese food tonight, so there was no resistance here. There is still curb side pickup only here. Our dinner was ready fast as usual and the girl is always polite. Those that don't know, I got the chicken egg foo young, which is basically an egg pancake. Comes with some pork fried rice and an egg roll. Now here's where the hiccup comes into play..... It comes with the brown gravy you pour over it. I don't know what it isand I don't want to know what it is but it's awesome. Last night that's not what I got. I got a sauce that was very soy sauce based and nothing like what I always get. Did it change?? Did the make a mistake in what sauce they gave me?? I hope it's the latter because the sauce is what makes this dish complete! This place is airways fast, friendly and clean, so if you have a hankering for Chinese food, don't pass this place up.

I ordered a Chicken with Mixed Vegetables Lunch Special with Roast Pork Fried Rice and it came with a drink/soup/egg roll. The Chicken with Mixed Vegetables was what it was. It was nothing extraordinary, but hit the spot if this is what you're craving. One thing that I did not like and, it was sort of my fault, was the bamboo smell and flavor inside of the entree because ... well ... there was bamboo in there, which I should have told them to take out when I ordered it. However, there was plenty of sauce in the entree for me to mix with my fried rice, so that was a major plus. Like I said, it is what is. If you're in the mood for something like this, My China Cafe will hit the spot.

Review Extremely…read moredisappointing experience. We live less than 5 minutes from the restaurant, yet our delivery took over an hour. We had to call twice to find out what was happening, and even after we told them not to deliver the food, they chose to deliver it anyway. Unfortunately, the food was just as disappointing. The honey wings tasted like poor-quality chicken covered in sauce, the fried shrimp and fries were completely tasteless, and despite being told the food had just been made, everything arrived lukewarm. The combination of the extremely long wait, poor communication, ignoring our request, and low-quality food made this a very frustrating experience. We definitely will not be ordering from here again.

Good Chinese Food!! --And, the ONLY Chinese restaurant I…read moreknow of anywhere that stays open until 3:00AM (you read that correctly, until 3:00 in-the-morning!!!! ) If you ever have a late-night craving for Chinese food, and ALL the other Chinese restaurants around you have closed long ago, this is the one Chinese restaurant that will be open until 3:00AM!!!! They do an incredible late-night business because of this. They also have some buy-one, get-one free specials through the Uber-eats app, and they do a very good business through that, too....But even just showing up & ordering one dish at-a-time (à la cart) off their menu in-person, their prices are very reasonable & in-line / comparable with most Chinese restaurants--or even slightly better. You can also just Call them & order ahead by telephone--they even encourage this, and then just stop by to pick up your order. It's pretty much exclusively a take-out place. (They have some comfy chairs to sit down while you're waiting for your order, but there are no tables at which to sit down & eat right there.) You may have to double-park briefly with your hazard lights flashing, Lol....it's not a bad area, but just crowded (not crowded with pedestrians; crowded as far as parked cars), with almost all the parking spots on both sides of the road taken. Occasionally you may luck out & find an empty curbside parking spot, but it's pretty rare. Most of their customers, as well as Uber delivery drivers, just briefly double-park with hazard lights flashing, run in & pay, pick up their order & go. It's honestly pretty quick & seamless. But it's one of my favorite late-night (or daytime!) Chinese Food Restaurants & I recommend them!
