Got a flyer. Giving it a try

Got a flyer in the mail and decided to give it a try. White rice was a little too soggy. Orange chicken was so-so. Service was fast and customer service was great. Ordered for pickup so I didn't get to experience dine-in.

I had a craving for Chinese food and this place satisfied it! I got the spicy beef and broccoli with fried rice. I wasn't expecting much of the fried rice since it's a side usually it doesn't have much flavor. Boy was that assumption wrong here. The fried rice tasted just as good as if it was made for a main dish. What won me over was the customer service everyone was so nice. They have cheaper lunch specials inside and he told me just to take a picture and order from there. They certainly earned my continued business.

Scolding hot eggdrop soup. Was too hot to eat, had a strange orange tint and was really thick.

This was our first and only visit here, it started at the very bottom of the hill and hardly went up!! They had a kid around 12 or 13 years old maybe, working the register, this is just never a good idea. The first person you engage with is who sets the tone for the entire visit. His lack of concern and desire to give customer service was overwhelming. There were cartoons on the TV and he was more interested in watching TV, couldn't answer any of the questions we asked him. We had to ask three times for some in cups of ice for our drinks. Oversized ice cubes in styrofoam coffee cups wasn't exactly what we were hoping for. Also, they have no sugar free drinks in their cooler, so if you are diabetic or just don't like sugar filled drinks, you are stuck with water. We both ordered soup, 1 eggdrop and 1 hot and sour. The soup came out AFTER our meal. There is no reason that soup should be served last, we wanted before as do must people. My husband said the hot and sour was ok. The eggdrop was so unbelievably hot that I have blisters on the roof of my mouth!!! Now, I like good piping hot food, but this was dangerously hot, so glad a child didn't get it. I put two of the large ice clumps we got in it and it was still too hot to enjoy. My husband had the Hawaii 5-0, which contained some interesting mystery meat. He said it wasn't very good. I had Kung Pao Chicken (soup), wasn't suppose to be soup but it had so much liquid in it that is was more like soup with big chunks of vegetables. The flavor overall was bland. Customer service...there really wasn't any. This is a place that does as little as possible to take care of anyone that is unfortunate enough to walk through their door. And those little packets of hot mustard and duck sauce, just don't!!

Runny liquid I wouldn't consider sauce! Terrible kung pow chicken!

Had food delivered that was less than mediocre. The proteins were tough and the noodles were sticky. Seems like it all sat under a heat lamp

Not sure what's up with the negative reviews. But this is by far the best Chinese food in the area.

When i entered, wow!!, just 3 booths and 1 table. Very small place. there was only one other couple in the restaurant eating. And a coule getting a "pick-up". I noticed three very extensive menus on the wall.I thought I would try the Mongolian Beef. This one dish is the one I use to compare a lot of Chinese Resatuants. Wow!! The order was just right with the ratio of Beef to Fried Rice. The Fried Rice was "Fried to perfection, perfect color, texture and Flavor" the Beef was cooked just right as well. It was very lean with the perfect amount of spices, onionms, etc., I woiuld say that this Mongolian Beef was better than, if not the best that I have ever eaten. Who would have thunk it. Now I want to try some of the more than 200 other menu items. I give it 5 stars for the entree, but overall 4 stars because, as excellent as this place is, it needs to be a little larger, and the food should be out a little quicker.

Very poor, "from the freezer and can" quality. Very different from what I've experienced in the evenings. Disappointing.

The biggest issue for us was the ordering system. Everyone has to scan a QR code, place their own order, and enter their phone number. For a large group, this became very confusing because when the food came out, there was no clear way to tell who ordered what. We spent a lot of time trying to figure out which dishes belonged to each person. If you're coming with a big party, I definitely recommend making a list of everyone's orders ahead of time so it's easier to organize when the food arrives. The food itself was extremely spicy. Most of the BBQ items -- seafood, chicken, beef, and pork -- seemed to have the same heavy cumin and spicy seasoning, so the flavors started tasting very similar. Personally, that wasn't for us. However, the soy sauce fried rice and the cold noodles were really good and stood out the most from the meal. The service was good overall, although communication was a little difficult at times because it was hard to understand the staff's accents. The restaurant itself was clean and well kept. I think this place may work much better for smaller groups, but for our large party it was stressful and the food flavors were too repetitive for our taste. Unfortunately, it's probably not somewhere we would return to. Also they added 25% tip mandatory without mentioning it anywhere ; It was an experience though
