I'm beyond disgusted. This is the second time I've found hair in my food from this place, and that's absolutely unacceptable. The first time I tried to give them the benefit of the doubt--but twice? That tells me there's no attention to cleanliness or proper food handling. To make things worse, the chicken was way too chewy and overcooked. Even without the hair, the meal wasn't enjoyable. But finding hair in my food for a second time just sealed it for me. I will never be ordering from here again. For awhile china wok was off it's game..But the last few it's was like Mariano Rivera of the kitchen coming out on . Throwing out perfect dishes one after the other. The broccoli was cooked so perfect, it made the green giant jump for joy. The steam Chicken was delicious and full of flavor. The BBQ ribs was like we were at a down south BBQ joint with a pitmaster basting the ribs with liquid gold. I'm a happy customer again. read more

Our first try at Chinese take-out after moving to Peekskill. Picked China Wok on basis of other Yelp reviews. We tried two things that were new to us, and one standby. The lemon chicken was fantastic, as was the salt and pepper shrimp. Choosing the smaller options still resulted In leftovers. Yum. Pork fried rice was the.best.ever. I went to this place and order the foods before. It was not tooo salty, which was good.

Yesterday, I found a menu in my mailbox. I was hungry and I've eaten here before at the store so I ordered some food because my experience in the past has been positive. But I found that both dishes that I ordered were both disgusting. I ordered General Tso's which was like rubber and the pork fried rice was mushy with a funky flavor and the House Special Lo Mien was extremely salty. And I know why....Because the pork tasted rotton and they were obviously trying to cover it up and the shrimps were mushy and sour. I called them to tell them that they should check their food and make sure it's fresh and I was told by the worker there that there must be something wrong with me and I was sick or something and he said that's why it tasted like that to me and hung up on me. Not only nasty but insulting too. Do not eat here if you don't want to get sick. Today I called out of work and my kids are not in school because we are all sick. If it's any consolation, consider yourself warned. Avoid this place. read more

I can't believe I have lived here for six years and never ate here until today. The food was light and tasty- not greasy as I have found in other Chinese restaurants. We ordered the Ginger Chicken, fried rice and sautéed broccoli. Really, really tasty. This is now my go to place. read more
