Worst Chinese food I've ever had - really bad - almost like it wasn't fresh and watered down. Would not order from here again

The food here is not Chinese it's American. Wontons are without flavor,Wonton soup was heated in a microwave,Hot and sour soup was egg drop with added soy sauce button mushrooms and a few bamboo shoots (not hot at all and barely sour).Shrimp with broccoli was ok and shrimp were fresh.I requested no sugar but it was still sweet and had no garlic or ginger flavors and no oyster sauce.It definitely wasn't Chinese. The place was clean,It was also freezing in the lobby not cold but like 22°. Whenever I feel like a hermit and I cannot get myself to leave the house, having barely just the energy to open the door and give a quick greeting.. I order from here. Just did last night during some house sitting, during a huge rain storm, in a house that is pretty deep in the woods. They still found me with no issues! The takeout is very safe given the Covid. Kitchen, staff completely separated by glassed in enclosure, order by intercom, food etc exchanged through a 2 door cupboard! Prices are VERY reasonable. There is an employee at this place who is rude and disrespectful. The lady in the restaurant did not understand my mother who speaks mostly Spanish. It's understandable. However she argued back and forth with my mother that day and I had to get on the phone to explain what she wanted. She charged her over $55 for the food that my mother did not want and then stated she voided it. Then she proceeded to charge my mother $17 for the food she actually wanted. After waiting the 5 business days no money was returned to the account. When I went into the restaurant to speak to the lady the moment I started explaining the situation with my mother she very rudely came out and said, "No you your mother made the mistake!" She was loud and abrasive and was instigating an argument. At which point this lady literally argued with me and we threatened to get into a physical altercation. She then proceeded to slam things in the kitchen and bang her hand on the counter talking in Chinese while I am trying to speak to the alleged manager. I would have never in my wildest dreams expected this women to react this way when I am claiming my mothers money. My mother is a senior and she treated her rudely that day and then proceeded to be rude to me when I went over there. Horrible customer service! No professionalism! Avoid them! If this is how you treat seniors you have no business doing business. I also have not gotten my money back am still waiting. The alleged manager of the business has asked me to wait another week. My bank told me it can take up to 30 days. Ended up disputing the transaction. I will not return to a place where I almost literally have to get into a fist fight. read more

I walked in to pick up my food and watched one of the cooks SNEEZE on the food on the grill. I saw droplets of spit/snot travel from his mouth to the food on the grill. Also, he sneezed 3 times. On the food. So I told the cashier lady that I no longer wanted my food because the guy who cooks it sneezes on it and she did not seem to care at all. Not a huge fan of their wonton soup as it's a bit oily and the wontons have barely any filling in them. Egg rolls (pork and shrimp) are good as are the spring rolls (not overly greasy), lo mein is solid and fried rice is good. My BF likes the wings & shrimp fried rice, so instead of ordering from 2 different restaurants I try something that I hope I end up enjoying. I've failed every time. My last I order egg foo yung & wings with shrimp fried rice, shrimp egg rolls, iced tea. Got home and noticed they gave BF fries instead of shrimp fried rice, so they guy got my order wrong when I said it. Would be nice if they just ask callers to hold if they are in the middle of an order in store. The egg foo yung was horrible. The gravy was like brown sludge no flavor. Egg foo yung, tasteless. I ordered a sesame chicken combo from here.. Thankfully I always cut my chicken pieces in half before I eat them because when I cut the chicken open I realized It was completely uncooked, like they must've put it on the cooker for 1 minute to warm it up and that's it because every piece of chicken was pink and purple all on the inside. When I called to complain the women on the phone told me that it was MY FAULT because I had taken so long to pick it up..... Cooked chicken doesn't get uncooked when it sits around first of all and second of all I got there 20 minutes after I called in the order. She sat on the phone yelling at me and arguing with me that it was my fault for a good 10 minutes, I ended up putting my dad on the phone and when he threatened to call the health department about it they agreed to give me a refund.
