The clamshell buns (Japanese buns) were weirdly super thin, chewy, and dense and the meat was the thinnest slice of pork in each. Was expecting crispy pork belly but resembled ramen pork instead. Would pass on these. The soup dumplings were very good. They had a good amount of soup and were clearly popular. They were on the pricier side $2 per dumpling. The duck noodle soup was OK but pretty stingy with the portions. Just a handful of egg noodles, 3 pieces of duck and some skin, and maybe half or one baby bok choy. The duck was good but the soup tasted like heated chicken stock from the store. There was very little in the spice department. The braised noodle soup was what we were really looking forward to. Maybe 5 thin slices of the most overcooked braised beef, decently thick noodles, and the other half of the bok choy. There were seriously no spices or salt. The broth tasted like soy sauce mixed with unsalted chicken broth. I genuinely hope someday that this area steps it up with the asian food.
