I would have given them a 5-stars if it wasn't for inconsistencies in their preparation. They DO have one of the best Hot & Sour soups ever made...but they are sometimes off and most of the time on (depending if the head cook is off that night). I continue to go back there as on the whole (92% of the time) they do it right. Heck, it's Chinese...we're not making Coq-au-vin with a 48 hour base stock! Worth going back if you had a bad experience, as most likely they'll be okay in your book. Say hi to the "kids", and you'll have friends for life! :-) read more
