10.75 for this. Total of 4 wings and shrimp fried rice.
    Farrah B.

I remembered having wings from here a few years back at a birthday party, so we decided to stop by a "bookmarked" spot for takeout. This was an interesting experience to say in the least. The space is largers that most, situated on a corner, a dingy lobby, plexiglass slightly yellow with age. Everyone in the place there for wings only. Note: a wing here is a 1/2 with the tips in tact. All varieties of fried rice comes with no veggies or egg. We ordered 8 wings (really 4 whole wings) shrimp fried rice. The cashier girl was staring at my clothes, nails and rings like she was calculating my bill according to my appearance. Total for two orders was $21.50!! I was told i had to pay $2 extra for onions, egg, peas and carrots.... The standards in all hoodinese spots! Told her cancel the additions but she said it was too late. So i had to go get more money from the car. Wait!!! And they do not have beans sprouts at all! Given it was okay in taste, but I get far better food at an authentic Chinese restaurant for $7 less. Yes, the wings are still unbelievable and delicious, but in the future that may be the only purchase, I can fry better rice at home.

By far one the most popular Chinese food restaurants in Brooklyn. I think they sprinkle a little bit of coke on the wings because they are so addictive. Anyone that has tasted them will concur. They are marinated in soy and fried crispy but still has moisture and flavor. The lo mein is greasy but the fried egg and chives drizzled with soy gives you a false sense of healthiness (protein and veggies). You can buy pans of food at reasonable prices, perfect for parties and large gatherings and can be ordered the same day. Very convenient. You may get a wing or two with feathers on it but just pluck it off and keep munching.

Soy chicken Wings and pork fried rice. Order early because they normally run out of chicken by 9-10pm.

The soy wings are amazing. Here's the trick... you should probably go before 7pm because I believe they make the last batch of wings kinda early. So if there's extras, assume they have been sitting under a heater and they might be a lil dry. Otherwise they are really solid chicken wings(pieces cause they precut them). Also had pork fried chicken rice. As you can see from the pictures... the pieces of park are nice, big and some fat on them. Loved every bite. NOTE: THEY NORMALLY RUN OUT OF CHICKEN BY 10pm!

The food was very fairly priced and the portions were huge. We got the pork soup dumplings, pork fried rice, szechuan chicken (which came with white rice), and pad see ew (which though not listed comes with pork, chicken, and shrimp). Everything was solid, but our favorite was the fried rice which had a ton of flavor. I liked the veggies that were in the chicken dish but there were just way too many of them compared to the chicken and I wasn't crazy about the sauce. The pad see ew wasn't made the traditional way I've had it with soy sauce and oyster sauce. It had some sort of orange sauce that tasted closer to a sweet and sour. It wasn't bad it was just not what I was hoping for. The soup dumplings were solid, no complaints there. And the fried rice was great, lots of flavor. Overall, I liked this place especially for the price but I'd probably order different things if I went back.

I found parking down the block and walked over to the restaurant. It seems like more of a delivery spot because there was no one inside sitting at any of the 5 tables. It's a fairly good size space, very simply decorated, mixed with a cool wall resembling a curio cabinet of treasures. I chose a spot in the middle and went to the restroom which was clean and simple. I noticed there were a lot of takeout orders, from delivery services to local folks picking up their regular dinner. I looked over the menu and decided on salt and pepper wings and an order of shrimp. Fried Rice came out first and it was delicious. I even tasted a hint of salted egg yolk mixed into the egg mixture friefried up with the rice that signature crispiness with the little saltiness.... fantastic. The salt and pepper wings were different than the ones i'm accustomed to though the flavor was amazing. It didn't have the fried garlic, peppers, chilis, and onions that i'm accustomed to being in the dish. They were still flavorful, juicy and crisp and I could tell they cooked them fresh. That was much appreciated. I ended up taking half of my food home because I was stuffed.Thank you Msm Ellen and the Crown Garden crew for a tasty solo dinner.

The spiciest, numbing dish we got was probably the spicy hot pot. The vegetables were delicious, like the water spinach, pea shoots, and garlic smashed cucumbers. The pork with garlic sauce was absolutely delicious. This one isn't spicy so it didn't numb the mouth. The mapo tofu was also delicious and a little spicier but still not numbing the mouth. Def better to have it with rice though. The green pepper fish was mouth numbing and honestly I couldn't taste much of the flavor because the combination of spice and the hot temperature of the food was overbearing for me. So if you're like me and can tolerate some spicy but not numbing spicy then I would recommend telling them less spicy. Portions were perfect for 5 people (3 males and 2 females) as we ordered 2 of the pork with garlic sauce, 2 mapo tofus, and 1 big green pepper fish dish. We went on a Saturday at 5:30pm so it wasn't too crowded. Overall delicious and the staff were all friendly and very attentive in filling up our water for our spicy meal. (mapo tofu not shown as we were too hungry)

However, the real negative here is the operations. It is a chaotic mess for the volume they are trying to do. It's not about adding more manpower, it's about streamlining.
