We especially love the sushi, which is some of the freshest and best-quality we've found in the area. The rolls are creative yet classic, perfect for satisfying any sushi craving. While we usually take out, we've noticed the ambience inside is warm and inviting, with tasteful decor that would make dining in a lovely experience as well. The staff is friendly and efficient, making the takeout process smooth and easy every time. If you're looking for great Asian cuisine to enjoy at home or in a cozy setting, we highly recommend Ephrata Asian Bistro -- we keep coming back and always leave happy!

Stuffed with filling, more cream cheese than crab I'll say, but I feel like that's any wonton I have these days. Wonton soup was delicious - you can tell that broth is homemade, yum. We tried their shrimp tempura roll , that was just so so, probably wouldn't get again, it lacked flavor, bland. The garlic sauce chicken was really yummy, loaded with broccoli and zuchinni, onions, mushrooms, snap peas - yum yum! The sauce just the right amount of spice , I might even ask for spicier next time. Highly recommend that dish! Looking forward to trying them again in the near future.

After seeing Hills to Sea recommended repeatedly in local Facebook groups, we finally decided to…read moregive it a try and now we're wondering why we waited so long. Everything about this place exceeded our expectations. The restaurant itself is beautifully decorated, clean, and thoughtfully designed. It feels upscale without being stuffy, and the atmosphere is warm and inviting from the moment you walk in. We started with the crab rangoons and then ordered five sushi rolls: the Creamy & Crispy Roll, Crunchy Crab Roll, Black Dragon Roll, Hawaii Roll, and the Volcano Roll with spicy tuna. Every single roll was fantastic. Not "some were better than others" fantastic. Not "we found a favorite and tolerated the rest" fantastic. We genuinely loved every roll that came to the table. The Volcano Roll with spicy tuna was my personal favorite and an easy 10/10, but honestly there wasn't a single thing we ordered that we wouldn't get again. The presentation deserves its own mention. The rolls were beautifully plated, complete with gorgeous edible flowers and thoughtful garnishes that made everything look almost too pretty to eat. Service was excellent. The food came out surprisingly quickly, but not all at once. Instead, the rolls arrived in small groups, which actually made the experience even better because we could enjoy each one before the next arrived. For two people, five specialty rolls and crab rangoons came to about $80, which is completely reasonable and honestly pretty standard for quality sushi. We will absolutely be back, and we've already started recommending Hills to Sea to friends and family. If you're a sushi lover in Lancaster County, put this place on your list immediately.

He even said he was charged 49 dollars and 75 cents while on our end the total that was charged said $39.24. He even on the call with me threatening saying this was "fraud", he was gonna file a report and said my parents restaurant was extra charging the customers when it was a delivery online order through door dash and we had no control over the grand subtotal of his order he ordered ONLINE through a THIRD PARTY, he added he was going to post this on social media talking about how terrible out establishment was because we wouldn't give him a refund nor give him a second General Tso Chicken that he never even order nor paid for. I told him he could take this up with our online website company and door dash I can even hand him their company's phone number hence they were the ones who charged him not us. But he kept insisting for a refund or we "remake" his second General Tso Chicken he didn't even order nor pay for. The screen shots of proof is sent in our restaurant GOOGLE REVIEW, the screenshots just show that we only received ONE order of General Tso Chicken instead of two like he insisted and a voicemail message that he sent me when our phone line disconnected by ACCIDENT. if anyone sees any videos on any platform like Facebook, Instagram, Snapchat, Tiktok please reach out to my email chenminx7@gamil.com as this is a highly big misconception and this customer clearly didn't want a solution to a problem that wasn't even caused by me or my parents and our restaurant.
